Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Palermo

繁華街に隣接しているので便利。部屋は最低限必要な設備に留めているため広く感じる。フロントは丁寧。レストランを紹介してもらったが、ピンポイントでの紹介はなかった。

We spent a week at the beautiful Villa Igeia in October / November with our adult children. This place is incredibly special and we had a wonderful time. The property is stunning. It exudes old school glamour, overlooking Palermo harbour and the sea. We spent many languid breakfasts and aperitivo hours on the terrace. The service is truly second-to-none. Everyone who works here - without exception - is friendly and warm and super helpful. The food and drink is delicious. The Villa also has a a beautiful pool, situated next to the ruins of a Roman temple and a well-appointed gym which we used every day. There are tennis courts and also a spa (we didn’t get round to using these). We enjoyed two excursions organised by the Villa/ one to Cefalu and a vineyard and one to a cooking class in Palermo (preceded by a tour around the Ballaro food market). Both were excellent. We had the company of Francesco, a local driver both days and for the cooking class (which was excellent - see my review below) a local student Rihama escorted us. Both were very professional and charming and we were confident we were in good hands. I hope to return - we have completely fallen for Villa Igiea and Palermo. Thank to all the staff for a wonderful stay.

酒店可以説是西西里島的豪華酒店了，本來訂的不是這家酒店，因對原來在攜程訂的酒店極不滿意，臨時決定改到這家酒店，才不至於在西西里島的度假受到太大的影響，但也額外支出了一大筆費用。

我是坐船到達的，酒店距離碼頭路程10分鐘，坐巴士只需要三個站就到。附近有超級市場性價比高的酒店內有浴缸。熱水亦算充足。Wi-Fi 10分順暢服務員亦算有禮。 Ps : 附近有個可以270度看到地平線的地方，想知道就DM我吧。

Un magnífico hotel, con unas instalaciones de lujo en un antiguo palazzo en pleno centro histórico de Palermo. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, con todos los servicios. El servicio muy correcto y dispuesto. Tiene un piano bar, terraza garden y el entorno muy bueno, justo en pleno centro de todas las atracciones turísticas de Palermo y zonas de ocio y restauración, sin ningún ruido ni problemas en absoluto. Recomendable absolutamente.

Albergo in posizione esterna al centro città ove presente ZTL comodo per chi viaggia in auto. Dotato di parecchi servizi, bellissima la piscina al 14 piano e la sala ristorante annessa. Colazione abbondante e di ottima qualità, vasta scelta tra dolce e salato. Arredamento delle stanze un po' datato da rimodernare, ottimo servizio di pulizia, palestra, bar, parcheggio auto e ampi spazi all'aperto.

Definitely it was a great experience. As we arrived after a trip via Viena, the receptionists were very kind and gave us a nice room in the new part. If possible, we would like to rate all aspects of our accommodation with 12 from 10. Location is excellent, near the free tour meeting ppint and not far away from street food experiences and historic monuments.

Lovely hotel overlooking a piazza. We booked a room with a balcony which was lovely to sit and watch the world go by. It is centrally located with bakeries, restaurants, shops and history right on your doorstep. Although it is a busy road, as is all the center you cannot hear the traffic in the room. The photographs of the Hotel absolutely do not do it justice at all, it is so much better.

Kamer schoon en modern. Ramen erg vies. Zwembad perfect! Service bij het zwembad erg slecht. Te lang wachten om geholpen te worden. Het personeel van de bar daarentegen werkte keihard en was vriendelijk. Ontbijt uitgebreid en vers. Goed hotel en zeker één aanrader.
