Rooms were ultra luxurious, food was awesome and staff was friendly and hospitable. It’s away from the din and noise of the city. Rear side rooms have beautiful view of snow clad himalyan ranges and front rooms have beautiful tea garden view.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Infinitea Dakbunglow Palampur, and it was an absolutely fabulous experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. A special shoutout to Satish in F&B and Ayush in the Front Office. Satish's attention to detail and exceptional service in the dining area made each meal a delight. Ayush at the Front Office was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making check-in and all interactions smooth and pleasant. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding tea gardens that added a magical touch to my stay. My room was comfortable, clean, and provided a wonderful view of the lush tea plantations. The jacuzzi was a luxurious addition, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The overall ambiance of the hotel is serene and relaxing, ideal for a peaceful getaway. I highly recommend Infinitea Dakbunglow Palampur to anyone looking for an outstanding stay in the area. Thanks to the wonderful team, especially Satish and Ayush, for making my visit memorable!

What a wonderful property it is. The Old world charm is felt with all ultra-modern comfort amidst the serenity of Nature. The staff take all great care and ensure that you enjoy your stay to the fullest of Comfort and leisure. Situated within a tea-estate, surrounded with lush green outdoor, very beautiful background views coupled with a very warm care by the staff ensures that you will leave with beautiful memories only. In-house food is super-tasty. Room facilities, decor, space, interior and services are superb. The location of the place is also very convinient. Just go solo or with family and friends and indulge in a super pleasant experience.

The staff, the room, the view, the food - everything you name was first class, top notch! Loved the experience. Jacuzzi bath and the Breakfast option was cherry on top. Loved everything. Special mention to the staff who was so humble and helpful. Please do visit this property for a lux and peaceful stay.

It was a very wonderful trip we had.The room was super luxury & spacious ***** with the jacuzzi in washroom with all the advanced features & Amenities.The canopy style bed is very attractive and comfortable.The view from the balcony was just the icing on the cake.phenomenal view of mountains & tea gardens from balcony.The open dinning restaurant was very good.The food was wonderful in very affordable price,unforgettable taste.. special thanks to chef for offering us a very tasty food.The staff in the hotel is very professional & always willing to help of the guests.they take care of us very well.The hotel have their own beautiful tea garden adjoining the property.which is accessible for the guests to view,even they also offered Breakfast to us in their private tea garden which is a very memorable experience for us.At last I just want to mention if anyone wants a luxury & comfortable stay in Palampur you can go ahead with dak bungalow without any doubt because they provide luxury 5 star services to their guests in a very affordable price.Highly recommended

Exceptional service and excellent rooms . Food quality was very good . Umesh ji was very helpful and well organised . We We really had a great time . We will definitely come again . View from the property though was disappointing. Also outdoor areas are limited .

Staff staff staff! Infinitea Dakbanglow is a beautiful stay set into the side of tea gardens and mountains with fantastic views. It has 8 beautiful suites and has traditional welcome to the bungalow. The staff are incredible attentive, and made out stay very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was great and the location is superb - it's quite nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city. It has a really relaxed feel and vibe.
