The location of this hotel is good as it is within the valley scenic area. the room that we booked was nice and clean with a good view. It was also near the food street and the main activity area. The valley was quite scenic (esp.night time when the whole vallley is lighted up), and the experience in the valley was good with many food stalls and cultural performances. The buffet breakfast spread was very good. Note that there is no laundry service. However, the hotel service needs improvement. When we arrived, the taxi was not allowed to drive to the hobby lobby, and we need to drag our luggage to the hotel reception from the entrance of the scenic area although it's not a long distance. My room was quite far from the hotel reception (10 min walk with many steps) , there was a hotel staff to guide us there. He was kind enough to help my wife with her luggage, but I can see that it was not a default service for them to help with the luggage as it was not mentioned by the reception to call them to help when checking out. The reception did not offer us the map of the whole vallley and make recommendations of what to do. We were a bit lost after we checked in to the room and had to walk up to the reception to get the map. Check out time was 12pm. But after breakfast, we came back to the room and found that we couldn't access the room with our card. We called the front desk, and they couldn't unlock it via the system and had to get a staf member to come to our room. Good thing that I bought the local SIM card and am able to call the front desk . If not, I will have to walk up to the reception to get this sorted out, and I had a train to catch! After checking out, I requested reception to call a taxi for us. To our surprise , she replied that they don't do that for guests. She asked us to call the car hailing service ourselves even after i told her we are not local and not familiar with the didi app. After repeated requests, she eventually helped us call a car. I'm not sure why she didn't offer assistance from the beginning. The experience would be better if the hotel could look into improving the areas that i have brought up.

I recently visited this place on Oct 18 and had an excellent experience with Wangxiangu Zhonglou Homestay! They arranged a carpool from Shangrao station, which was a more affordable option than taking a taxi alone. The homestay also offered a round trip to visit Wangxiangu Valley upon request, making it super convenient. The room was cozy and comfortable, and I had a peaceful night's sleep. The smart room system was a great touch as well. I would definitely come back here! The owner and her family were incredibly kind and welcoming, and communication was effortless. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend booking this place! :). What a wonderful homestay! Run by Mother & son, friendly, helpful people. Pictures taken with the mother and son. Chen wae always helpful organised pick up from train station and drove us to Ge Xiang Gu ( of course we paid him) 10 minutes drive to Wang Xiang Gu. There is a nice little restaurant that serves home cooked food 20 steps from the homestay. Recommend to anyone going to Wang Xiang Gu! 👍🥰🥰🥰

We had a lovely stay, a highlight of our trip to China! The owners was so lovely, made us feel very welcomed and cared for! The shuttle was very much appreciated and he helped arrange a shuttle to the train station too. He was available at any time for any questions and really went out of their way to help us. Next time we come to China, we will definitely visit again, thank you for great memories of China!

This stay is definitely the great experience. Very clean and comfortable. Firstly the room is stylish with comfortable atmosphere. Secondly the air condition system is very powerful and easy to control. Thirdly the bed and pillows are super quality. Also, the location is very good. Only 5 minutes distance by foot to underground station. Most attractive places are around The Line 2 and Line 4. Finally the most important is the value of the money.

This place is amazing. The family that owns it are incredibly great with their guests. We felt so comfortable with them and the place. There were 3 of us, and we stayed in a 2 bed room, which was extremely spacious and clean. The owner himself took us to the Wangxian Valley scenic spot, picked us up, and took us to a great breakfast place the next morning. Also, he was 100% all the time in touch with us, making sure we were good. We definitely recommend this place. Super clean, comfortable, spacious, good food, and amazing service.

The receptionist was super kind; we got an upgrade free of charge. The room was good. In particular, I like the room very much: spacious, very clean and well-lit. The breakfast was good too. Overall, a good value for money.

Great hotel, convenient location, river view room has magnificent view of Tao Jiang, good housekeeping, helpful staff, delicious tea at lobby.. Very good breakfast with large selection. Convenient laundry facility. Excellent banquet food. My only suggestion is to enforce the non-smoking policy in public areas and in non-smoking rooms because the smoking smell stays.

Stayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

I recently stayed at Huan Xiu Homestay and had a wonderful experience. The inn’s serene setting and blend of traditional and modern decor made for a peaceful retreat. My room was clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The amenities were excellent, offering both relaxation and cultural experiences. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent hospitality and helpful local tips. The breakfast experience was superb, with delicious and authentic Chinese cuisine. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Huan Xiu Inn and highly recommend it.

基本上從來不評論，這個酒店我真的是要好評一下子，所有的工作人員都特別温和熱情，房間特別舒適！這邊沒有暖氣，但是！這個酒店空調從來不關閉，一進房間超級暖和！各種用品非常衞生，最重要的是！離哪個網紅打卡點都非常無敵近！車接車送上下山！我定的山景房，正兒八經山景，太美了！順便還泡了温泉，下次還來！

We only stayed at this hotel for a transit as we were visiting Wangxiangu the next day. However we found that this hotel is amazing! upon our arrival they upgraded our room and then our TV wasn't working properly and as an apology they upgraded our room again to a huge suite. The staff were extremely kind and helpful!

I had booked a double room which was unavailable for some reason when I checked in. But they were very kind and gave me a free upgrade to a family room plus a breakfast voucher. The hotel is only about a 10 minute walk from the train station. The room itself was exactly as expected and stated in the listing. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

來南昌旅遊，入住美豪麗致酒店酒店，這次的入住體驗堪稱完美，而這都要歸功於客服陳玲。 辦理入住時，前台就展現出了超高的專業素養和熱情態度。她們不僅迅速幫我完成手續，還細心詢問我對此次旅行的規劃，隨後根據我的喜好，推薦了幾個超棒的旅遊景點，其中滕王閣更是讓我1流連忘返。 然而，在八一廣場遊玩回酒店時，我不小心崴了腳。就在我疼得不知所措時，陳玲不知道從哪裡匆匆趕來，她肯定是在人羣中留意到我的異樣。她焦急又關切地詢問我情況，二話不説就拿酒店配備的雲南白葯氣霧劑，貼心地幫我噴上。噴完後，疼痛頓時緩解了不少。 回到酒店，我本以為事情就這麼過去了。沒想到下午陳玲主動打電話詢問我的腳是否好點，還帶着氣霧劑來到我的房間，幫我進行第二次噴塗。之後，她又發現我換下來的臟衣服，主動提出幫我拿去清洗。等衣服洗好後，她又準時送到我房間，摺疊得整整齊齊。 . 這次旅行因為陳玲變得格外温暖，這家酒店有這樣優秀的員工，未來一定會越來越好！下次來這邊，我肯定還選這家！

The main entrance is inspiring. Front desk was extremely helpful. As I would’ve expected from Shangri-La the room was exceptional. The view was wonderful picture of the river. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. Hotel staff and restaurant staff 5 stars

The front desk service is superb. On my check out date, I needed an extension of my stay and they immediately helped me to get it done. They also called house keeping to have the room cleaned and ready within half an hour. I will certainly stay in the same hotel in my next visit.

這家酒店服務真的是超讚，一進前台就有問候聲，準備掏出證件辦入住時小姐姐就將一杯熱茶（紅糖薑茶）遞到手邊，對女性真的是非常友好，因為是有開車過來，酒店指引停車也是非常到位，房間衞生也是超級棒，尤其是打掃房間的阿姨，很有禮貌，早餐本來打算去外面吃，參觀了一下餐廳的早餐，毫不猶豫就購早了，種類豐富，南昌拌粉瓦罐湯味道很正宗，很有特色，南昌真的很棒，給滕王閣漫心點贊，很有生活氣息，下次出行首選漫心

非常不錯的酒店，地理位置很好，步行即可到達萬壽宮和滕王閣，周邊很多好吃的小店，網紅店老三樣和打平夥也不遠，前台服務很有禮貌，保潔阿姨也很細心，每次會在房門口留兩瓶水，電視能投屏很方便，唯一就是房間空間略小，但寸土寸金的景區也是沒辦法，總之很推薦！

房間投影以及一些冰箱洗衣機包括一次性用品都準備充分，房東小哥房間佈置的很很温馨，一些全身鏡還有小娃娃都有放，二樓有一個儲物間用粉粉的小窗簾給擋起來了，很可愛，地理位置好樓下就是地鐵站很方便，服務態度很好，網上全程辦理入住無接觸對我這種社恐的人真的是太友好了，很滿意的一次性旅行！

An aging 5 stars hotel. Staff service is very good. Room overall is acceptable but would be perfect if they revamp the doors and floors. Overall we are satisfied with our stay .

環境很好，在陶溪川文創區內，逛逛很方便。陶溪川建築羣設計不錯，白天晚上有不同特色，很多人拍照，容易出片。夜市一般是從傍晚裏擺攤，晚上非常熱鬧。酒店乾淨，服務不錯，總枱服務員會耐心解答景德鎮相關情況。酒店早餐很豐富，相對於酒店星級和房價來説，不錯的。節假日放假比平時貴不少，早訂便宜。缺點是節假日人多了以後，8：15以後早餐廳坐不下，會調劑到隔壁房間；雖然服務員會説菜是一樣的，實際上肯定是不一樣的，菜品少一點，有切片麪包（但是沒有烤箱），薯條雞米花在空調風吹拂下，容易潮。

週末訂房一定提前預訂！不然真是不好定的，我就是在結廬和東籬院各住了一天，但是體驗感都很好，換房也很方便，管家把行李拿到房間，很省心，早午餐也很好吃，酒店的每一位工作人員都很親切很熱情，非常棒的體驗，環境更是絕美！下次再來景德鎮直接來，不用猶豫🤭酒店前台小妍服務超讚！熱情親切，入住高效，問題響應迅速，始終温和熱情，退房還貼心安排車輛，讓住宿體驗完美。強烈推薦！

The overall stay experience was great! Here I would like to express my special thanks to Vivienne, the Hotel staff, for her professional explanation of the Hotel tour. She not only introduced the overall design of the hotel but also explained the knowledge of ceramics. She was very meticulous and patient in the whole process, and also gave me and my family four exquisite ceramic bracelets, which brought me a unique hotel accommodation experience. We recommend you to experience the Hotel tour project and praise the hotel service!!!

酒店是新裝修的，裝修品質整體不錯，類似於全季，大堂有咖啡，可惜機器偶爾會壞，有幾天沒喝成，服務很不錯，我們訂的天數多，贈送免費接送，接我們的居然是老闆本人，老闆很健談，給我們介紹了附近的旅遊資源，還介紹了附近的餐廳野爐子，我們去吃了一次，不錯。酒店位置不錯，離陶溪川不遠，到其他景點也不是很遠，周圍吃飯的小店鋪很多。

Great services and location. Within a maximum of 20 min ride to major tourist attractions (the closest at a 11 min walk). The pictures match those that are posted with all necessary amenities. Fresh towels, toilet paper and bottled water are replaced daily in the room.

終於來了心心念唸的景德鎮了，剛好小朋友放假，一路耍回來了，網上看了很多酒店，最終選了雲舍，果然沒錯那麼多好評是有原因的，整個團體服務意識很強，每個人都特別友善，前台美女看到帶小朋友還幫我升級了房，感謝🙏，房間很舒適暖和，床品乾淨，乾濕分離也很好……下次來還要住這裏哈哈哈，再説酒店這裏直接可以租電動車去周邊還是比較方便的！離博物館很近！

Stayed here during the national week. Super expensive for such a small hotel! More money than a 5-star in most other cities! But I guess they all put their prices up during these holiday weeks. The room was nice enough - nothing fancy but fine for a 3-star. It’s a really busy location - There’s an incredibly popular (and frankly overrated) restaurant nearby. Luckily we were put in a room facing the back, which was great. The staff seemed nice enough but we didn’t have any issues. Despite the centrality of the location, there weren’t many nearby options for breakfast. I don’t think the hotel do it either. You’d probably need to rely on takeout.

來到景德鎮，住在這裏，開過來到了三寶村，拐進去一個叫瓷源境的地方，開進來就豁然開朗，氣質都不同。有些不少磁窯工作室，我們訂的行山世外結廬就在裏面。管家非常熱情地在停車場等待我們，辦好手續後就帶我們到了居住的楓小院。 酒店給我們升級了VIP房，有喝茶的茶台和一個後院，很是有情調。 服務也是很周到，管家十分周到，細緻，有一個24小時的管家羣，還是挺貼心的，晚上10我們到酒店房間後發現水配備不足，在羣裏提出要求後，立馬送來水保障我們的需求。 這裡是我住過的酒店最有藝術感的一家了，無論建築，佈局，裝飾，都體現着很好的藝術修養和設計，非常令人回味和欣賞。

The homestay is really nice. It is located ideally near to the artist quarter of Taoxichuan, but also not too far from other destinations. It is very quiet, with a lovely yard and their own pottery workshop. The room was equipped as advertised, modern, quiet, clean (no carpet, clean floor ☺️) and nicely decorated. The staff was incredibly nice, helpful with our belongings and could give some good tips for sights. Overall we enjoyed our stay very, very much!

This hotel is so new and beautiful! The service is top notch. Met Randy a staff working there and he was so helpful and sincere ! It makes staying here such a pleasant experience and I will definitely return and even recommend it to my friends in Singapore ! Randy is one of the best hotel Staffs that I have met in a very long time ! Keep up the spectacular service ! Service is everything ~
