stayed here two different nights on organised trip, what a delightful hotel, ok the bathrooms could use a little tlc, but rooms comfortable with kettle minifridge and aircon. Beds comfortable, on first stay we advised manager we had enjoyed everything about our stay, only negative pont was that the pillows were a little flat, on return for second stay, big fluffy pillows were in room :). The pool is beautiful, the food buffet is fresh and plentiful, and the hotel staff are delightful. I would definately recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.

My stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal. The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, spricht kein gutes aber genügend Englisch und versucht zu helfen, wo er kann. Das Zimmer war klein und eher alt, aber es hatte damit auch seinen eigenen Charme. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig und ideal für der Besuch der Kalkterrassen. Schade, dass kein frühes Morgenessen möglich ist. Ich denke, dass viele Gäste die Kalkterrassen direkt bei der Öffnung des Parks besuchen wollen, weil dann die vielen Bus-Touristen noch nicht da sind, und somit kein Morgenessen einnehmen können. Trotzdem war genau das Morgenessen das Highlight für mich, welches mich zur maximalen Punktzahl bringt: Ich durfte am zweiten Morgen mit der Gastfamilie zusammen in ihrem Wohnzimmer das Morgenessen mit vielen lokalen Köstlichkeiten einnehmen - ein wunderbares Erlebnis!

Hotel Goreme is a very quiet but nice place to stay in Pummakale. I arrived at 7:30 am and instead of being turned away because the checkin time was 11, I was offered breakfast and he checked me in. I was 8th in line at the Hierapolis City Ruins and I was able to get into where I Walked Up and later Down The Travertines as well as not deal with the thousands of tourists that followed. After the hiking I did, ozgur the manager helped me get a parasailing tour complete with over 100 photos and videos for only $80. All other tours wanted over $130 WITHOUT photos! The room was clean and the AC quiet and cool. Mustafa ali güler of Nirvvana paragliding, T4t tour and Balloon coffee was my guide and all was fine! Best choice if you come to Pummakale

5th Hotel in our 12D Turkey tour, for a 1-night stay over at Pamukkale in this large resort hotel. There are thermal bath, spa (did the 90-min scrub/massage/hot-stone treatment), pool (during summer) facilities, so bring your swimwear. Spacious room, lighting was dim and could do with an upgrade. Dinner and breakfast was buffet-style. Plenty of attractions in Pamukkale from historic Ruins of Aspendos, Hierapolis Ancient City, Ephesus Ancient City, the breathtaking Cotton Castle, to fun touristy stops at Turkish Delight & Apple Tea outlet and leather centre. Pamukkale also offers stunning landscape for hot air balloon and paragliding activities.

Pros: The hotel building is modern. Room sizes are good. All the rooms have a double and single bed. Thermal pools are great. 24-hour stay only Cons: You allowed one towel a day You allowed one bath rope a day for the pools You allow one water at dinner You allowed tea or coffee only at tea time Let's not forget the racist restaurant staff who decides who he wants to assist. Reception checks us in and then calls to say there is a mistake on the reservation. Once, I showed her my voucher. She says the mistake was on their side. After a long drive, it was a bother to have had to go back down and sort out check in. The food was awful... it was limited, and you are not allowed to bring in any food from outside. The Internet is super slow.

Very surprising to see this style of hotel in Pammukale. Great room, we were given the corner suite with a separate bedroom and huge lounge and dining area. Two single beds and a baby cot were delivered to us for our 3 children. Breakfast was good. Dinner was also included and was a buffet style. 6 minute drive to the thermal pools of Pammukale and Heirapolis. Would definately recommend this hotel. Great value for money.
