I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Palma riad and I can honestly it say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Not only is the hotel beautiful but the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning and recommending to everyone. Thank you Palma riad!

We had an amazing long weekend stay at the Palma Riad. From check in to check out the staff go above and beyond to make your stay feel extra special. The building is quite unique and the covered patio are in the centre a lovely space to have breakfast or just a coffee. The hotel is located perfectly in the old town with many amazing restaurants, cocktail bars and shops all within walking distance and is the ideal base for exploring Palma city. The Suite we had was amazing, we stayed In the Suite Patio 1 and it had the most amazing bed, pillows, shower, bath tub and the terrace with day bed and patio view was a great place to chill out after a day exploring the city. The breakfast is simply delicious and present perfectly and has a great selection of cooked to order as well as buffet style options. I would not hesitate to return to the Palma Riad and would hope to stay here again in the future.

From check-in until check-out everything was flawless! But the reason for a “five star” review was the staff at the hotel. Extremely service minded and very professional. And the room was to die for! It felt like spending a night in Marrakech. We had the Hammam room, which I really can recommend.

Our stay at Palma Riad was Perfection! The service and kindness from everyone we met was exceptional. We have been raving about it since we left. In addition to the incredible staff, the accommodations are beautiful! We can't say enough about the Hammam suite. There are what seems to be thousands of restaurants, shops, and activities all in walkable distance from the hotel. One night my wife and I mentioned we had tried to get dessert, but the restaurant nearby was closed. The concierge called around and unbeknownst to us whipped up a flourless chocolate cake for us to share... Seriously? It was above and beyond. And we cannot forget the breakfast...! We hope to be back again and will be singing your praises each time we discuss our amazing trip!!

Palma Riad is a beautiful stylish hotel. Our private suite was on the third floor all by itself. The room was incredible and had all the essentials we needed. The bed was comfortable. The tv in the mirror was unique. The breakfast was well done. The hotel is central to all the shopping too. We walked to many boutique stores and cafes. Also the staff is the best part of the Palma Riad. Each member goes out of their way to take care of anything you need.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We stayed in the Hammam suite. The room was immaculate and exactly as advertised. Comfortable beds and all the amenities we could have hoped for. Even better was the service provided by every staff member. From the front desk staff to every housekeeper, the employees were extraordinary. We never lacked for anything and they made sure to assist with any request we had, no matter how small. I think their helpful and pleasant attitudes are what we might remember most. The breakfast included with our stay was amazing every day.

We loved our stay at Palma Riad. Had 2 nights at beginning of our time in Mallorca, then returned for one more at the end. Room 1 was great-loved the layout and balcony day bed. Room 7 on the return night had a peculiar smoky smell, but fresh air from the front window helped. The bed was super comfy and we enjoyed great sleep. So quiet despite being in the center of the city. Very convenient location and spot on suggestion from the staff to try tapas at La Bodeguilla just a few doors down the street. Daily morning breakfast was delicious and relaxed. Both of the rooms had the signature gigantic bath tubs-which we enjoyed! though it takes forever to fill-and the faucets are awkwardly located on the opposite side of the tub from the room! We had one relaxing afternoon at the sister property rooftop pool, great to get some sun and get rid of jet lag. The staff were all so very nice and helpful-would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed for one night but it was the most perfect experience. From the moment we walked in the door the service was amazing. Really kind reception team and we were very lucky to get upgraded to a larger suite for our night. The hotel and room was beautiful, everything looks better than the pictures (if you can believe it)! The room was quiet and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also amazing. This hotel was such a treat, if we ever get the chance to come back this is where we will stay next time, we loved it!

Beautiful unique hotel. Service/friendliness was 5 Star. If you really want a hotel with a different feel, look and character this is your place. The room was cleaned and serviced perfectly and the breakfast was excellent Thanks Riad staff!
