Ulasan Hôtel Mercure Paris Suresnes Longchamp

5 min walk from train station, bit far from city centre. If come back to hotel later than 10pm, need to ring a bell and wait for a staff to come and open the gate for you. Sometimes it might take longer than few minutes. Other than that, room was spacious and clean.

Прекрасный небольшой отель в хорошем районе. Далековато от центра, но рядом остановки трамвая и автобуса. Пешком доходила до Ля Дефанса, где линия метро 1. Дали номер с прекрасным видом - на Эйфелеву башню вдали. Понравился интерьер.

L’hôtel et le personnel est agréable. Nous avons été surclassé. La literie est très confortable. La chambre était au calme et spacieuse. Bon emplacement avec accès à tous les commerces nécessaires. Le tram est juste à côté. Seul point dommageable, le parking est public et très cher. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

非常非常好的酒店，卧室乾淨整潔也很寬敞，浴室很大，很舒適，距離Surenes Mont-Valerien火車站衹有5分鐘路程，而這個車站距離凱旋門，盧浮宮等景點衹有半個小時的車程，交通十分便利。酒店的工作人員十分熱情友好，非常好的居住體驗。

整體非常不錯的小酒店，也不是很貴。非常友好的工作人員。小酒店，所以比較平靜。中等大小的房間，桌子有點小，但足夠好，有你需要的一切。整體非常乾淨，沒有噪音。早餐也不錯。他們沒有餐廳（只有客房服務），但周圍有很多。絕對推薦，會再呆在那裡。 …

Muy bien bonito y limpio

Early in the morning on the day we were to arrive I received a message that the hotel was fully booked. I could choose to take 2 single rooms instead of the double room I had booked, or the hotel would cancel my booking. I had made the reservation in January - 4 months ago. What’s wrong with the hotel industry? Same problem twice in one weekend. Only when I had responded to their message I had made the reservation 4 months in advance and how was it even possible that this happened, they came back in another message saying they had verified and my room is now available. Hotel was good and clean, comfortable beds, but the next day the restaurant appeared to be in complete disarray: used tables were left cluttered and not cleaned / not set for the next guests, several items in the breakfast buffet ran out without being looked after properly. Lack of staff?? I don’t know, but I expect a much better service from the Mercure chain.

Everything was OK. Very good breakfast. Kind people in the hotel. Very good property. Very good service. I will return to the hotel in a near future. Everything was excellent. Good notes. I appreciate the noiseless in the hotel. Very good sleepquality. I will recommend the hotel to my friends.

A small room with single bed costs me 175€ without breakfast. I am so regretful of my choice. This is abusive and luckily I had fidelity discount. I often take rooms in Mercure all over France, but in Île de France Mercure is horrible and it doesnt worth 4* even not close to 3*

A lovely two night stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful especially Cecile on the front desk. Great location 10 mins to the Eiffel Tower. Clean, great value and the breakfast was good. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

Fine location welcoming staff but why is the front door locked. Great if you love perfume. The room only had a very small table. Unsuitable for home-work.

Cet hôtel est indigne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Accueil minable avec la personne qui renifle et veut vous faire payer une prestation pré payée. Le lit tellement dur que j'ai été réveillé par la douleur L'odeur de vieux bâtiment ou d'égouts que l'hôtel essaie de masquer avec beaucoup de parfums La penderie minuscule Le room service low cost (pas de verre pour un jus de fruit, pas de beurre pour du saumon fumée...) Une salle de bains minuscule Des rideaux occultant qui laissent passer la lumière sur les côtés Je n'ai jamais aussi mal dormi dans un hôtel. Je déconseille cet hôtel. Ce n'est pas un vrai Mercure.
