A clean and comfortable stay, very helpful and friendly staff. The room was small but well laid out and well equipped with nice toiletries and tea and coffee, perfect for a short stay. Will happily book again

The service was excellent, the breakfast is really satisfying. The staff were extremely professional. we had to print many papers so the receptionist handled that quickly without hesitation and dis not acceptable tip.

The previous comments made by other customer are accurate The hotel rooms are damaged (stain on curtains, painting falls apart, broken door …) Though my stay went well thanks to Tarik who does everything he can to arrange my accommodation at best Thank you so much

Staff were kind, helpful, the hotel was clean. The room was in poor condition, exposed plumbing, broken fixtures, old paint job and dents in the walls, warped bathroom door. It was clean and it's not their fault it is a noisy area. The quality to cost seemed uneven. It was convenient for what I needed to do in the city.

I don’t think this hotel should be rated 3 stars. It’s more like a one. The rooms were tiny and smelly. I asked for two twin size beds and none were available when we got there. Also, the place looks run down.

What I didn't like, well: the mold, the dast, the loud loud street, the stains on the walls, the stains on the chair, the dirt on the walls, the disgusting carpet that I wouldn't recommend stepping on it without at least some sock, the fact that the toilet was dirty and with used stains, the fact that the shower was unclean, the fact that the sink in the bathroom was full of stains from other people using it, the small particles of food or God know what on the walls (all the walls and even the door bathroom), the room temperature which was going from Siberia temperature to Sahara temperature. I wish I could have a better phone to take even better pictures that could even better show what it was like being there.

Hôtel en travaux : qu’on nous dise qu’il faille prendre le petit déjeuner dans un café à côté avec un bon fourni par l’hôtel passé encore, que l’ascenseur marche une fois sur 3, ça devient limite, mais le pire, c’est d’avoir une chambre au 6e étage, mais un réseau wifi qui n’est pas capté à cet étage ….. 30 min ou j’essaie d’appeler en vain la réception à 23h en arrivant après avoir essayer de me connecter, alors que la réception est ouverte h24… je descend et la on me dit qu’avec les travaux, ça doit beugger… et qu’à part que je fasse un partage de connexion avec mon téléphone, pas de solution …. Et ressayer de redémarrer la box, non ? plus jamais cet hôtel…

Convient pour une seule nuit, je pense, car vraiment minuscule. De plus, n'oubliez pas votre casque de chantier : l'hôtel est en pleine rénovation et vous profitez pleinement des plaisirs des travaux. Ça serait sympa de prévenir au moment de la réservation. Petit déjeuner très basique mais personne au service du pdj très gentille.
