Hotel berhampiran Can Corbella Building, Palma De Mallorca

I can’t tell you how much I loved this hotel. We arrived on a busy Wednesday lunchtime - the gentleman that checked us in was so completely lovely and friendly and took the time to tell us all that we needed to know about the hotel. One of our two rooms was ready early, which was so appreciated as we had been up since 12 the night before, they had also allocated two rooms together which was fabulous as I was travelling with my daughters. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. You also get the mini bar free on the first day which is great. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was lovely and friendly and had a smile. The lady who greeted us at breakfast was lovely, the breakfast restaurant isn’t huge but it absolutely has everything needed and the food was all fresh. The guys on the bar that we met at the end of the day when we came back tired from exploring Palma were so lovely, they made the most fabulous cocktails and even recommended which one my daughter should try. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat . It is in a fabulous location and it’s immaculately clean. A fabulous 48 hours in Palma/thank you so much 💫

Sehr gutes Hotel mit leckeren Buffets. Hatten Halbpension und das Essen war sehr lecker. Das Hotel hat zudem eine schöne kleine Poolanlage. Zum Strand und Bierkönig ist es ebenfalls nicht weit. Die Lage ist also top

So.. I don't know where to start tbh, I've never stayed anywhere like this.. all inclusive usually means you don't have to spend additional money for basic things. The room, it was obviously a double with 2 extra beds crammed in so there was less than a foot of space round the beds, it was actually a twin not a double as the 4 beds were separate but pushed together, unbelievably cramped. The food, if you will eat anything like me it had some very nice food, fish was good, there was a joint of meat most days, but it became repetitive quite quickly. We have some fussy eaters in the family and they struggled hugely, everything tasted slightly sweet and it put them off, I was ok with it. Drinks however, that was a bit strange, beer or wine only with meals from canteen with no proper glasses, no fizzy drinks at breakfast, no coffee other than with breakfast but was available elsewhere in the hotel. No drinking water supplied to rooms, never had that before, ice creams were rubbish, probably 15p each ones, but the big issue was there was lalways loads of tables reserved and tbh I don't think this was for people to dine, more to restrict the amount of people being served, as a result people were constantly hunting for seats, also food would start to be tideid away around 20mins before service ends so it was easy to miss out. Pools, the three pools were OK but very busy and to make it worse someone had the genius idea to remove alot of the sunbeds land install a day bed area that could be rented at 25 euro a day, tbh alot of the experience felt like a cash grab, crap ice cream but you can buy nice ones, no space at pool but you can rent premium ones, vending machines all over. Entertainment was turd, it was just the staff doing a bit of a disco. It's a strange one, the hotel is quite nice but it felt like you only get 75% of what you should. If you were on a tight budget you would struggle, I feel you have to spend additional money during your stay, some people won't have this option. If you spent this amount going to Turkey you would have much more on offer. Overall... very disappointed, trying to think of something positive..... na, got nothing

Excellent. Un très bel hôtel bien situé Plusieurs arrêts de bus à disposition, multiples restaurants et bars, possibilité de longer la côte la mer est juste en face. Petit-déjeuner inclus dans la formule. Vaste choix chaque jour rien à redire. Le skybar est magnifique et reposant. Pareil pour le lobby d'accueil/espace détente. La chambre est très propre, celle réservée avait un balcon et vu sur mer. Parfait rien à redire. Petit bémol parfois on entend ses voisins de chambre mais rien de méchant pour ma part. Je recommande cet hôtel.

We have just returned from a self catering holiday at this Hotel and found the facilities badly lacking. First of all the location is not what we expected. Supposed to have a sea view but that was restricted due to large trees right in front of most of the balcony. The shoreline contained a lot of litter. Self catering was difficult not even a teapot or sufficient cooking equipment. No oven so that obviously curtailed certain dishes. Be aware that whilst there are plenty of supermarkets they do not stock basics such as cereals or eggs. There is an Aldi some considerable distance away that we were able to use. Our TV didn’t work and a visit from an engineer sorted it until we switched it off and then it wouldn’t work again. We reported it only to be told we would have to change rooms. I eventually managed to get it working as it was tuned in to England rather than Spain. The location of the hotel is up a steep hill so anyone with walking problems would find it difficult to negotiate Especially if carrying groceries. We didn’t use any of the hotels facilities preferring to eat in the apartment despite the inadequate facilities. After all we had booked a self catering holiday !The beach is lovely quite busy with safe bathing. Good bus services to other areas. Use your debit card for a considerable discount. Would we stay there again probably not. Obviously whoever is in charge hadn’t thought it through. This was not a cheap holiday , the flight and room was in excess of £2500. We expected something better having been in Portugal earlier in the year for almost half the price. Sour grapes hardly. Just a warning to would be travellers.

There're hundreds of hotels in the area. Don't go to this one. It's expensive and has poor conditions. The first thing that I noticed when I arrived was that it didn't have a ramp to facilitate the access of people with mobility difficulties. The second detail was that you were CHARGED for the WIFI 4€ DAILY. I have never seen that before. Also you were given a big and a small towel per person. Not a bath math, and they were refusing to give you any edtra towel. Towels are quite old, by the way. They tried to make money in every single possible way. The dinner does not include a single drink, not even water, and you can't take your own drinks. Most nights, there weren't many options, mainly salad. Nice the first night, but fed up after a week. Food taste was meh, but not horrible. If you want a decently quiet stay, it's not a good option. The place was full of drunk people. The first night, I saw how the man next to my door fell and opened his head. He was so drunk that barely knew where he was. It's not the right place if you aren't partying 24/7. I was told that I could notify reception of what room was causing noises, but there were a few per level. Impossible mission. I had an extra problem. My room had an air conditioner that leaked. I was told that they couldn't send anyone to fix it because the maintenance staff finished their shift at 5. What about emergency maintenance? I complained lots because it was a hazard. Their answer was to put a towel, which was getting soaking wet. They didn't have other rooms available. It took them 3 days to have another room free. I didn't receive any compensation for the inconvenience. Why not just 1 star? Because the staff. THE STAFF WAS NICE, THE ONLY GOOD THING. I feel sorry for them. They face lots of abuse.

Hotel was in a fantastic location to enjoy surrounding coves, beaches and restaurants. Staff were very polite and helpful with all our requests. The room had great views over the pool and sea and I enjoyed very much being able to swim off the rocks from the hotel. Would stay here again.
