The AC didn’t work at all. It was still so hot even with AC on and we were literally suffering. Will never come back again

I would not recommend to book this hotel through trip.com. I called the hotel before my trip to check something else and found that even though I booked and paid for the hotel 3 months ago, the booking was not confirmed at the hotel’s site, I had to contact trip.com and they could only confirm the booking after a day.
In terms of the room, location is pretty good, the facilities were basic. However the room we stayed did not have hot shower which is ridiculous. The reception at night also did not speak English so was very difficult to communicate.

Very tiny room, bu the location is good and not far from Montparnasse railway station. Breakfast is ok but not really fits to my tastes. Recommended for one single night for business travelers.

Nice, tidy and minimal. Good breakfast and nice in-room working facilities. Walking distance from the closest subway.

hotel has a parking for 25 euro per night
in all Ibis hotels very small windows
but this IBIS hotel has air conditioner in the rooms! and rooms not so small as in Geneve

I am very disappointed with Ibis, I have booked 2 rooms one for my brother in law and his wife with a toddler and the second room for his brother in law as a present from us and during there stay in Paris it was running all the time, I have received a phone from my brother in law complaining about his room, they give them a room with faulty window and the rain goes direct to the room and flooding most all the room and the carpet completely wet, so I have phoned the hotel for an explanation because they know about the problem, they promised me they will give them another and better room , unfortunately I just find out from my brother in law that they stayed in the same room for the 3 nights, because they offer them another room with half the seize for the 3 of them and it was impossible to accept it, the answer from the hotel was take it or stay in the same room and they stayed in the same room spending time cleaning the water and the draft all night, this’s very unfair after I have paid nearly a 1000 Euros, I would like you to investigate the situation as I was going to take a legal action for some money to be refunded, please find enclosed my direct details for future correspondence

Around 10 mins walk to the subway, there is little restaurant/supermarket around.
The room was big enough and with a table that’s good for sit & work.
Staff are nice and helpful 7/24.

Нормальный отель.Удобная кровать, в номере было холодно. Нет тапочек, чайника в номере. Заселили ровно в расчетный час. В ванной шампунь, мыло и 2 полотенца для тела. Депозит не брали. 8 минут от метро
