Staff was polite and helpful, our room was small but very clean and the breakfast was absolutely great. Location is very convenient in a really great neighborhood with lots to do around. For this price in Paris, it's really worth it. Will come again.

E’ stata una piacevole esperienza la nostra visita a Parigi. L’Hotel BLC è carino, comodo, molto vicino alla Gare de Lyone, la Signora presente al mattino molto disponibile e gentile, così come la ragazza che ci ha accolti, anche se parlava troppo velocemente e facevamo fatica a comprendere bene tutto. Ma alla fine è risultato tutto chiaro!! Letti molto comodi con cuscini morbidi e stanze sufficientemente silenziose. Molto buona la Colazione del mattino!!! Ho comunque 2 punti, negativi, da segnalare, sperando che possa far migliorare il servizio offerto da questo carino Hotel: 1) La pulizia delle camere interne (n.504 e n. 505) è stata fatta bene, ma non così il piccolo terrazzino esterno, dove abbiamo trovato un pezzo di focaccia che era li da parecchio tempo, mezzo rosicchiato dagli uccelli del circondario: oltre alle stanze interne penso che sia doveroso dare una pulita anche all’esterno!! 2) Nella mattinata del secondo giorno in Hotel non riuscivo a trovare il telecomando della televisione, lo ritrovai sotto la coperta del letto rifatto: è normale lasciare un telecomando sotto la coperta di un letto rifatto? Sono piccoli inconvenienti che non hanno influito più di tanto nella nostra più che gradevole gita a Parigi!

Where do I start! The art work in the room was beautiful and makes a change from the usual. The small details were really cool, the quirky phone, the classic furniture fittings, the wardrobe design. Also the bathroom was wonderful, the lights in the tiles sparkle at night. The shower fittings were spotless. Very comfortable big bed. WiFi worked well. Plenty of plugs. Room is small but to be expected in Paris. The bakery next door was lovely as well, the sisters were so friendly. It’s a lovely area with a neighbourhood feel. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed in a Superior Double Room for two days at the beginning of March. We had a wonderful view of the park and the Eiffel Tower. The room is beautiful to look at, but a little damaged in some parts (for example the shower). The biggest problem of the room was the ventilation system, as it smelled of the drain several times. The cleaner does her job, as she cleans the room daily, but the problem is exclusively ventilation. I might also point out that you can hear the chairs being moved in the bar in the room. I would also suggest that a different choice of breakfast be made every day, as it was the same breakfast twice. However, I would like to conclude by praising the staff, who were friendly at all times.

Among the few hostels that I stayed this one value for money. The bunk beds are nice with own power outlet and lighting. The only issue is that there is no place to hang clothes or towel. The toilet is clean and it is daily maintain by cleaning staff. There is a common kitchen where you can cook, make hot drinks and all the pans and cookery you require to cook a simple meal. Like all other hostels, it’s the guests that mess it up and it’s no surprise that the kitchen wasn’t clean after using the stove while other hostels has wet and messy shared bathrooms. Apart from that minor issue this hostel is highly recommended. All bookings done online are maintained and records are all there when checking in and out. Very central location with short walks to train stations and attractions. Notre Dame cathedral is just 10mins walk away. This is a “must” book hostel for your next visit to Paris.

Als je aan de straatkant van het hotel slaapt, vergeet dan niet om oordopjes in te doen, want het is nogal rumoerig 's nachts, vooral in het weekend. Cold, dark and quiet with a bathtub and a balcony! These items are very high on my list! So as much as the room was small, we expected that. However, there were some very odd design issues. The room seems to be designed with the idea that only one person will be sleeping in the room for a couple of nights. I say this, because the closet had room to hang about four items, there was no storage next to the beds and basically one shelf in the closet to put some clothing. The sink also didn’t have storage. My husband got everything wet most morning, because the sink wasn’t deep enough. However, the biggest design flaw was, if person 1 was in the bathroom and closed the sliding door and person 2 opened up the closet door and god forbid left the room, person 1 is now stuck in the bathroom. No phone in there either. I would stay here again, because the metro was right there and the area has many non tourist places to grab a quick bit. Front desk staff was very good. We did have an issue with the maid taking a working room key that was left in the room to keep the electric on. We had keys redone. The next day, we came back to our balcony door being open. Some security issues, in my opinion with this, but nothing was missing.

Me and my friend booked three nights here over the weekend. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was as described (a simple continental). Good wifi was available, room was a decent size, bed was comfy, good shower water pressure although it was slightly too short for anyone over 5’6 but we coped. Cleaner came every day but did leave the window wide open and we were on the first floor facing the front so not quite safe. Area itself is nice in the day but at night we felt unsafe as two young women so opted to stay at the hotel as it got dark. During most of our stay, electricity was fine but twice it did go out in the plug sockets for a few minutes so we couldn’t charge or use any appliances. Overall, we got what we paid for and it was a good budget holiday and would recommend if you’re not looking to spend loads.

While the location is outstanding the hotel lacks key service like restaurants, room service and concierge . Only one person at the front desk who is always busy doing everything ( check in and out, cashier, housekeeping, information, etc. ) you have to wait for along time to be answered on any questions!!! I have notified the hotel ahead of time that we are on our honeymoon and requested a king size bed but ended up with two beds!!? and there is not any honeymoon arrangements

PPengguna TetamuI first stayed at this Hotel in 2014 and was very impressed with the entire experience, so I valued this hotel and always wanted to return… 8 years later and I was extremely disappointed. I booked a superior villa room, and we was given room 6. This room is located on the ground floor directly behind the reception reception desk on the ground floor. The receptionist (skinny white male, 40+ years old) who checked us in on 15/12/22 at 11:30pm was very rude, awkward and sarcastic during the check in process. When we got to our room, we felt it lacked privacy being on the ground floor with only a wall between us and the main reception area, the Toilet was also in a separate room with no sink, meaning anyone who uses that toilet would need to open the door with their dirty hands and walk all the way to the bathroom to wash hands. There were also mascara stains on one of the pillows. We requested if we could change to another room on a higher floor but to the same level for what we had paid for (superior villa room). The receptionist said this was fine, and changed us over to another room on the 5th floor. We were really happy and grateful until we got to the room, only to find this room was actually a downgrade to a ‘classic villa room’ which felt much smaller and wasn’t very nice. This also wasn’t explained to us prior to him changing our rooms over. We returned to reception and asked why we had been out in a downgraded room, his response was he didn’t realise and this was a mistake in his behalf. I asked him if there were any other rooms to the same value as what I had paid for the superior room available on another floor. I was told out of the entire hotel there was only two rooms left, the one behind reception, or the classic room on the 5th floor which would be a downgrade. We reluctantly opted to stay with the original room behind reception. The receptionist was very smug and seemed to find this funny. After settling in and falling asleep… 6:30am a motorbike wakes us up, as our room is located beside the main entrance and reception we hear every car or motorbike dropping off, or picking up guests, and every person checking in or out. 7:15am the bins are collected, again very loud and as our room is right next to this area we hear it all. It really seems standards have significantly dropped since we last stayed. Service seems to be poor and cleanliness of the hotel not as good as before, an overall terrible experience and if it wasn’t so late when we checked in I would’ve booked another hotel because the receptionist was so rude. On a side note, I must also say there was another receptionist who was working the night shift the following day (16/12/22) around 10pm and he was very friendly, helpful and a nice person. If I could give him 5 stars I would, but unfortunately the experience with the initial receptionist meant our experience was already tainted by this point. I doubt we will ever return unfortunately, and cannot recommend, unless your guaranteed a decent room on a higher floor.

AAMAR ANWARLocation: Wonderful, it's next to Barcy Village, a shopping area, with many restaurants, cinemas and stores. Along with a park and the metro station, within a 2 min walk from the hotel. There is a Metro supermarket along with a Carrefour there too. On a map it seems a little far from the centre of Paris, but its a lovely walk along the river and a lesieryly walk took us into the heart of Paris within 1 hour walk, or just take a 10 min taxi ride or a 10 min subway ride. Location is great. If you go into the centre of Paris then you probably looking at small 11-18sqM rooms, don't do this, travel out a little bit and get a room that you can relax in. Room Good size, modern, clean. Big TV, fridge, desk etc... Some bad things now, the AC did not seem powerful enough to keep the room cold, it kept the room cool, but not cold. Also, there were no plug sockets near the bed for charging phones, so bring a really long charging cable Bed is comfortable and the big windows provided a nice open feeling (note, the windows do not open though) Fast Wifi too. Bathroom: Big, clean, modern. Good water pressure, a big mirror with good lighting but it did steam up - but not a big deal. Has a bathtub and shower combined. Breakfast / Food Buffet-style breakfast with patties, eggs, bread, yoghurt, cheeses, tea, and coffee - all pretty standard for most European hotels that offer breakfast. Cannot say I was amazed by it but was not disappointed either - normal. We did have dinner at the hotel which was lovely. Beautiful salad and pasta. No complaints here. Facilities It's like a modern art gallery. Has giant sculptures everywhere, table football, ping pong tables, a hairdresser/barber, a cinema room, a BBQ area, a pool, spa, gym... it's a lot for a hotel to have. It's almost too much but it's lovely to have and if you are spending a long time in the Hotel then there are many things you can do - but we were here only for a few days so did not try out everything. But much better to have than not. Gym Some free weights, a yoga studio area, a punching bag, callisthenics bars - it's all pretty good. Set in the basement of the hotel and accessible only by 1 of the 4 elevators they have is annoying, but again, Pullman offers a lot of facilities Pullman is a wonderful hotel which offers large rooms and is a plus in a city like Paris. Everything is clean and modern with only the AC power being below average. I cannot say Pullman is the cheapest hotel, next door there is an IBIS but we wanted a larger room - I would book Pullman again, especially if they have a good price. For a short stay it is good because of the location and for a long stay its good because of the room size and facilities.

Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations. This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service. Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing. On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience. In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. PPengguna TetamuI stayed in this hotel 18 years ago when I got married in Paris and it heals a very special place in my heart. Returning now, I am thrilled to find it still holds the spirit of the artists who inspire the design, even though it has been remodeled and does not look the same. The boutique space is spearheaded by the same lovely man who helped us so many years ago. He is the hotel’s greatest asset. Sanjay has a way of making his guests feel like their needs and preferences are all individually known and anticipated. The entire staff under his direction remember my face, my drink preferences, my taste in culture and food for perfect suggestions. I cannot think of any place I have stayed where the staff has been so in tune with my needs. Highly highly recommend staying here!

Room design is tasteful, graceful yet modern. The only thing annoyed me very much is that the housekeepers are very rude. Everything else seems fine,except the controlling pad surface is a bit dusty. I lived there for 3 nights, everyday there are someone coming to my room without knocking the door or telling me who that is. First day I was quite shocked, I thought it was my problem because I didn't turn on the 'Do not disturb' light. That's fine. The second day, I had the 'Do not disturb' light on, someone(housekeeper) still opened my door without knocking the door or telling me who that is. That was very awkward. I feel no privacy in the room as someone could just come into your room without any notice . That annoyed me very much. I mean, what is the point of 'Do not disturb' button ??!! Later I turned off the 'Do not disturb' light and turned on 'Please make up room' light. I went out of the room and saw the housekeeper in the there. I kindly asked her could she make up my room for me. She seems unhappy and told me that It is too late and she is off already . Come on, it was only 4pm, and I am going to stay there another night. I came back after one hour , saw the ' Please make up room' light still on, so I didn't expect my room was made. Luckily someone cleaned my room but didn't turned off the light. Then it was the 3rd day, I had the late check out till 3pm and I had the 'Do not disturb' light on. You know what happened? The housekeeper opened my door without any notice again while I was in the room and said DO NOT DISTURB. It was obvious light color and I am really annoyed by that. If it happened once , ok. But everyday for 3 consecutive days ???! All the other staffs are fine but I do think it lacks housekeeping training. It ruined all the privacy and trust etc. If it is only for the room, and concierge etc I like it. The housekeeping is terrible and disappointing.

PPengguna TetamuHôtel-appartement très bien entretenu avec du personnel très sympa. Comme nous sommes arrivés avant 15h, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages en consigne sans problème et idem à notre départ pour continuer à visiter Paris. Cet hôtel est très bien situé, juste derrière le sacré coeur que je conseille de visiter le soir car pratiquement personne et tellement beau de nuit (c'est gratuit). Nous n'avons pas déjeuné à l'hôtel ni mangé le soir car il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait à proximité (un carrefour city et bien d'autre, des boulangeries et des restaurants), plus économique si vous souhaitez plutôt garder votre argent pour les visites. De plus il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner (quoique la casserole est un peut trop petite). Je vous recommande la chambre 208 car très bien agencée, la chambre était grande ainsi que la salle de bain ce qui n'est pas le cas de toutes les chambres d'après le gérant de l'hôtel. Et une vue magnifique du sacré coeur. Il y a des arrêts de bus et le métro à moins de 10mn à pied, nous avons visités Paris pendant 1 semaine en n'utilisant que le métro, le top !!!! Donc pour résumer emplacement parfait, chambre génial, personnel accueillant et proximité des lieux à visiter grâce au métro = 20/20

There's a very nice bar and i had a great time talking with people and the cocktails tasted really good. A great place for solo travelers and people who need a stop.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel had poor standard, the decor was worn and old, but nice price and clean. It was closed to subway, and not to far for walking to attraktions. Some of the staff spoke French rather than English, so communication was difficult. Ordered continental breakfast when booking the hotel, but wanted gluten-free. Tried to get in contact with the hotel several times via email and explain, but they newer answered. When we arrived they couldn’t help us, so had to go to the grocery store and buy my own breakfast, without compensation.
