Superb location. The hotel is small but very neat and tidy. Everything provided but a staff thats warm and welcoming. There is very nice history to the hotel and has some original parts like the beautiful door. Michelin star restaurants only 30 seconds away too. Enjoy!

從機場出來打車很方便就到酒店了，發現附近好多酒店都叫XxxMelia，可能這個區都是這個名字，酒店位於海對麪，我們選的測海景房有個小露台可以坐，還是比較舒適和愜意的。早飯也很好吃，選擇非常多，還有專人可以煎蛋，好多酒店都沒有這個服務，酒店不提供牙刷，要主動要，這家酒店哪哪都好就是有點不夠明碼標價，我們去的時候裏面服務人員在我們不在房間的情況下，放了兩小塊巧克力（一小片那種），還把被子掀開一角放在被子上，兩張床一張一塊，我們以為是贈品就吃了，結果結賬的時候被告知要收取9歐元，這個屬實有點坑，巧立名目收費了我覺得這個不太合適，其他倒還好。一定注意迷你吧和玻璃杯這些沒有免費的食品，都會被收費，合理食用。

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location in the centre of Palma, but quiet also. Immediately the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Service was very good and the spa and roof terrace were very enjoyable. Would recommend thoroughly

The hotel staff's impeccable service, marked by warm smiles and attentive care, bestowed upon me a sense of belonging. This stay was truly unforgettable, leaving me eager to return to this seaside haven.

Ein sehr gediegenes und schönes Hotel in der Altstadt von Palma. Einchecken war schnell und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr komfortabel. Der recht hohe Preis ist bei dieser Lage und Ausstattung durchaus gerechtfertigt. Allein der Pool auf dem Dach ist eher ein Stehpool und nicht zum schwimmen geeignet.

街からは少し離れていましたが本当に清潔で素晴らしい体験ができました。ホテル最上階からみる夕陽がとてもきれいで一生の思い出になりました！ サウナがあるので水着を持っていかれることをおすすめします。

先説不滿意的地方由於當時我的疏忽兩人入住訂房時我衹填了一個check in 過後第二天沒通知要加收一晚30歐的額外費用我覺得有點不太滿意 加收OK前提是check in時告訴我我完全沒有意見 第二天才説就讓人不爽 其次酒店設施有點老舊不過畢竟開業年數在那兒 再説優點餐廳不錯馬略卡島其實蠻大酒店距離果凍海等景點開車要一個小時左右 望採納 其次洗漱用品都是寶格麗的 但鑒於淡季每晚1500左右的房價也不能説性價比高
