Had a classic Paris Hotel room, rather small-ish, a bit old but clean and a beautiful french balcony to a fairly quiet street. Nice restaurants and cafes close by, several Metro stations very close - good neighborhood! Was staying in room 222 (I think, corner of the second floor). Have to say that there was zero WIFI reception - consistently over 4 days. Sometimes neither phone nor macbook was able to even connect, sometimes I was connected with almost no bandwidth. The people at reception were sometimes grumpy or led long angry phone calls in front of the hotel, but I guess it's all part of the Paris experience - and over all Paris has become much, much friendlier towards non-french-speaking people :)

Charming hotel in lively area. One of the hotel clerks was snippy on our arrival, giving us rapid-fire instructions and then taking issue when we asked to clarify. The owner graciously agreed to store our excess luggage for two weeks while we took of for the countryside. Did not appreciate undisclosed 7 Euro fee for calling us a taxi.

Great location if you love crepes. The streets around had creperie after creperie ... we were in heaven. In the heart of Montparnasse with restaurants galore. We had a spacious two-bedroom suite with a queen in one room and single in the other room - a nice fit for our three adults. The room was on the first floor and looked out over a greenery-filled courtyard. The first night or two we had ants around our waistbasket coming in from that courtyard, but we kept things scrupulously clean and the ants lost interest in us. Since our room was on the interior there was no street noise and was quiet. Finally, the pictures are correct - they really do have oriental rugs on the floor.

Great location. Street has a variety of shops for food, dining, pharmacy, boulangerie, groceries. A Short walk to the Montparnasse Metro gets you anywhere in the Greater Paris area. The room is moderately priced. The Hotel is older but updated with modern amenities including A/C. The room is small which is understandble for European city stadards. However, it is highly functional for those that are spending most of their time outside of the hotel.

Nice hotel, very helpful staff, and a comfortable bed - what more do you need. There wasn't a kettle in the room, which would have been appreciated but good other than that. The room was small but well contained with a good view, and there was a hair dryer in the bathroom. The location is brilliant, very close to the metro and 2 minutes from Montepasse. Would stay here again if I was visiting Paris again.

Stayed there 4 nights with a family of 4. Two bedrooms and one living and one kitchen, one half bath. One of the best locations and minutes walk to subways. Tons of restaurants and grocery, bakery shops. Will definitely come back. The only thing is that the hotel could provide some bowels and plates as it is rented as a full apartment within the hotel(most rooms are typical hotel setup but a few of them are apartment style). Overall we enjoyed and loved 99% of the stay here. Highly recommend!

Location is advantage and quick access to city attractions. Price for that area looks reasonable. Breakfast price for our family of four was high and hence we took outside. Reception staff in the evening was very friendly and we also asked if we can borrow a kettle as our children take specific morning drink- he told fine. In the morning there was a different person, very rude and do not want to give the kettle and I told I am his guest and he did not seem to bother. Bedding, bathroom and other things in hotel are just fine. I will recommend and expect hotel to correct the problem if possible.

As always a great stop over and enjoyable visit. Nice rooms, good prices and great service. Garage nearby in the center of Montparnasse. Walk out the door and pick a café. We look forward to our next trip to Paris.

Great place, clean and comfy. Location is awesome, metro, bus and plenty of restaurants and boulangeries. In need of a little fridge and at least a kettle. There is a Carrefour City in the same block and a Franprix 1 block away
