MM482852****This guesthouse in Chongqing was such a pleasant surprise! You can walk to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong, and it's super convenient to get to Ciqikou and Liziba via the nearby subway station. Plus, there are tons of hotpot and noodle restaurants within walking distance. The room was cozy and spotless, with a comfy sofa and a projector which was great. The appliances worked perfectly, the bedding was clean, and the soundproofing meant I slept really well. It was impeccably clean everywhere, and they even offered to clean without me asking. The host was fantastic, offering excellent recommendations and tips, and the food suggestions were incredibly authentic. Amazing value for money, I'll definitely be back!

HHapppiestAbsolutely amazing experience at Regent Hotel. We arrived in the early hours exhausted. Greeted warmly by the bell boy and immediately assisted us with the luggage. Swift check-in, our luggage were already in our room before we know it. Our room has fantastic view of the river and Hongyadong, even when in the bethtub the view is amazing. The room attendant kept our room neat and sparkling clean everyday. Their laundry service is top-notch, less than 3mins of calling the help desk the house keeping attendant is at our door step to pick up our laundry and also to return the clean ones. Not forgetting to mention the spread of the breakfast, delish!!! Definitely will choose Regent Hotel if we ever go Chongqing again.

The comfort level was outstanding, giving the place a refined and upscale feel. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit.

It's also very close to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong. Transportation is super convenient with a subway entrance right at the doorstep, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was spacious and bright, with complete facilities. The bedding, in particular, was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

We received complimentary drinks at the revolving restaurant on the 29th floor, which had a great atmosphere. The hotel's location is super convenient; it's just a three-minute walk to the subway station, and there are tons of restaurants right downstairs, making it incredibly easy to find food, drinks, and entertainment.

CcrystalxxlThe supervisor and the receptionist at check-in assigned us to the 16th floor, which had a great view outside the window – very satisfying. It's very close to Jiefangbei, and Hongyadong is right next door. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
However, the front desk didn't proactively offer the fridge magnet for leaving a review when checking out. I only saw others getting them and had to ask for one, which they reluctantly gave. Considering we stayed three nights and had two kids with us, it would have been much better to generously offer two. That would have significantly improved the customer experience.

GGary SeetThe hotel might seem a little aged at first but the service and interior still wow from the first moment you step in. The room I booked was clean and spacious. The housekeeping did their job excellent. They have everything inside you could ask; washing detergent, iron, laundry rack, etc. Front desk was superb; fast check-in, great advice when asking for recommendations, and efficient when asking for items like extra water. The robot was a great thing to have as all my delivery are sent to my doorstep. All in all, this is a 10/10 solid stay. Oh, the breakfast have a great great selection and taste great too. And there is vending machine in lobby if u need any last minute groceries or even a wake up coffee. Thank you.

GGuest UserThe stay experience was very pleasant. The hotel accommodations were excellent. The suite was a loft-style room, and there was a bathtub where you could take a relaxing bath. The hotel also had a self-service laundry facility with both washing machines and dryers. The subway line 1 is located right downstairs, making travel extremely convenient. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the front desk manager Xiao Fei Fei provided excellent service—she was friendly and enthusiastic. Overall, we were quite satisfied with everything, and it was a great stay experience.

MM254479****Choosing the right hotel in Chongqing truly makes a difference to your travel happiness! This blind booking at Le Méridien Chongqing, Nanchuan, completely hit the spot for me. The facilities are bursting with artistic flair, and the service is so attentive I want to give it full marks. It really lives up to its reputation as a hidden gem under Marriott!
As soon as I entered the lobby, I was blown away! The red and black French retro design, coupled with collaborative oil paintings from art institutions, and the iconic red piano 🎹 – every photo looks like it's from an art gallery. The faint sandalwood scent in the air instantly soothed my travel fatigue. The room decor was incredibly thoughtful, with Le Méridien's unique longitude and latitude headboard a very memorable touch.
I have to specifically praise the service! I'd called ahead to mention it was my birthday, and they decorated the room – such a pleasant surprise! The front desk lady checked me in super fast, and when she saw I had luggage, she proactively helped me carry it. As a Marriott member, I also received welcome fruits and local Chongqing snacks.
The facilities are impeccable! They've recently updated the toilets, and the wallpaper is really nice. After a workout, you can even head to the Latitude 29 Lobby Bar for a seasonal cocktail. The hotel is right next to Nanchuan Metro Station, a 2-minute walk to Wanda Plaza, making it incredibly convenient to explore Jiefangbei and Hongyadong by monorail. The location is absolutely fantastic~
Although the hotel has been around for some years, the facilities are superbly maintained – you can't see any signs of age! From the art-filled public areas to the thoughtful amenities in the rooms, and the consistently excellent service, the value for money is just outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chongqing 🫣🫣
