We had a very pleasant stay at Henann Alona Beach. The hotel is big, and it was very busy during checkin, however they have so many pools that you don’t notice the amount of people. We had a great time in the poolbar at happy hour, and spent all our time at the resort! Restaurants could use a bit more healthy options and breakfast some more vegetarian (there wasn’t even a plain yoghurt or granola bar, and more unhealthy choices) options. If you go out of the resort you directly walk into a street full of bars and restaurants! Gym was very well equipped and rooms where good. Please improve the curtains, since they were not blacking out the room.

Ребята, этот отель спас наш отдых! Поскольку пляжи (море) все на острове откровенное разочарование, то бассейн в этом отеле нам показался просто райским. Он сделан не как обычные бассейны имеет разные уровни для лежания и отдыха, чудные беседки, а главное там так тихо и всего 5 номеров, из которых не все заняты, поэтому есть полное ощущение что ты на собственной вилле. И это приятно. Номер тоже отличный как апартаменты с гостинной и кухней. Супер

Nous avons séjourné une nuit. C'est une recommandation coup de cœur du Loonely Planet. Je pense que c'est à ré évaluer... Par rapport aux autres endroits où nous avons séjourné. L'endroit est relativement propre, l'accueil sympathique. La piscine est très très grande, bien entretenue. Mais l'endroit manque d'âme, aucun cachet, un bon coup d'anticalcaire serait appréciable sur les robinets. Nous avons eu quelques fourmis sur le lit. Le restaurant est bien mais rien d'incroyable. C'est très bien comme lieu de passage mais sans doute moins pour passer ses vacances. Il y a des serviettes pour la piscine à demander à la réception. Nous avons eu une coupure de courant vers 5h du matin, cela arrive.

Reservations team was so responsive and accommodating. Front desk staffs were more transactional. They can't seem to like interacting with guests since by the time we arrived until we checked out. F and B staffs were more courteous like saying Hi and hello. Housekeeping was helpful. Aircon works well. Room is clean. I love the hot and cold shower as well. We love the easy access to the pool. We had the room on the ground floor which is good for us. Minor issues : - they don't provide extra bed for extra person. Room towel as well. Very limited. However, we managed to ask pool towels from Hk team since we are mostly swimming and we really need extra towels. - front desk is just until 10pm so if you need anything, you have to check it before reception closes. But actually they have guard at night who was so helpful as well. I requested a bath mat from front desk and nothing came until i met a guy from Hk and he sent one. - though the front desk was not so helpful. Other team was able to fulfill their lapses. So its okay. We are not demanding people. its just that we lacked those in our room which are basic. Housekeeping must to check on this before check in time so we can reduce our time and effort. But overall, we had a great stay. We felt at home and we enjoyed the big pool. My son had a great time at the pool. The resort is like 5 minutes drive away from the beach. But theres tricycle outside. Kuya driver was so nice to us. Didnt demand for a high price unlike other tricycle drivers. If you need good tricycle driver. His plate number is #357.

We stayed at this beautiful resort last year to celebrate my nephew's 3rd birthday for 2 nights and 3 days. As far as I remember, we availed the discounted rates during Travel Expo in SMX. All of our requests were granted especially the simple birthday set up when we arrived. The room , beddings and CR are great, except for the location of the assigned room/villa everything is perfect. I informed that we have 2 senior citizens prior to booking, we were expecting rooms nearer to the restaturant. But, we really enjoyed our stay especially the buffet breakfast and ”calmly” atmosphere at the resort, the staff are polite and acommodating too. I recommend this place to my firends and give a chance, we will definitely stay again at this resort.

It was our third time in Bohol and stayed at South Palms before which we had a very good experience. This year, we decided to stay at Modala Resort to celebrate our wedding anniversart as I have heard that it is one of the newest hotel in Panglao. And yes! This is now my most favorite hotel around the country! We were allowed to do an early check-in (we waited for almost 2 hrs for this as they have to prepare the room but totally fine with us as we enjoyed strolling around the resort). Everybody was welcoming and we loved how approachable they were. Totally adored our room (Tawhay Garden room) and just perfect for the 4 of us (2 queen bed). It was very neat when we arrived, bedsheets and pillows were on point equipped with toiletries, bathrobes and coffee fix (with electric kettle). I also appreciate the ”Happy Anniversary” bed design + small cake (all complimentary) that they have prepped for us. Cold Cucumber drinks were also available during check in which were very refreshing. They also have a free photoshoot +1 hard copy during your stay (additional payment if ever you decide to avail the whole photoshoot package). The hotel is situated beside a mall called Moadto *****, perfect if you want to try other restos and there was also 711 for your quick needs. Front beach was super nice with fine sand and my son really enjoyed swimming to both swimming pool and beach. It was very clean and you can already see a lot of fish swimming around. Water in the pool was lukewarm, just perfect if you get cold swimming at the beach. They also have a kiddie pool and jacuzzi area. Breakfast buffet spread was sumptous and filling. Everyone was very pleasant to talk to and attentive whenever we needed something. Special mention to Jasper who had been my 18 month old son's playmate all throughout our 4D3N stay at Modala. He was very charming and my baby boy loved him so much. Thank you once again, Modala! We are very satisfied with the hotel's topnotch customer service and superb facilities. Food was really great and we enjoyed every ala carte orders that we made. We will definitely be back.

Уютный тихий отель) без ресторана но в 2ух минутах гостиница трип топ и в ней прекрасная кухня и сравнительно не дорого. На территории есть прекрасный бассейн, парковка, бильярд и мангальные зоны что радует)) сгоняли на рынок местный (public market, водители трицыклов знают) и пару раз устраивали себе барбекю пати по вечерам)) все номера я так понял с кухнями но нет нормальных ножей и щипцов для барбекю (всё купил на рынке за копейки, тут же и оставлю в 19ом номере😀) до пляжа идти далековато, минут 15 через надоедливых типов с Пандорой и экскурсиями. Прямо напротив отеля стройка но в глубине отеля где номера ее не слышно и не видно. Много камаров, геконы с ними плохо справляются хоть и орут пол ночи😀 на Филиппины нужно брать фумигатор)) тут я их не встречал в продаже. Персонал приветливый, помогают, общаются. Есть прачечная 50 песо за 1кг одежды. Все достопримечательности посетили взяв машину в аренду. Можно спросить у водителей трициклов, они я так понял сдают свои, но мы взяли в Saferide за 1600песо какую то Тойоту(просто там договор хоть какой то). Доставка до отеля 150песо. На сайте цены дороже чем если просто к ним приехать (показывать куда ехать пришлось включа навигатор водителю трицикла потому что совет местных водителей не знал где это). Мы брали машину на два дня, ездить просто, особой загруженности я не встречал. За один день можно объездить все достопримечательности потому что они все по одной дороге. На второй день (так как это был наш последний остров) мы поехали в местный супермаркет за гостинцами)) там цены дешевле и ассортимент такой что можно пол дня ходить) в гостинице есть услуги по трансферу в том числе и до этого супермаркета.

Location was good, right infront of aloha beach, walking distance with most popular street to visit, lot of restaurants and massage. Hotel was amazing, everything goes well on my 4days staying with them. Staff was friendly, giving their best service..

First of all l wasn't expecting the level of services l Got. Loved everything about the hotel. Its serene. There is a beach yet not crowded like the alona beach. Me and my daughter had the best moments there.our flight was 10 hrs delayed and we reached quite late, they were constantly coordinating with me since l informed them l am a lady who will travel with a kid alone. From the airport we got a complimentary ride the hotel, all nicely arranged. Room was very clean despite in a very green location. Food: they have varieties of food and it was simply awesome. Drinks were reasonably priced. Food was fresh, l could understand that from the taste. All the Service providers were very jovial especially Sanders and Jane. Anne in the front desk if l remember the name correctly, l had most interactions with and she was kind. Surroundings : the area has a colonial old era charm to it. The eating area has a great view of the sea. We stayed there for 2 nights then moved to another resort in alona and missed this one. The pool was warm during the night time which was soothing. If there was any chance l would have rated 11/10. For now 10/10.
