This establishment is more like a pleasant community than a normal resort. Everyone is very polite & more than willing to help no matter how small the request is. Everything is first clas & surprisingly affordable. Everything is provide with 2 swimming poolings,24 hor security,great restaurant & a beautiful well cared landscape. A personal room phone is provided for all your needs, water, room service or laundry.

Reservations team was so responsive and accommodating. Front desk staffs were more transactional. They can't seem to like interacting with guests since by the time we arrived until we checked out. F and B staffs were more courteous like saying Hi and hello. Housekeeping was helpful. Aircon works well. Room is clean. I love the hot and cold shower as well. We love the easy access to the pool. We had the room on the ground floor which is good for us. Minor issues : - they don't provide extra bed for extra person. Room towel as well. Very limited. However, we managed to ask pool towels from Hk team since we are mostly swimming and we really need extra towels. - front desk is just until 10pm so if you need anything, you have to check it before reception closes. But actually they have guard at night who was so helpful as well. I requested a bath mat from front desk and nothing came until i met a guy from Hk and he sent one. - though the front desk was not so helpful. Other team was able to fulfill their lapses. So its okay. We are not demanding people. its just that we lacked those in our room which are basic. Housekeeping must to check on this before check in time so we can reduce our time and effort. But overall, we had a great stay. We felt at home and we enjoyed the big pool. My son had a great time at the pool. The resort is like 5 minutes drive away from the beach. But theres tricycle outside. Kuya driver was so nice to us. Didnt demand for a high price unlike other tricycle drivers. If you need good tricycle driver. His plate number is #357.

Abbiamo deciso di prenotare spinti dalla bellezza delle immagini della struttura e non ci siamo assolutamente pentiti, anzi!! Nonostante alcuni indichino la strada per arrivare come ostacolo noi abbiamo trovato comodissimo alloggiare qui, e noleggiando lo scooter ci siamo spostati ovunque senza alcuna difficoltà.. inoltre la camera è enorme e ben arredata direttamente di fronte ad una splendida piscina immersa nella quiete.. colazione molto buona (pancake strepitosi!) e servizio attento e discreto. Un fantastico soggiorno. Grazie a tutto lo staff.

Чисто. Кровать удобная. Хорошее одеяло. Попросили чайник в номер и нам его принесли вместе с кружками и водой. Приветливые девушки. На первом этаже пекарня. Одно плохо- очень уж шумно было в последнюю ночь, и кошка какая-то ходила орала каждую ночь и невозможно спать было.

다 좋았습니다만 아직 공사중이라 약간의 불편함있었고 새로 지은 건물인데도 샤워 필터가 바로 더러워졌습니다. 무엇보다 심각한점은 방음이 최악입니다 건물이 ㄷ자 형식인데 새벽3시 체크인한 옆방이 떠들어서 깼는데 메아리 효과까지 발생해서 엄청 시끄러웠습니다. 새벽체크인 하고 떠든 옆방사람들도 문제지만 구조적으로 방음이 너무 취약했습니다. 몇가지 단점을 제외하면 정말 좋았습니다.

The staff were friendly and helpful in explaining what things to see and how to get there. The room was as advertised, the size was correct and as we selected the king bed ocean view, the big balcony was perfect to enjoy the view. We loved the pools. The hotel location is quiet, if you don’t mind the neighbourhood roosters (pretty much everywhere). As the hotel is located a bit far from the town though, they provide a complementary shuttle to get to go to the beach. Of you want more freedom and as a tuk tuk ride cost around 200P one way, we would recommend renting a scooter to go around. We rented one at the hotel (Suzuki Bugman street) for 400P, it’s 50P more than what you could get in town, but it’s convenient. The scooter carried both of us to the chocolate hills, and all other places we wanted to see. The breakfasts were pretty straightforward with three choices, Filipino Tosilog (more a grilled porc), a continental that was my choice after trying the tosilog, and an Asian one, my partner tried the dumpling and well this was a real disappointment. There is one thing I really didn’t liked is that the coffee isn’t brewed, then if you want a small cup of brewed is 150P and the juice is additional charge of 190P. All hotel everywhere have brewed coffee and juice included with breakfast. Something I told the hotel’s owner. Would we recommend that hotel? Definitely yes, for the room, the view, the staff.
