The facilities were ok. Nothing special about it. They ask for your room number for everything even taking towels for the pool. The breakfast was included and was a buffet. That was ok. The welcome drinks only included 2 options lemonade or chilcano. The rooms were ok too only thing we didn’t like was the shower door wasn’t wide enough to prevent water to splash out of the shower so we always had a pool of water every time we shower/ bath. The NYE party wasn’t included with stay and was 160USD per adult and 80USD for children. It was NOT worth the price at all. It included buffet, “cotillón” (party hats) very poor, glass of champagne, a 360 video and a live band that only played old music from the 50s-60s all in Spanish/ local, no drinks were included (not even water). One of the entrees from the buffet had gone bad and they gave one free drink for our table cause we let them know. For the kids they had movies on a separate area with 2 ladies looking after he children. Provided a Mat blanket and pillow, pop corn and hot chocolate more tailored for children older than 6. My 3yo found the movies scary and didn’t want to stay. Overall, I wouldn’t stay there again. It’s too expensive for what they offer. Other hotels in the area that charge about the same included the NYE party and didn’t have much extra fees/ charges. Also they told me we had to pay 10% extra for “service fee” which we didn’t know about until we were checking in. I don’t know if that is a regular practice. This was a kinda last minute trip so we didn’t have many options left.

The experience was wonderful, the hotel was very clean, the rooms were big enough and comfortable The staff was amazing very diligent, polite and very respectful The food was great, very fresh and tasty the price very reasonable and one more time the quality superior Definitely I recommend this hotel to everyone that wants to spend a great family trip Just one thing the hotel hasn’t have a elevator for the rest was excellent . This is a short email to express our appreciation to you and Paracas Tours for the wonderful weekend we had at La Hacienda hotel. We returned from Paracas yesterday feeling refreshed and invigorated. We were impressed with the 'attention to detail' at La Hacienda. For example, all the staff we interacted with were strongly invested in delivering a relaxing and memorable 'guest experience'. What is remarkable about this phenomenon was that the staff seemed to be 'intrinsically motivated' to provide an exceptional 'guest experience'. What I mean by 'intrinsically motivated' is that the staff provided an exceptional 'guest experience' because they 'wanted to' to provide an exceptional 'guest experience'. In my view, staff being so strongly 'intrinsically motivated' differentiates our 'guest experience' from any other hotel experience we have had. Congratulations to La Hacienda. Brian and Amelia.
