Sehr gutes Hotel mit leckeren Buffets. Hatten Halbpension und das Essen war sehr lecker. Das Hotel hat zudem eine schöne kleine Poolanlage. Zum Strand und Bierkönig ist es ebenfalls nicht weit. Die Lage ist also top

We have just returned from a self catering holiday at this Hotel and found the facilities badly lacking. First of all the location is not what we expected. Supposed to have a sea view but that was restricted due to large trees right in front of most of the balcony. The shoreline contained a lot of litter. Self catering was difficult not even a teapot or sufficient cooking equipment. No oven so that obviously curtailed certain dishes. Be aware that whilst there are plenty of supermarkets they do not stock basics such as cereals or eggs. There is an Aldi some considerable distance away that we were able to use. Our TV didn’t work and a visit from an engineer sorted it until we switched it off and then it wouldn’t work again. We reported it only to be told we would have to change rooms. I eventually managed to get it working as it was tuned in to England rather than Spain. The location of the hotel is up a steep hill so anyone with walking problems would find it difficult to negotiate Especially if carrying groceries. We didn’t use any of the hotels facilities preferring to eat in the apartment despite the inadequate facilities. After all we had booked a self catering holiday !The beach is lovely quite busy with safe bathing. Good bus services to other areas. Use your debit card for a considerable discount. Would we stay there again probably not. Obviously whoever is in charge hadn’t thought it through. This was not a cheap holiday , the flight and room was in excess of £2500. We expected something better having been in Portugal earlier in the year for almost half the price. Sour grapes hardly. Just a warning to would be travellers.

Hotel is super new and clean, interior is very modern. Staff checking us in was very professional. Pepe from breakfast buffet is super helpful and funny. The spa is definitely worth visiting. However, we experienced an issue with our drink at the lobby lounge which we were shocked about.

Hotel was in a fantastic location to enjoy surrounding coves, beaches and restaurants. Staff were very polite and helpful with all our requests. The room had great views over the pool and sea and I enjoyed very much being able to swim off the rocks from the hotel. Would stay here again.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit einer großen Auswahl, von frischem Obst über Joghurt bis zu Käse und Schincken sowie Rührei und wechselnde warme Speisen. Das Rezeptionspersonal war stehts hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Das Zimmer war schön groß und sehr schön Eingerichtet. Die Dachteresse ist ebenfalls sehr schön mit einem kleinen Pool. Im großen und ganzen ein Top Hotel im Zentrum von Palma, komme gerne wieder.

There're hundreds of hotels in the area. Don't go to this one. It's expensive and has poor conditions. The first thing that I noticed when I arrived was that it didn't have a ramp to facilitate the access of people with mobility difficulties. The second detail was that you were CHARGED for the WIFI 4€ DAILY. I have never seen that before. Also you were given a big and a small towel per person. Not a bath math, and they were refusing to give you any edtra towel. Towels are quite old, by the way. They tried to make money in every single possible way. The dinner does not include a single drink, not even water, and you can't take your own drinks. Most nights, there weren't many options, mainly salad. Nice the first night, but fed up after a week. Food taste was meh, but not horrible. If you want a decently quiet stay, it's not a good option. The place was full of drunk people. The first night, I saw how the man next to my door fell and opened his head. He was so drunk that barely knew where he was. It's not the right place if you aren't partying 24/7. I was told that I could notify reception of what room was causing noises, but there were a few per level. Impossible mission. I had an extra problem. My room had an air conditioner that leaked. I was told that they couldn't send anyone to fix it because the maintenance staff finished their shift at 5. What about emergency maintenance? I complained lots because it was a hazard. Their answer was to put a towel, which was getting soaking wet. They didn't have other rooms available. It took them 3 days to have another room free. I didn't receive any compensation for the inconvenience. Why not just 1 star? Because the staff. THE STAFF WAS NICE, THE ONLY GOOD THING. I feel sorry for them. They face lots of abuse.

This hotel is everything we needed and more. It was truly luxurious from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, our room (terrace suite) was magnificent and we were very lucky as we booked last minute. The location was perfect. There was a bus stop right outside that connected you to Palma and from there you could get other bus/train connections to other areas like Valldemossa/Soller/ Alcudia etc.!! The breakfast was okay, and nice to have, and the views from the rooftop were incredible. We wouldn’t change a thing apart from maybe (and I’m being really picky) get some more sun longer beds for the rooftop. Otherwise this was a beautiful treasure on the island of Majorca! ok so we booked this 2 star hotel with some holiday compensation we got for a flight delay so were not expecting great things,i was surprised on arrival at many things,the place is really clean, the rooms were very clean the bathroom recently refurbed, there is hairdryer and shampoo and handwash supplied, fresh towels and bed made daily, breakfast is 6 euros, theres plenty cereals breads, cold meats fruit, toast eggs bacon etc etc a really good price for all they have on offer, there are vending machines with snacks and a lovely pool bar with several large comfy sofas, 2 euros for a can of cola which is cheaper than the local shop, they have an iron you can borrow( no charge) there is a very clean shower room for when you have to check out of your room,the staff couldnt be any more helpful, the pool gets the sun from about 1pm but it wasnt too cold before this time, there are only about 7 sunbeds but the pool was never busy, there are tables and chairs round pool area and some rattan furniture also so plenty of seating options, theres a supermarket a few meters along the road for supplies, theres great air con in the rooms but this heats your balcony area up greatly making it not great to sit out on if the other person is inside with the air con on, the only thing that i personally think could improve your stay would be a small fridge in the room for drinks, the hotel caters mainly for dutch and germans,we were the only brits, and it does have a younger clientel but there was no niose, no rowdy behaviour in the time we were there, so all in all a very ncie surprise given how cheap the place was,
