I love this hotel, perfect for location and convenient cause very close to metro stations , shopping and very accessible to all Paris attractions , the staff are nice except for the old man in reception, he is very cold and it’s like he don’t want to be asked,, it’s FRONTDESk, you should

Lovely hotel, great location in Paris. Very easy to get around the city as close to a lot of metros. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice room very clean. Would happily stay here again

Staff was wonderful. Bath tub looked like it had been painted and was chipping so we never got to take a bath, the floor was stained and the bedding had someone else's hair between the top sheet and fitted sheet.
It's a convenient location for walking around Paris.

Looked good on line but disappointing..The room was too small for a twin room.The shower hose became detached
and the bath it was in was damaged.The complimentary drinks were not as listed,and reception advised us to go to the market for milk. There were no overhead fans or air conditioning .The room was not worth the price charged.
