Worst Hostel I have ever stayed in whilst in Spain; the duty manager used racist language when speaking to me he told me “Jews and Germans always complain“. This hostel requires you to have a international hostel association membership; however the Hostelworld page does not include reference to this membership being required if you are over the age of 30. The duty manager was incredibly rude and even after I paid for the membership he told me that “ maybe I don’t want you here you’re Jewish“ Great location and it looks like it’s a pretty attractive hostel but given the racist abuse I suffered I recommend that you stay at another hostel.

Buena ubicación, buenas instalaciones para ser un hostel. Buen servicio de recepción (en el horario en que están), y desayuno incluido en el precio en un buen comedor. Por otro lado, nos hemos sentido “Engañados”. A través de Booking reservé todas las camas que componían 1 habitación de 8 personas, y con unos 8 meses de antelación. A la llegada al hostel, nos ofrecieron la habitación número 12, “compartís baño con la núm 13”, dijeron. Una vez dentro, cual fue nuestra sorpresa que, para llegar a la habitación número 13, tenían que pasar por la nuestra!! La 12!! Tenía pinta de ser un anterior pasillo que han aprovechado. No consiguieron reubicarnos excusándose en que yo reservé camas y no habitaciones, indicando que nos habían hecho 1 favor. Recuerdo que desde booking reservé las 8 camas de una única habitación, y con muchos meses de antelación. Si aporta algo, éramos un grupo 8 personas que rondan los 40 años de edad cada uno. Junto a ello, el aire acondicionado deben encenderlo/apagarlo desde recepción. En que nos vimos la madrugada del sábado para apagarlo, dado que no hay nadie a partir de las 23:30.

I have chosen this hotel mainly because of its proximity to the Plaça d'Espanya (walking distance). Hourly paid street parking (blue lines), thru the day you can stay in one spot for two hours, then you have to move, but it is free from 8 PM till the morning. Good luck finding a free spot in the evening :D Breakfast from 7 AM to 10 AM (ham, cheese, croissants, baked goods, fruit, water, juice, coffee.. simple, tasty stuff). The room is okay, although I missed the waste bin (there was one small in the bathroom) and the original TV controller (just wanted to change the language). The shower was not in the best shape (a little bit of mold in the corners), but the water pressure was really great, so I didn't mind. The main negative for me was the noise. I heard everything in the night and I'm not a light sleeper.. people walking thru the corridors, laughing, talking, enjoying company even moving the chairs from the reception as I slept on the 1st floor, near the stairs. Overall, I'd choose this hotel again for a short trip, but I'd take earplugs with and I'd request a higher floor. Enjoy your stay in Mallorca.

Perfect stay, nice people working here and the rooms were really good and affordable. The most important thing, the bathrooms were very clean and staff very friendly. The location of this place is very nice since the shops are close.

A wee bit away from the old town about 15min walk, and further for more eating area over at the cathedral end. The hotel is super clean and the dorms are en suite bathroom with electronic lockers amazing. They have a pool on the roof should be good on a warmer summer days. The kitchen is perfect for the budget travellers. Left luggage is fee of 5 euro a day
