Situated not far away from the crowded and noisy north side of Kassandra, at the top of a slope with a magical view of Sithonia Peninsula and Gulf of Toroneos this is an ideal place to stay for your vacations. Everything is close within 30min drive unless you wish to drive 10-15minutes more, to visit Sani or Kallithea which is OK. So, this is a 5 star location place. However, once you get into your room, you'll immediately notice that it was left to the ravages of time!!!! Bathroom: very high to get into, short people and kids may need a ladder. All the water from the shower was dropping out on the floor as there was no door or something to prevent the water from coming out. A shower curtain is just 5-10 euros for God's sake to install! Coming out of the shower was like walking on a swimming people and had to be very careful as the floor was slippery. Elecrtic Spots: A broken socket to plug a hair dryer was a point of danger for an electric shock!!!!! There was only one mains plug in each room for your needs. A small Kitchenette as described before booking is nowhere near a Kitchenette. It's just a refrigerator with a kettle hidden in the wardrobe. Beds: Still in use since the 80's. Mattresses: Certainly over 15-20 years old. Need replacement. Sleep was OK but not comfortable. Pillows: Need replacement A/C: Need maintenance. Curtains: Dirty and hanging from their place. Could not be adjusted easily to hide external light from coming into the room. Need replacement. Doors and Windows: Need maintenance or replacement. Veranda: Dirty. Tables and chairs need replacement Closets: Broken Shelves: broken TV: Still looking for the remote control!!! Swimming Pool: OK. Clean. Sunbeds: Dirty. Need replacement. The personnel tried to do anything to help, but they couldn't as there were only three of them, all ladies, one of which was the cleaner. Only one lady to clean all the rooms!!!! I feel very sorry for them, as they are employees to run the businiess of a useless and irresponsible owner. Restaurant: Excellent food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is a t least the biggest con of this hotel. A message to the owner: Fix your business to return and recommend it. To all others interested: It's up to you if you prefer location over services or the other way around. You cannot have both unfortunately.

Value for money

It's a scam! It s so far away from the centre, the road is damaged, it s in the mountains, you don t have phone signal, it s almost 8 km from the any beach in pefkochori and in the night it was dangerous to drive. When we got there, the villa it didn t looked like in the photos, villa Pigadi, downstairs there s a bedroom configured in the kitchen and a small bathroom that smelled very ugly. It s openspace, u dont have any intimacy. The 1st floor, after u climb the very tight stairs, there are 2 "bedrooms" one large bedroom and althpught they told us it s another king size bedroom, there was a 1 person bed. The A/C it didn t worked. They told us on the phone that our villa has a pool and when we got there, the pool was 300 m away, in common with another villa. We tried to eat at thir restaurant, the food was very very bad and also the food services. They didn t cleaned the villa before we got there, and also many insects dead found in the house. The good thing is that we only seelpt there for 2 night.

Τραγική εμπειρία. Τραγική!!!!! Είχαμε κράτηση για τρεις ημέρες προπληρωμένη. Στις δύο ημέρες φύγαμε. Δεν αντέχαμε ούτε μια ημέρα πάρα πάνω σε αυτό το αχούρι. Έπιπλα παμπάλαια και σπασμένα. Τα υδραυλικά κατεστραμένα. Η τουαλέτα των υπνοδωματίων δεν ήταν λειτουργική. Η πόρτα της τουαλέτας δεν έκλεινε. Το νερό λίμναζε στον νιπτήρα . Το καζανάκι δεν λειτουργούσε. Εαν κάποιος έβρισκε τρόπο να ρίξει νερό μέσα στη λεκάνη αυτό έβγαινε κάτω στο πάτωμα και όλο το μπάνιο είχε μια απίστευτη μυρωδιά αποχέτευσης. Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν ότι ακόμα και μέσα στη νύχτα έπρεπε να κατεβαίνουμε στην τουαλέτα του ισογείου με κίνδυνο να πέσουμε γιατί η σκάλα είχε στενά σκαλοπάτια και η ξύλινη κουπαστή της ήταν κυριολεκτικά στον αέρα. Μπροστά δε στη σκάλα είχαν ένα μπαούλο που του έλειπε ένα πόδι και έγερνε, με αποτέλεσμα να κλείνει τη μισή έξοδο από τη σκάλα, ένα έπιπλο άκρως επικίνδυνο, σε περίπτωση που θα χρειαστεί κάποιος να στηριχθεί. Και πάμε στην τουαλέτα του ισογείου... Ένας γλόμπος με εμφανές καλώδιο παρίστανε το φωτιστικό. Η λεκάνη έπρεπε να διαθέτει σήμανση μέχρι ποιο ύψος έπρεπε να έχει αυτός που θα τη χρησιμοποιήσει. Ένας άνθρωπος με ύψος πάνω απο 1,75 αγκάλιαζε με τα πόδια του τον τοίχο μπροστά από τη λεκάνη.!!! Όταν διαμαρτυρήθηκα στη κοπέλα της reception για την κατάσταση, μου είπε... "Δεν μπορώ να κάνω κάτι μιλήστε με την booking com!" Αργότερα μου υποσχέθηκε να στείλει υδραυλικό. Φυσικά κανένας υδραυλικός δεν εμφανίστηκε. Κλαίμε τα λεφτά μας (492,63+1,50 δημοτικό φόρο ) και την ψυχική μας ηρεμία... Εννοείται ότι για όσα γράφω υπάρχουν βίντεο και φωτογραφίες.

Οι φωτογραφίες που γίνεται η κράτηση δεν έχουν καμία σχέση με τα δωμάτια Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά απ' το προσωπικό Ένα βράδυ εκ των 4αρων είχε διακοπή νερού χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση Βρέθηκαν 3 κατσαρίδες στον χώρο

Wir sind wirklich nicht anspruchsvoll und arrangieren uns schnell mit der vorzufindenden Situation, hier aber kamen so viele Komponenten zusammen, dass sich erstmal Verzweiflung breit gemacht hat! Eine so wunderschöne Lage einfach verrotten zu lassen ist eine Schande! Sich auszuruhen auf „ der Blick ist unbezahlbar „ ist für mich kein Argument dem Urlauber nichts zu bieten! Ja, die Lage ist traumhaft, alles andere Alptraumhaft! Wer nichts erwartet, wird sicher trotzdem noch enttäuscht! Es ist unfassbar runtergekommen! Keine Ahnung wann hier überhaupt einmal renoviert, saniert oder erneuert wurde! Wir haben 500€ in Wohlfühl Atmosphäre gesteckt um den bezahlten Urlaub halbwegs genießen zu können! Frühstück weniger als Mittelklasse, alles was extra ist (frischer O-Saft) kostest auch extra! Keine Handtücher für den Strand, kein Laundryservice! Die Fotos mit denen geworben wird, sind nicht aus dieser Zeit! Sauber legt jeder anders aus, aber Haare im Bett bei Ankunft, Geschirr welches vom Urlauber vorher schmutzig zurückgestellt wurde, eine undichte Toilette, so das es immer nach Urin roch ist untragbar! Auch wenn das Personal sich bemüht hat, je öfter man kam umso ungehaltener wurden sie. Keine Empfehlung an Familien mit dem Wunsch länger zu bleiben! Man sollte tagsüber ankommen um alles zu inspizieren und dann entscheiden, kann ich so 20Tage Urlaub machen? Schade dass hier nicht mehr daraus gemacht wird!!!

Çok sakin. Sessiz ve huzurlu bir yer. Havuzlar ortak ama kimse kullanmıyor herkes deniz tercih ediyor. Bu nedenle özel havuz gibi kullandım. Bir çok plaja araba ile 15 dk mesafede.
