Hôtel Clarisse

외관은 낡았지만, 내부는 깨끗했고, 침구도 깨끗했습니다. 화장실도 깨끗하고, 가격대비 좋았습니다.

Excellent hotel for a city break, while not in the centre of Paris itself, there is public transport a few steps away (bus and metro), lots of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, free WiFi was a boon and although there is not a hot drinks facility in the rooms kettles are available to borrow and you can purchase coffee from the breakfast room at any time. The biggest plus for us was the staff, they were so friendly and helpful especially Daoud and Timi who put up with our attempts at speaking French with kind grace : ) we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hotel Clarisse and would happily go back.

The hotel was mostly clean, the furniture was ok, the bathroom was clean. The receptionist was very rude. Me and my friend were standing in front of the closed door with our suitcases. He saw us, unlocked the door and immediately returned to his desk. He did not even open the door for us and our very heavy suitcases. The extremely small and outdated lift did not reach all the way to our floor, so we had to carry our heavy suitcases the rest of the stairs. When we came into the room, it was so tiny that we could not open our suitcases fully or walk around the bed next to each other. One person always had to wait in one corner of the room while the other person moved around. The tap in the bathroom was constantly dropping, when we entered the room the sink in the bathroom was filled with water and there was no way to empty it because the drain was firmly closed. We called the receptionist, he said he would have someone over to fix it in the morning and until then we could use the sink without any problems as it would not overflow because of the other drain (a bit higher in the sink). We said that would not be acceptable (especially as we only stayed one night) and asked if he had another room. He said the hotel was fully booked. He then came with a screwdriver and tried to fix the sink himself. He finally removed the drain plug and the water could flow out of the sink again. He left it like that. We asked about some small compensation, he said no. Furthermore, the area was very shady with a military police operation happening next door as we arrived around 21:30 in the evening. The door of the bathroom was partially cracked and unfortunately the room door could not be locked from the inside. I will never stay in this hotel again.

We were 3 friends and room was nice neat and clean. A guy on reception namely Daud was very nice and welcoming. He guided us about the Paris and other tourist attractions in paris. wifi was fast and hotel is infront of tram and bus station. private Parking was also available

Very cute litte Hotel with everything needed. super friendly pesonel. Parking is theoreticaly directly beneath the hotel. but you have to walk a 200m detour to get out of the parking in to the hotels reception. the elevator will not bring you to the flight of your room, but in the stairway… still some steps to the room. only downside was that the toilett was not cleand with some urin stains left on the seat. but we had some desifection wipes so it was not a real problem.

Vraiment Rien à redire : l'emplacement par rapport à la porte de Versailles, car nous étions en déplacement pro. le service fort sympathique - le rapport qualité prix global comme le petit déjeuner complet dans un cadre cozy - amabilité - propreté de la chambre et sanitaire ... tout y est !
