For the price we paid for 2 nights including the new year’s eve, it should have atleast worth every penny. When we checked in, we immediately complained about the pillow which smelled sweat and the bedsheets which had stain and hair on it which is unusual if it was newly changed. Also, the sea view room provided to us was the one facing the hotel gate entrance and with the sea on the other side of the road and was noisy at night as you can hear cars and different noises from the ground. You have to call for the shaving kit, cotton buds and did not provide extra toilet paper on our second day. The tissue in the tissue box smelled mold. The TV remote also did not work and had to call for assistance.

Overall, it was a good experience, but need to have more check-in counters, extended hours for swimming pool use, and should have entertainment shows and activities like other 5 star properties, especially on weekends.

投訴投訴投訴!!! 垃圾前台 這個酒店前台人員,工作能力很差,表面你問她什麼,都回復OK 對的,背地裡啥也沒給你弄, 辦理入住的前台 右側單獨一個窗口的 一個歐美長相的女的黃頭髮,服務很差,第一遍辦理 給她ID和酒店訂單英文版都看了,也説了要辦入住 Check in,然後也問了是不是海景大床房 ,還有早餐等等,最後給了兩個beach towel,浴巾卡和一個旁邊酒吧的酒水卡,就是沒給房卡,給了個放房卡的紙盒,沒寫房間號和製作房卡,還告訴讓你去找酒吧,身上大包小包的就為了讓她辦兩張浴巾卡嗎, 心眼太壞了這種人前台,她是不是故意的一眼能看出來,垃圾前台,希望攜程的工作人員能去了解情況,他們經理都知道,當時找了旁邊的男的重新辦理了,和他們經理請示,一定要反饋投訴這個前台!!! 國人同胞避坑

One of the best intercontinental hotels we have ever been too. Classy hotel and fantastic amenities. Shaheedah from Egypt did our checkin smoothly. Abdou helped with our bags. All the staff were well trained and took care of the guests. One thing that could be changed is someone should be attending at the checkin/check out counters to avoid annoying customers because no one could make out who was next in the queue. Food was amazing and the beach and pool awesome. Although in January when we went the sea water was too cold and very windy. So beach was difficult to swim in but the pool was temperature controlled. Great hotel and value for money. Also the pressure of the showers should be increased if possible. And better shampoo should be arranged too.

It was such a nice experience in desert! All staff are very nice and friendly here. Especially Ahmed Karin who guided us towards the adventure centre is really a bonus to our trip. He's so nice to our family and our kids enjoyed his introduction of the animals very much. We really appreciate his service and this resort experience in UAE!

We stayed in the family Villa with pool view. The staff all around the hotel were amazing, assisting us at all times and making sure our stay was most comfortable. They have many pools situated at different locations around the hotel but the pool where we stayed has the coldest temperature which was perfect for this hot weather. You can hop on a buggy to get around or take a stroll to any place in the hotel. The beach is calm and perfect for a relaxing time. Their buffet breakfast and dinner was a wide variety and the food was excellent.

В этот отель приезжаю с 2017 года последний раз был в 22 году . За это время владельцем стал Хилтон, и всё изменилось не в лучшую сторону . Раньше это был Лакшри , роскошь , отсутствие посторонних, высочайший сервис, теперь это рваные лежаки , затёртые полотенца , плюс стройка с двух сторон , причём иногда в море зайти нельзя , грязное. В общем я конечно обескуражен. Персонал конечно хороший , стараются во всю , в остальном …. От былого Вальдорфа осталось только воспоминание, был там последний раз , а жаль ….

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in (L). This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.
