Hotel Paris dengan Sarapan

This hotel is so wonderful. When it comes to location I can’t think of a better place. The room was very clean, the vibe is just happiness and breakfast is a joy. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back.

Super beautiful boutique hotel! The staff that checked me in (Simon was his name, I think) was very warm and welcoming. I was lucky to get a top floor room, lovely designed and with full amenities. The room was big for Paris standards, comfy and location was convenient. Staff here are very nice, fluent in english and many other languages im sure but most importantly genuine! Will come back over and over. Thank you 😊

It’s a small hotel and quite clean. The hotel is located near Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est, about 5 min walk from the metro of Gare de l’Est. It is easy to get around and to take the train. There are many restaurants outside, which is quite convenient. The price is okay for a small room in the middle of Paris. However, the shower is a little too small. The design does not allow me to open the door properly. I could not even move around inside the shower and I am a small person. The bathroom itself is not small. Hence it is weird that they made the shower so small.

The Hotel is positioning as a 4 Star hotel. Unfortunately it needs a lot of renovation inside. As you can see at the pictures there is necessary to renovate the room doors and paint it again. Upon arriving at evening 20.10.24 I was told the hotel doesn’t see my reservation at all and they have no booked room for me. After 30 minutes negotiations, check the data, connection to provider I obtained the room only. As the receptionist told me there was a crackdown of the hotel booking system recently. Thank you for the reception officer to provide me 2 rooms apartment for the first night. The breakfasts were tasty with a good varieties of fresh fruits, quarks and good coffee. Location is perfect for the shoppers absolutely and it is not far away from the Metro stations.

Everything was okay! Great location, walking distance to shopping district. One thing to avoid is to avoid the ground floor room as the window is exposed to the street so you have to draw the curtains for privacy.

Location: if you need a hotel not far from Gare du NOrd but do not want to be located there, gare de l'est is the second best option (only 10 minutes walk). For business travel, it does the tricks perfectly. Also, what a view from this room (see pictures of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré Coeur). Cleanliness: while the hotel rooms are getting a bit old and you can see it, cleanliness was perfect. Service: good, nothing much to share. Smiling greeting, quick check out. Facilities: bit minimalistic, but the desk to work on was perfect and provided really a lot of space. Again, for business travel it is a game changer.

Location is actually a bit far from the city center and the nearest metro is line 14 which closes at around 10pm due to the renovation so plan your trip carefully or else you'd have to find a bus to drop you off near the hotel. The hotel is around a 2-3 mins walk to Bercy Village. Quite clean and spacious for a room in Paris. I would recommend this hotel. Oh and by the way, some of a amenities are not provided in the room but if you ask the front desk staff, they would give it. Just a little mishap with the front desk staff during our stay, we didn't have the daily 2 bottles of water after checking in and when we called down to the front desk, they were ”sure” that they put them in but there was nothing. :/ The photo of the fridge was the two drinks that we bought over from a Carrefour nearby. They said they would come up to check and never did... But I had some other amenities to get from them so eventually they came up and checked the fridge. No apologies from the staff for the misunderstanding and he just went out of the room to get two bottles of water for us. Quite a strange service attitude from them.

Super nice hotel with good Paris environment and very convenience, a great hotel to stay with family and kids here, all the services are good specially reception. I will take the first choice if I come back Paris! The fantastic time to stay at Novotel Paris, there are so many restaurants nearby and the location is safe. If you need by train, just 1 mins to the station.

相當滿意的一家旅店了，工作人員很熱情，全程説英語就行。因為我們房間是在五樓，電梯衹到四樓，大行李箱是工作人員給我們拎上去的😁，房間也比預想的要大，整個街區很安靜。16歐的早飯也超值，可頌牛奶果汁雞蛋培根香腸火腿都有。地點也很好，隔壁就是老佛爺巴黎春天，離景點也超級近，推薦去旁邊的贖罪禮拜堂看看，路易十六和瑪麗皇后被砍頭之後屍體最開始就被隨便扔在了這，可以感受法國大革命的風雲詭譎

The location of the hotel is central and located to within walking distance to the 5,6,7 metro lines and such is convenient to get around Paris and the suburbs. The breakfast included is very decent, with staples such as croissant, coffee & toast. My major complaint would be the washroom, whereby the shower drain was clogged for the first 3 nights we were there. Complaints were made on the first day & subsequent days to the various different receptionists, but no action was taken with a lack of systems in place for complaints and actions. Finally on our last 2 nights, they fixed the clogged shower after having had to wait in the reception for about an hour to get it sorted. Overall a decent hotel, but needs major improvement on customer service.
