J’ai réserver pour une nuit, un studio avec grand lit 2 places pour 262 euros! A ce prix je m’attendais minimum à un service de qualité. Super emplacement à 5 minutes a pied du métro 14 et 30 min en voiture de la banlieue parisienne. Grande fut notre déception quand arrivée dans notre chambre nous constatons qu’il n’y avait aucune boissons au frais mm pas une bouteille d’eau, mm pas un verre pour boire. Nous avons du à 00h trouver un moyen de boire. Une fontaine d’eau Se trouve a l'accueil j’étais au 6 eme je vous fait pas un dessin.. flem heureusement nous avons trouvée une épicerie à 10 minutes a pied. La chambre était doter d’un grand balcon mais impossible de fumer il faut descendre a nouveau.. je vous refais pas un dessin. Salle de bain avec douche et wc spacieuse et propre petit bémol pas de dentifrice,de savon pr se laver les mains, de brosse a dent avec gobelet. Heureusement que je ramène tjrs mon nécessaire de toilette avec moi.. Nous avons tt de même passer une nuit agréable lit super confortable des draps propres mais malheureusement à 7h réveil en fanfare car immeuble en construction juste en face tanpis pr la grasse mat… Conclusion assez déçu un studio a plus de 200 euros. Je pensais avoir fait une affaire en réservant car il y avait une promotion avec Trip.. mais trop chère pour le peu de choses a disposition! j’oubliais il faut payer un supplément pr prendre le petit déjeuner! Youpi… Il n’y aura pas de prochaine fois.

Yes, rooms are very small by US standards, smaller than the smallest room I saw at the College Park (Atlanta Airport) Econo Lodge. However, they are twice as big as what they call “single rooms” in London’s budget hotels, which are half way between the traditional English phone booth and a small US closet, where you sleep in a tiny 90 centimeters army cot WITHOUT AC for the price you pay at the Los Angeles LAX Sheraton! At this CHOICE COMFORT HOTEL PORTE D’IVRY at least, you will sleep in a double bed in a small but clean room WITH AC, tiny desk and phone, and a full bath with the biggest shower (3 times bigger) that I’ve ever seen in Europe, together with the one of room 823 at the Orly Best Western Plus, which is the same size. It also has a sink with a hair dryer and a private “wishing well”, the greatest invention of mankind… Those amenities such as a big refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board that I always see in all CHOICE HOTELS (whether Comfort Inn, Quality Inn, Clarion, etc.) in the US for around $100 with buffet breakfast included, are just a dream in Europe, so forget about it! I’ll say the same about the ice machine, which we find even in cheapest motels, and sometimes on every floor in high-end hotels like the Clarion. Forget it! The only place where I have seen an ice machine outside of the US was at the Gran Hotel Argentino in Buenos Aires, after I harassed the manager during more than seven years asking for it during every trip in the 1990s! THE MAIN ASSET of this Comfort Hotel Porte d’Ivry is its LOCATION. A short 4 blocks walk will put you at “Porte d’Ivry”, where you will see the terminal of bus 27 to go to “Quartier Latin”, “Notre-Dame”, “Opéra” and “Gare Saint-Lazare”, and also the terminal of bus 83, which will take you to “Port Royal” and “Sèvres-Babylone”. At the same “Porte d’Ivry”, you will also see the “Métro” (subway) line 7 going from “La Courneuve” in the north of Paris to “Mairie d’Ivry” in the south. If you enjoy traveling underground, this line will take you straight to “Chatelet” and “Opéra”. But I prefer to do that journey with bus 27. Last but not least, at that “Porte d’Ivry”, you will be able to take TRAM 3a, which circles Paris on the south and will take you from “Pont du Garigliano” on the west, to “Porte de Vincennes” on the east, where you will be able to take TRAM 3b, which circles Paris on the north side, and will take you to “Porte de la Chapelle”, where you will be able to take bus 350 to Roissy CDG. And if you fly to Orly, as I do with Iberia via Madrid, now that American Airlines have discontinued their nonstop flights 62 and 63 between Miami and Paris, then you can take the ORLYBUS and get off at the first stop in Paris, by my beloved Cité Universitaire, where I lived the best five years of my long life in the 1960s, then walk a block to “Montsouris” and take TRAM 3a to “Porte d’Ivy”, only six stations away. Very good hotel. Of course, Ibis Budget Hotel is not a luxury hotel, but for a low price you can stay very affordable. The metro station is about a 10-minute walk away, the staff is helpful, and the breakfasts due to the combination with the Ibis hotel are above standard. We will definitely be back again.

Big rooms. With microwave and cooking appliances. Close to metro. Friendly staff. Downside is need pay deposits.

J’ai séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel durant les vacances de la Toussaint pour une visite de Paris. À cette période le centre de la capitale étant hors de prix j’ai opté pour cet établissement. L’accueil est correct, discret. Les chambres sont de taille suffisante pour deux et la literie très bien malgré l’absence de vrai sommier ( planche de bois). L’hôtel était très calme pas de bruit de prêts qui claquent ou de personnes parlant fort, et l’insonorisation est parfaite avec un double vitrage qui permet l’absorption des bruits du périphérique pourtant tout proche. Depuis l’hôtel les transports : ligne 7 du métro, tram 3a et T9 sont à environ 5 mn à pied ce qui permet de rejoindre rapidement le centre de Paris. Un très tes bon rapport qualité / prix. Nous reviendrons sûrement !

My husband and I stayed in a Superior Double Room for two days at the beginning of March. We had a wonderful view of the park and the Eiffel Tower. The room is beautiful to look at, but a little damaged in some parts (for example the shower). The biggest problem of the room was the ventilation system, as it smelled of the drain several times. The cleaner does her job, as she cleans the room daily, but the problem is exclusively ventilation. I might also point out that you can hear the chairs being moved in the bar in the room. I would also suggest that a different choice of breakfast be made every day, as it was the same breakfast twice. However, I would like to conclude by praising the staff, who were friendly at all times.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Gardette Park hotel. While the room was on the smaller side, which is to be expected in Central Paris, it provided ample space for me. It would also be suitable for a couple, as long as they don't have too much luggage. The bed was comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the highlights of the room was the balcony, which overlooked the beautiful trees of Gardette Park. There was a coffee maker in the room, along with a sufficient supply of capsules, tea, and a kettle. Additionally, the reception area offered a tea, coffee, and chocolate machine, which guests could use at any time. Although I didn't choose the breakfast option, there were plenty of nearby alternatives available. The quiet atmosphere at night ensured a restful sleep. The lady at the reception (she speaks English, French, and Italian very well) was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, making my interactions with the staff a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a close proximity to excellent restaurants, supermarkets, and a vibrant city (including night) life. While I didn't prioritize visiting major Paris attractions during this particular trip, they were only 30 minutes away. For those arriving from the airport (I personally used Orly and departed from CDG), the nearest metro station, Richard Lenoir, was a convenient 10-minute walk. However, if you have a substantial amount of luggage to transport, there are bus or Uber options to minimize the walking distance. Overall, my stay at the Gardette Park hotel was delightful, and I highly recommend it.

Very good room, just as in the description. Good shuttle service to the airport.
