Ulasan Hotel Lumen Paris Louvre

excellent location!! very close to louvre museum and those designers shops and metro stations. the security of the community is not bad. friendly and super helpful staff who helped us to call laboratories for our PCR test (as we don’t speak french) and helped us to print the test reports. there are two big jars of water provided at the reception for guests and two complimentary bottled water (one still and one sparkling) each day. free refill of toothpaste, body wash, shampoo. the bad side is that there is no curtain for the shower so the whole bathroom went wet after our shower with the high pressure shower head haha. bathrobe and slippers are also provided. also, the room is quite small for us to accommodate three big luggages and two hand carry luggages. still a good value of money given the location and services!

The front desk is helpful and nice. Great location to the train station around 5mins

Прекрасное расположение, дизайн ар- деко , балкон, где вы можете посидеть и выпить кофе , виден Лувр , Завтрак однообразный, континентальный , все свежее и очень качественное , Единственный минус - это обслуживание , был инцидент с администратором , при полной оплате отеля и всех налогов , он в грубом тоне не давал заселиться и требовал карту со всеми паролями , в чем ему было отказано с моей стороны . Помощь друзей французов помогла и менеджер отеля проявил внимание , извинился и было предложено урегулировать номером на последнем этаже , где не слышен шум улицы Менеджер однозначно очень понимающий и профессионален . благодарна ему за профессионализм .

位置好，交通方便，前台服務熱情。早餐略微簡單些。老佛爺、盧浮宮、協和廣場等都在步行距離。畢竟位置核心，價格小貴

위치는 더할나위없이 좋았으나 조식이 너무 똑같아서 4일내내 똑같은거 먹었어여 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 근데 웃긴건 맛잇음 ㅠㅜㅜ 연어샐러드미침 ㅠㅠ 잼 종류별로 있고 진짜 최고에요

房間太小，一個人合適。盧浮宮對面，方便。

The hotel was just what we needed for our 2 night stay in Paris, central, clean, and an easy breakfast. We found it quite noisy being on a busy road and our window didn’t seem to shut so well, but ear plugs were part of the hotel room supplies box and came in useful. Everything else was perfect for us. If you wanted more cooked breakfast options this might not be the bed and breakfast place for you, but suited us just fine!

The hotel is very welcoming and staff very helpful. The room are comfortable and well appointed. THe breakfast offered a broad range of choices.

The Hotel Lumen is in a wonderful location very close to the Louvre, Orsay Museum and other attractions. The service people were very helpful and friendly. We had one minor problem that was handled immediately and very much to are satisfaction. A very good experience!

Blink and you'll miss the understated frontage on a relatively small and quiet street, but this home for the stay is excellently located within a comfortable walking distance to many different key destinations in various directions. The Louvre and Tuileries, Ile Dela Cite, the Latin Quarter, Orsay, the Opera House, and the boutiques and restaurants of Rue San Honore are just around the next corner. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. We booked a family suite which had windows and the little Paris-type balconies on 3 sides of the room, so we had great Paris rooftop views all around. The breakfast was simple but with excellent quality for a buffet, and situated in a lovely sunroom. We looked forward to it every morning. There was no in-house restaurant apart from the breakfast, but that was no problem because it is in a nice walking neighborhood with many good dining choices nearby. They also have a lovely bar that served drinks in the afternoon to evening. Grocery, Pharmacy, Hop on Hop Off Tour Bus station, and Metro station all also nearby

Hotel Lumen was a rare affordable hotel in a perfect location. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Walking distance to the Louvre, D'Orsay, Tuileries Garden, Place Vendome and more. Lots of dining and shopping nearby as well.
