Hot water took ages to work in the shower 🚿 Worst thing is that I got bit with multiple moscitio bites

The hotel exceeded all my expectations! The pictures online doesn’t door any justice at all! The interior, and attention to details is quite exquisite! The staff are friendly and extremely accommodating making your stay truly memorable! I think this has to be if not the best hotel in paphos! My first time staying here but won’t be my last! The food is amazing, especially the breakfast so much option and also the option of champagne for breakfast says it all! They accommodated my late check out and provided me with a complimentary room to get ready before my flight to the airport. This hotel in my opinion is beyond 5*.

We have just returned from our first trip to Cyprus and we can honestly say this hotel more than met our expectations . Location Might bother some but we liked it being a bit away from things . Even the bigger hotels that were on the sea front were a 30 minute walk to the harbour where as KJ was a nice 15 minute stroll to the harbour. We walked there and back several times in the evening no issues and only got a taxi once in the day due to heat ! Harbour is lovely , lots to do , eat and see , mall is a mall - nothing major in my opinion but worth and hour or so and has great air con . Walk from mall to harbour is also not difficult or long. Locally within 300yards of hotel there are pharmacies, little shops to get essentials if you forget anything , private DR If you need to see one . Bakery etc , anything you might need. Rooms and grounds Our room was dated but we booked knowing they are closing for update later this year . Room was a great size , cleaned daily. Aircon was great and room had everything you needed ( iron , kettle , fridge ) . Was perfectly adequate but can imagine once updated they will be incredible next year ! Couple thing to note no plugs by bed in our room and quite small amount of wardrobe space - didn’t bother us and I know other rooms had 4 wardrobes so might be worth considering adding more when referbing rooms ? Also no mini bar in room which is unusual at an AI resort - again not a deal breaker for us , bar was very close. Some areas had been updated already and looked fab . Main pool was lovely cooler in the morning but warm in afternoon and got sun all day , you did need to “ reserve” sunbeds but it’s peak season and everyone got a bed ( hotel staff will accommodate you if you don’t ) some guests did like to go on and on to anyone who would listen about the practice of reserving sunbeds but it really wasn’t a big issue everyone got a bed who wanted one . Pool toilets and shower’s were very good Food and drinks This is one of the highlights , food was amazing . I’m a very fussy eater but I didn’t struggle at all and I even ate meat which I never do away from home ! Food is fresh , great ingredients and clearly labelled etc . Great selection for vegetarian diets as well which is often lacking . Drinks menu was great , pool side service was a real treat -they worked so hard all day And finally …. The staff The highlight of the hotel - the staff can’t do enough for you from the minute to walk through the door and are a credit to this hotel . Smiles , good mornings , how are yous ? Do you need anything , can I help . You never walk past a staff member without being acknowledged or asked a question . George is such a hands on manger I’ve never seen anyone like him in a hotel . Everyday he is out with his staff working , helping them , checking in with his quests constantly. He does everything from emptying a bin to making eggs in the morning . Frühstück super Buffet Alles lecker, und entspricht der Preisleistung, Für Dinner ist ein Restaurant VIVA CYPRUS sehr EMPFEHLENSWERT in der Nähe. Lage super .. In Paphos sind die Busse aber schlecht, bitte sofort Auto mieten es ist günstig 10-20€/Tag...die Taxis sind teuer und sie verarschen jeden Sau... Also bitte Auto mieten. Personal: ich bedanke mich bei euch von tiefen Herzen, Ihr seid die bestens... Immer Hilfsbereit und sehr menschlich... Meine Frau ging ihr während Urlaub nicht gut und ins Krankenhaus eingegangen sie haben mir zugelassen Frühstück to go für meine Frau mitzunehmen und dafür ein Lieferbox vorbereitet.... Das war echt toll. Nachteil : das Hotel ist ein bisschen alt und die Ausstattung müssen moderner sein aber das ignoriert man sofort wenn man so eine tolle freundliche Personal hat. Sauna gegen 7€ extra das ist auch nachteilig meiner Meinung. Also in großen Gans ist das hotel sehr gut und ich buche da wieder und wieder 😁. Grüße von Chaban Familie

Rapporto qualità / prezzo ottimo Appartamento pulito e completo di tutta l’utensileria , ceck -in veloce e personale davvero gentile e disponibile. Consiglio assolutamente sia l’isola che l’alloggio , punto di riferimento ottimo per visite di diverso genere : culturale , relax ecc La doccia secondo me andrebbe un pochino rivista .. Ringrazio comunque tutto il personale

Готель розташований на першій лінії, має безпосередній вихід до моря, а його, як такого, немає - Скеля, невеличка смужка піску й тони водорослів, купатись неможливо, що характерно для Пафоса. Без машини й тривалих поїздок пляжного відпочинку не бачити. Якщо вас влаштовує приготельний басейн, то тут більш ніж гаразд. Територія величезна, доглянута, лежаків безліч. Номер просторий, двокімнатний з сучасним санвузлом, є душ і ванна. В кімнатах вмістима шафа, праска і дошка. Чудовий вигляд із номера. Ввечері затишно сидіти на терасі і дивитись на море. Тут як повезе, якщо розмістять близько до басейну, будете як на вітрині, не комфортно. Сніданок найслабше місце готелю. Кава смачна. Нарізки овочів не свіжі - сказується наявність ”все включено”. В цілому враження приємні, достойний заклад. Раджу

La experiencia en este hostel fue horrible. Estaba sucio, es muy poco seguro ya que por la noche se permiten hacer fiestas con gente bebiendo tanto de hostel como invitados de los clientes. Estuvieron de fiesta hasta las 3 o 4 de la madrugada sin dejar dormir a la gente, no había nadie para poder quej**** durante la noche. Como es obvio por la mañana nos levantamos y estaba todo lleno de los restos de la fiesta, bebidas, vasos sucios… Nos quejamos a la dirección del hostel, la cual nos ha mareado hasta el dia de hoy, ya que nos dijo que nos iba a devolver el dinero de las dos noches que pasamos allí y no hemos obtenido ninguna respuesta ni compensación por parte de ella. No lo recomiendo para nada.

We have come back from a wonderful 10 days all inclusive holiday at this fantastic hotel. It is hard to know where to start, but I think I will start with the staff. Bear in mind we went from August the 13th -23rd, so towards the end of season. Ordinarily this is when exhausted staff are struggling to be enthusiastic. Not so here. Irene,Dimitrius, Andreaus (misspelt), Sara our housekeeping person, Aphrodite ... I could go on to every member of staff there. They were so friendly, knowledgeable, fun and helpful. Our son loved every second of his time and was well looked after as were we. The food was really good. Remember this is a 3 star hotel but the quality was very high. All inclusive is on a buffet basis and the theme changed every night. I loved the Cypriate and greek evenings but oriental was also good. Breakfast is very varied with something for everyone. The food is replenished constantly so no dried out eggs in site. The selection of drinks available in all inclusive is really good, but there is also a happy hour in the evenings so drinks not in the all inclusive are only €3.50 for a cocktail. The room was large and comfortable...and quiet. There is air conditioning at no extra charge. We took a media server with us so had a couple of movie evenings in the room as it was close to 40 degrees outside. There is a really well priced shop on site..again really friendly. There is live music or bingo most evenings. Kids are entertained by the energetic and very fun Eddie. Our son loved the table tennis, boulle, water polo and volley ball. Eddie also doubles up to do an evening music quiz. The hotel itself is lovely with a great restaurant, stunning views, lovely bars and lovely pools (one is for the executives that we didn't go in but looked nice). We did not have an issue getting a sun bed. The hotel is spotlessly clean everywhere, and housekeeping takes great pride in making sure every area is perfect. The hotel is on the sea, but it is a rocky area not sand. However it has a massive tidal pool that has fish swimming in it, and it is easy to swim out. The 615 bus takes you to coral bay in 10 minutes or Corralia bay (our preference) in 15 minutes if you like stunning beaches. It is also a short hop to Paphos and all the attractions there. Tombs of the kings is a highlight. We loved it here and will be back. What a find!

Not a 5 star hotel, 3 star would be fair. Rooms and corridors are dated and in need of refurbishment. Bathrooms were good. The built in wardrobes are old and the door came off in one of our rooms. We paid a lot of money to stay here and was frustrating our mini fridge was not replenished and we had to pay extra for this. Just water and soft drinks was what we wanted but no. Every other all inclusive our fridge has been stocked with soft drinks and beer. On arrival we checked in and got given our keys and that was that. There was no explanation as to where we eat, what other restaurants we could book into, entertainment, activities, snacks etc. Every other hotel we have had a 10/15 minute welcome talk and a drink. Not here! We booked as we were told it had a sports bar but there isn’t one. They put a screen up for one football game. We were also told there was a night club but there wasn’t. The entertainment, if you can call it that, was awful and nothing more than a bit of music on the patio. We did see that there was a small amphitheater but that wasn’t open again a shame as we book all inclusives for this. The hotel is also a wedding venue and priority gets given to the wedding so we felt very second fiddle. Not only was a chunk of hotel used for this but more importantly all the staff were too so the service for us guests was painfully slow. I even said something to one of the barmen and he asked me if I had seen Fawlty Towers!! Then the beach it was dirty and far from impressive of only the hotel took care of it like the neighbouring hotel. On our first day there it was lined with numerous bin liners. With 5 kids the entertainment was important to us but that was a let down then the water sports was also. Half of the activities were not in operation. The main boat was being refurbished we were told - maybe do that in the quiet time or when the hotel is closed…. We had a lovely holiday nevertheless but had to make our own fun. There are local activities close such as water park and boat trips and beaches nearby which do offer water sports. We would not return and left feeling slightly ripped off
