One of the best experiences in our stay in Palani. The hotel quality is excellent in all aspects. Not something we had expected in Palani which we have been visiting for many decades. Excellent hospitality from the staff. Breakfast quality was very good. The only problem one might face is parking as there is a ban on vehicle movement in the inner road. Not a major problem as there is a free Government parking next door and the hotel staff will receive and pick up the luggage. There is just a 100 mts walk to the hotel.

It's a fantastic place to stay. The rooms were clean, near with a soothing ambience. The view outside is fantastic in all the three rooms we booked. The place is very close to the temple as well. The food was good, service was excellent. Overall a perfect place to stay.

Location of hotel is very nice and have easy accessiblity to temple and shopping centers. Food was good and all services provided were good. They catered to kids menu as requested.

After reaching palani only i realised that i can't reach the hotel by car so i have to park my car in a public parking area the hotel does not have any parking lots for customers, i lost my bmw labels which cost easily more than 10000 rupees. So please be aware about the theft happening at the public parking area so do not park there no one take the responsibility except you. There is a high possibility that next time you may loose much more valuable items. I suggest using some hotel outside the area where you can park within the hotel premise.

The outside view is good but inside its only average. We used to stay at ganapath grand for so many years. Its the first time trying this hotel. We are deeply dissatisfied.
