Very close location to bus stop, large room, clean and modern equipment

albergue muy bonito y limpio con todo lo necesario, un Servicio muy agradable, pude practicar mi español. por la noche hubo un pequeño incidente mientras caminaba, los chicos en la habitación cerraron la ventana, ya que alguien estaba haciendo ruido en la calle y la habitación se convirtió en una sauna, hacía mucho calor, le pedí al chico en la Recepción que encendiera el aire acondicionado e inmediatamente se enfrió en la sala común, muchas gracias. he vivido en diferentes albergues y puedo decir que es un albergue entre los mejores очень хороший и чистый хостел со всем необходимым, очерень приятный сервис, смог попрактиковать мой испанский. ночью был маленький казус, пока я гулял, ребята в номере закрыли окно, так как кто-то шумел на улице и номер превратился в сауну, было очень жарко, я попросил парня на ресепшен включить кондиционер и сразу стало прохладно в общей комнате, спасибо большое. я жил в разных хостелах и я могу сказать, что это хостел среди лучших

第一日冷氣凍到睡不著 沒有被 還給錯2張床笠我 ，第二天完全沒冷氣，熱醒好多次，沖涼要每3秒按次才有水！我以為去了公共海灘！

地理位置一般，去任何地方都要走上個30分鐘左右。但是這裏的衞生方面是我住過所有的青年旅社裡麪做得最乾淨的，特別是洗澡的地方感覺非常棒。

Malgré une arrivée tardive l'établissement à pu répondre en avance à la problématique et ma chambre fut gardé. Très content des services proposés.

Un hostal amistoso muy bien acomodado. Y las instalaciones excelentes. Me han dado para rentar un auto y todo a salido de maravillas. Todo está muy bien.

This place is a very very large dormitory with small individual cells who are ok organized with lights, wifi, tablet with service for movies..etc. The place is keep well clean. Downstairs you have individuals lockers, kitchen with free coffee or tea and a nice sitting area. The conception is a bit awkward, you have to pass by the reception to go downstairs to your locker and to the showers/toilets room who is mix-sex. The hotel works with codes that you received on your phone by 15:00 (good luck if you don't have Europe internet) During the day, someone is at the reception.. so you will have your chance to get in, but not in evening and later on.. Well!.. thank you to the nosy guests.. answering their phone at 1 am..having the lights on.. etc..or the others keeping us awake most of the night.

Perfect stay, nice people working here and the rooms were really good and affordable. The most important thing, the bathrooms were very clean and staff very friendly. The location of this place is very nice since the shops are close.

This was the worst experience ever. The hostel is advertised heavily as a YOUTH hostel or “young environment”. I went with 4 young, 22 year old girls and we were in an 8 bedroom room with all males over the age of 50. By NO means is this a youth hostel. In addition, the average age was significantly over 30, maybe even 40. This false advertising is horrendous, especially for young females. Would NOT recommend this place.

I booked this hostel through *********** with free cancellation. Prior to the cancellation date, the hostel took my money, which at the time was fine. I then had a friend wanting to join me on the holiday and unfortunately, there was no accommodation available for her to stay here, meaning I had to cancel. I contacted the hostel asking for them to refund my money, which they agreed. To my surprise, they took out a further amount of €90 again, rather than refunding. They apologised for the error, but to this day I have still not received me 2 x €90 money back. They said they have sent the money, but over a month later it still hasn't been received and I've had to dispute the charges through my bank. No offer of compensation at all. They are pretty much saying, we sent the money, now its your problem. I'm sure the hostel is nice, but this experience has been terrible. Disappointed.

Très déçue de mon expérience à We Hostel Palma. Je suis restée une nuit avec une amie. Le personnel était accueillant et les locaux propres et confortables. À notre départ, on nous propose de déposer nos affaires quelques heures dans un local fermé à clé en payant 2 euros pour qu’elles soient à l’abris. Il est bien précisé que tout effet personnel laissé dans les salles communes n’est pas sous la responsabilité du personnel, ce pourquoi il est proposé une alternative pour éviter tout vol. À notre retour, ma veste a disparu de leur local. Comprenant bien que la pièce contenait des affaires de plusieurs voyageurs, j’ai tout de même demandé à la responsable ce qu’elle pouvait faire pour moi étant donné que les affaires étaient sous leur responsabilité. Elle s’est montré agressive et a décliné toute responsabilité ainsi que fait aucun geste de compensation quant à mon bien perdu. Je suis très déçue quant à cette réaction non commerciale et ne considérant pas ses clients, d’autant plus pour une nuit à 80 euros pour deux personnes.

Nous sommes seniors et de retrouver l’ambiance des auberges de jeunesse nous a fait bien plaisir dans cet établissement. Quelques cafés sympathiques autour pour les petits déjeuners, 1 verre ou dîner. Très bien desservi par bus ou même à pied. Nous avions une chambre grand lit (la suite de Wehostel). Prix abordable décor spartiate bonne literie. Seul point à revoir : la douche avec un poussoir, sans tuyau flexible ni douchette réglage très délicat de température, donc un coup glacé un coup brûlant, pas top
