被氣死了 從凡爾賽回來 他家酒店門是有鎖那種 需要按門鈴才開 我打車回來的 （因為很早就退房 把箱子存在酒店 去凡爾賽 退房的時候還特意交待了 房卡需要給他們嗎 一個女生説需要 我就説一會兒我回酒店拿行李的時候 按門鈴記得開啊 結果按了幾分鐘門鈴，都沒有人開門）在酒店門口暫停一下 去拿行李直接去機場 按了好幾分鐘門鈴都沒有人開門 人家出租車司機在外面等 表一直不停的跳 後來出租車司機都看不下去了 下來幫我按門鈴 然後是一個專門負責早餐的黑人阿姨看見了幫忙開的門 裏面兩個值班的人 看見了 都不給看門鈴 打開了 我就問她們為什麼不開門 按了好幾分鐘了 她們也不回答 真的是 花錢請我來這個酒店住都不會再來了 房間特別小 洗澡的地方 人都不能轉開身 早上去吃早餐 有個負責早餐的黑人阿姨就在那裡監視一樣 生怕我多吃 我多拿幾次 還問我幾個人 一點都不友好 也不上前幫忙 而且早餐特別差 就三樣培根和火腿腸是葷菜 就沒有了 還有就是一點點麪包 沒有蔬菜沙拉 水果沒有切成小塊 都是整個水果擺一點在那裡給人看的 飲料有橙汁和蘋果汁在機器裏 開始我不會 用 看見別的客户用了機器才會的 那個黑人阿姨知道我不會 也不上前幫忙 我定的房間不包括早餐 我到了酒店加的兩個早餐 前台收了我29.56歐元 平台顯示早餐衹有10歐 然後前台東加西加 算出來那麼高的費 而且難吃服務特別差 有史以來最差的一次住酒店經歷 早知道這樣還不如去便利店買早餐 一個三明治才3歐元 吃的特別飽 感覺被坑一樣

J’ai réservé une chambre avec un lit double pour deux adultes, en arrivant l’hôtesse nous informe que c’est une chambre individuelle pour un adulte. Nous avons donc passé la nuit dans la chambre individuelle avec un lit pour une personne Car il est l’hôtel était complet. L’hôtesse nous a expliqué que l’erreur vient du site de réservation En résumé nous avons Payer une chambre double avec un lit pour deux pour avoir une petite chambre individuelle avec un lit pour une personne. Je demande donc le remboursement de la différence du tarif

Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Large choix au niveau du petit dej La chambre est certe petite, mais propre et la literie est confortable. À proximité 'd'une ligne de métro

Stay was OK but staff seemed unaware that I had extended my original booking and I was charged extra for local taxes that I had already paid. Room was small and not very comfortable. Breakfast OK but nothin g special.

Very good no frills budget hotel. Very clean. Staff were helpful. Free water, coffee and tea were available in the foyer- nice touch. Well placed for connections by the Metro. Plenty of eating places nearby.

Very pleasant stay from start to finish. Short walk from the Metro and 1 stop from the exhibition hall. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this was perfectly fine for a short overnight stay. Warm (it was very cold outside), clean, comfortable, quiet and clean/tidy breakfast area. I will stay there again. The manager and breakfast lady were both pleasant and helpful.

The room & bathroom were very small (sink above the toilet seat) , carpet was dirty but the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok, plus for the gluten-free alternatives. Staff spoke poor english. Elevator was unpredictable.

Most of the staff were friendly and the hotel room was satisfactory, however the check out process was bad.

We had an excellent stay at Paris Ibis Vaugirard! The staff was very friendly and provided great service! Good location, close to metro station and there were also a nice places near by. We can absolutely recommend!

The hotel has normal rooms which are useful for main needs, but the most surprising thing was the full availability of employees working there about each single request we had. Especially Grégoire help us in managing some personal matters and the full working day after the check-out. I really suggest this place in case you need to combine both leisure and then working activities! Alessandro L.
