The hotel staffs were always polite and gentle. It is very close to the metro station so comfortable. I could find flea market and marché near the hotel as well. I would like to stay there again when I have a chance. Merci beaucoup.

This hotel didn’t even considered our options when there was a train strike that occurred. We sent in receipts and proofs yet they couldn’t even help us to adjust the dates and time. Bad And Not considerate. NOT RECOMMENDED. Go find another hotel

El personal que atiende muy agradables todos. Pudimos dejar las maletas antes de nuestra entrada. La hubicacion es sensacional. Sábanas y toallas muy limpias y habitación, baño y zonas comunes limpios.
Como negativo es que es claustrofobico en la zona de los pasillos, el suelo de las habitacion abombado y ruidoso, el baño es como el de una autoraravana y el colchón malo, se notaban los muelles.

We stayed as 3 single women, so triple room. Met our needs. Quick walk to metro. A bit noisy on Sat. Night but settled down at reasonable time. Very close to market on Sunday. Safe in room is a plus. Bathroom was clean and fresh with good water pressure.

Room was pretty small, but clean and functional with very fast internet. Location of the hotel is good if you are a tourist in Paris.

Hotel daval is a budget hotel in a trendy party area. It is clean inside - modern and rooms are reasonably sized. The staff actually helped my kids and I to the corner of the street when we needed to get a taxi. in the rain!
It’s important to know this area of bastille is bustling so if u r in Paris to party this is a great place for a reasonable price. Safe and has nice eateries across the road. request a higher floor if you want an early night in.

Clean and friendly hotel at an excellent location near the fun 11th arrondissement and Le Marais neighborhood. Room is small but spotless, and at an excellent price point for the neighborhood in the off season. Plenty of excellent patisseries and third wave coffee shops nearby, and a mix of funky and traditional eateries.

Near multiple Metro stop makes this a convenient location especially if you’re coming from Gare de l’Est station. Close to Richard Lenoir Thur / Sunday farmers market if you’re looking for local foods. Right around the corner from excellent bakery (aux 2 angels), get your pastries fix there.
Hotel itself is dated in decor and low on amenities, but acceptable for its price and location. Front desk is friendly and helpful, you can leave your luggage there for the day after you check out which makes it handy to go around Paris if you have a late train or flight to catch.
