booked for deluxe room but recieved standard room, totally pay and get a diffrence value. when ask if there other option, there no option 🙄 toilet ta basuh kot, berdaki! furniture yg da rosak pun still bubuh, tv no channel at all! aircond lambat sejuk, lambat more than one hour yaaa. haih! takan repeat 🐙
