We had a wonderful stay at Can Cera while escaping the cold wet British weather in February. It is such a lovely place and its size and space make it feel as if you are staying in a grand house, which we loved. The public areas are lovely places to sit, and the room we had was very comfortable. We felt so at home and totally relaxed from the moment we arrived, and the staff are really excellent. We were looked after very well and the breakfast was great. We'd recommend the hotel to anyone, and its location is perfect for exploring the old town, and sitting in the squares with a drink watching the world go by. We'll be back!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Antigua Palma. The hotel staff are the friendliest we have ever known. They were informative and very helpful when dealing with any requests or sorting out the odd problem. The location of the hotel is great, in the centre of the old city but tucked away. The rooftop is a lovely spot for lunch and catching some sun. The rooms are beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Loved the turn down service treats. Breakfast was excellent and all overseen brilliantly by Melissa. We had a fantastic stay in Palma and the hotel was a major part of a lovely week.

When we arrived this true Paradise, our breath was taken away by the amazing welcome! I can't imagine a more relaxing setting or location for a city getaway! Look at my attached photos and you will agree! The true reason why Posada Terra Santa is one of the very best hotels in Palma with nearly only Excellent reviews (5-stars) is the beautiful people that works there! - they made us feel so welcome and comfortable all the time. This is one of the most relaxing hotels in any city around the world we have been visited! Our room (no 201) was well appointed and spacious, equipped with everything you could want. A huge (2x2m) comfy bed and a bathroom with walk in shower. The room had a very efficient air-conditioning which is very important during the summer in Palma! We enjoyed a marvellous breakfast each morning and also a very special dinners - all with impeccable service. The service level at breakfast is on same high levels as the most luxury resorts, we have been visiting in Seychelles, Maldives, Mauritius and Hawaii! The rooftop plunge pool and deck area provide a perfect spot to unwind and relax after exploring the Town Centre. A huge congratulation to the whole team at Posada Terra Santa! Keep up the amazing job as you guys are making your clientele happy, relaxed, feel safe and special! As a person who travels a lot, I can highly recommend Posada Terra Santa. The hotel has lovely premises, is clean and tidy, and is centrally located but in a quiet area. The staff are lovely, and can communicate in English, Swedish and Spanish. The hotel has a nice bar with good drinks that you can enjoy down there, take to the suite, or up to the nice roof terrace. On the roof terrace you can lie down and relax, in the sun or shade, and take a little bath in their small pool there - perfect to just cool off in. The hotel has its own gym, and a separate laundry room where you can wash and dry clothes - just bring your own detergent. The rooms have everything you need for easy cooking, and there is hairdryer, makeup-mirror, soap for body and hair, and lotion in the bathroom. The rooms have modern interior, and the beds are nice with some kind of duvet rather than theese thin sheets you often get in hotels abroad. Something that pulls it down a bit (probably also the only thing), is that around 140 euros were stolen from my wallet in the suite when we were on the beach. It is, of course, impossible to say whether it is someone from staff or someone passing the room when it has been cleaned... but this should not happen. In any case, staff should not do that, and they should possibly close the doors when they are cleaning on the bottom floor of the suite. The lady at the reception took us very seriously, and brought it up with both management for the hotel and for the cleaners. Since nobody admitted anything (of course), there was nothing to be done about it unfortunately. We were told that we should have used the safe in the room. But even that didn't really affect our perception of the hotel, this is one person's doing - the hotel is fantastic.

We stayed at Hotel Ca’n Cirera for a night whilst visiting Palma. The hotel is in the perfect location for sightseeing with the cathedral practically next door! You’re also only a short walk from fantastic bars and restaurants and most of the main sights the city has to offer. The hotel itself is set in a beautiful old manor house and has remained faithful to the history of the building. However the rooms were noise proofed and were comfortably fitted out with everything you could need. There is also a great little cafe in the inner courtyard which is its own oasis of calm and a lovely spot to have a coffee. However the star of the whole experience was the hotel manager Mariana.

The hotel itsself is beautiful, lovely decor and rooms. Immaculately clean and cleaners do a good job. The hotels location is about 10/15 minute walk to the cathedral however the surrounding area of the premise can only be described as sketchy? This may be due to the time of year and not many tourists around. A few negatives which contributed to the 3* review - We had a room which overlooked the road and cafes. We woke multiple times a night from the reception door opening/closing beneath us and also the late night sports bar situated two doors down. It was open till the small hours of the morning with drunks screaming and on one occasion fighting outside. This isnt the hotels fault of course but perhaps better sound proofing is required. The shower pressure wasnt that powerful either but unsure if that can be improved.
