One of the best in Paris. For the money and room size and perfectly new inside. Very kind staff. All perfection. Will def come back. The only bad thing is the hallway noise from the rooms but you can’t control people who are pound when other la are sleeping. I came during fashion week when everything is super expensive but worth it. Also the location is top. Chic and lots near by. Loved it.

Concierge team and chef of concierge was amazing they arrenged everything for us we could find every restaurant and cafe’s reservations cos they did it for us .. we loved it so much that we will come back soon !

早餐挺好的，不是自助餐廳，是一個一個的套餐，超出部分加錢。可以加床，不過超大床的確是很大，酒店位置很好，就在埃菲爾鐵塔附近，不過如果不是選擇了景觀房，衹能看街景。酒店大堂的設計和藏品是亮點，小花園可千萬別錯過了，非常漂亮。就房間而言，說實在的衹能說一般吧，服務的確是非常好的。前台入住登記時，有中國人接待，溝通順暢。總體來說還是挺棒的。

Fabulous!!! I visited with my mother and my two daughters for a long weekend. Perfect location, short walk to Eiffel Tower, amazing shops, cafes, restaurants nearby. Supermarket a few doors up for essentials and a pharmacy, also Carrefour over the road. Room perfect, we had a deluxe 2bed apartment, 100% cleaning standards, linen changed daily.. immaculate, could not fault cleanliness/hygiene at all. Only small negative thing to mention is that they leave some lovely L’occitane products in the rooms, nice that they replace them so much, keeping shampoos etc topped up but I used a lovely bar of verbena soap and it was replaced each day, bit of a waste, only used it for handwashing, I left it by sink each morning…came back later each day to find a new one in wrapper, so they were obviously being binned and replaced, a bar would of lasted months so just one for the whole 4 days would have been fine! Brilliant gym! Beautiful decor and art, free coffee machine in lobby, nice cappuccinos! Staff very friendly and helpful, excellent English! Close to Metro stations although we mostly walked and used Uber. Wasn’t bothered by any noise at all, was on 5th floor, busy street below but was so tired each night, didn’t hear anything at all! Room had iron/ironing board, hairdryer, a safe, coffee machine, all kitchen utensils, pans etc to cook a meal, microwave, dishwasher, oven/hob… Would highly recommend and stay again definitely, the hotel made our trip to Paris even more magical. 5 stars well deserved, Thankyou.

It makes a lot of difference to stay in hotels where the employees are friendly and happy as they, for me, the strong point of the hotel, are the employees. When I return to Paris, I want to stay at this hotel again.

We booked at short notice. The hotel is situated in a great location for some major landmarks and excellent metro links for the city only a short walk away. Everything at the hotel was excellent from the moment we checked in. All staff were very friendly professional and courteous. The front desk staff were very helpful and nothing too much trouble. The rooms were spotlessly clean big thank you to housekeeping. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice to choose from. Service here was excellent and the quality of the food was very good and delicious, although my waistline was put under severe strain due to the many culinary delights on offer 😆. Breakfast was till 10.45 am which was good if you wanted a late morning. Room comfort was good and despite being in the city outside noise was kept to a minimum, bed was very comfortable and was able to get a very good sleep. It's a city centre hotel so the rooms are not going to be huge although there was plenty of wardrobe space lots of electric sockets and a full-size mirror in the room and a TV with English channels, which in a lot of independent city hotels is not always the case, free in-room safe also very useful. For a city centre hotel, this is one of the better ones I have stayed in. Great service and room comfort, excellent breakfast. The hotel has character and charm you won't find in chain hotels and I had a wonderful five night's stay.

Very nice hotel about 3 blocks from Arc de Triomphe. We walked to everything. Very clean and seems to be recently renovated with modern baths and electronics. The restaurant was just a bit minimalist. And, our experience with getting cars, etc. was so-so. Still, would choose it again as a reasonably-priced (for Paris!) 5-star property.

Was here for my birthday for 4 nights with husband. Location is perfect as it is very close to the main shopping area Champs Elysees. Also, once on the Main Street you can see the Eiffel Tower well. So this was an extra bonus seeing it daily. I chose that hotel due to the romantic cozy look. Rooms were so cute and for Paris actually not small at all. The main elevator was being worked on but they had a small backup elevator so it was not big deal for us. A well filled mini bar in room. Housekeeping was great. Every day the room was done nicely. And the downstairs area was cute. The downstairs bar was not really a bar like you know. Just pretty much the same items as in your mini bar. So this was a little disappointing. I hoped to be able to sit at the hotel bar at the end of the day. But there were many places to eat near by. Perfect location for a cute boutique hotel. We had breakfast one time delivered to the room. For the price 16 Euro I suggest to eat downstairs as it was limited what they brought upstairs. More options down at the breakfast area.

A 4 star hotel that acts like a 5-star in the best way! I stayed at the West End Hotel for a recent business trip and was very pleased with my stay. In addition to business travelers, I highly recommend this hotel for celebratory couples trips, girls' holiday, and anyone who wants beautiful central base for shopping and restaurants and cultural landmarks and museums. The room was not huge but bigger than other standard rooms I've stayed at in Paris and there were two closets which really helped me tuck away my luggage and all my clothes to keep the room nice and tidy. The front desk was so warm and welcoming—such a nice bonus when you're running around for work. When I landed at the airport I was able to call and let them know and they had my room ready early on arrival. Anyone traveling knows how wonderful and comforting this is. Wifi was good, bath products (Hermes and Balmain) were a nice little luxury, bathroom and room was spotless, housekeeping was professional and consistent. Felt very safe. Aesthetically the hotel had a girlish Parisian-chic trendy meets traditional style that might not suit everyone's taste but I found it very charming. I will return here for my next business trip or Paris holiday with friends.

Stayed from the 13th-15th of March and this hotel was one of the most memorable aspects of our holiday. On arrival we were informed that we had been upgraded which was a welcome surprise. The hotel is located in a warm and friendly neighbourhood that encompasses the feel of Paris and the staff were simply excellent. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and had a charming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. My room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay in Paris. The location was perfect, and the hotel itself was simply amazing. We stayed here for 2 nights in February, the hotel is boutique with a small reception area and sitting area. Check in was easy – but the room was not ready till 4pm, the hotel allowed us to store our bags and we then went off to explore Paris. The hotel is nicely situated in a bustling part of the city – a short walk from a number of restaurants and bars/shops, and just down from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysees. It is also a short 5-10min walk from a Metro station allowing access to all other parts of Paris. Our room was located on the top floor and was quiet – the room was large and included a small seating area, queen bed and large bathroom with walk in shower. The room included all the expected amenities including tea/coffee, TV, desk, mini bar. Our only complaint was that the TV only included French channels, there were no English speaking channels – not even the news. The bedroom was very comfortable, spacious and the large bathroom was also a good touch – including overhead walk-in shower. One major issue was that the windows are not sound proofed at all, and the road noise was very evident (despite being 5 floors up) – but most prominent was the church bells located next door, that start at around 8am most mornings, and go on for some time – it is impossible to sleep through these. We resorted to using earplugs, but these could only dampen the sound so much…..it wasn’t a huge problem as we wanted to be up and out to explore. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay at the hotel – and it is exactly what we wanted from a location perspective. The cost of the hotel was also very good considering its location. Overall, we would recommend this hotel providing you can deal with the road noise and church bells.

시설. 위치. 말 할것 없이 최고다. 직원들은 최악이다. 체크아웃 시간을 오후 1시로 변경해서 짐을 싸고 있는데, 하우스 키핑 직원 그냥 들어옴. 들어오면서. 오늘 체크아웃이지 하면서 방에서 커튼을 정리함. 왜 들어오냐고 물어보고 이름이 뭐냐고 물어보니까 영어를 못한다고 하는 거짓말,, 그러고 도망감. 매니저를 불러서 따지니까. 미안하다고는 하지만. 진심 안느껴짐. 그 직원을 불러서 사과를 받고 싶다고 하니까. 안된다고 함. 그러면서, 조식 가격 무료로 해줄테니까 참으라는 식으로 말함. 이게 정말 불가리 호텔의 서비스인가? 피트니스에서는 단백질 쉐이크룰 무료로 해쥰다고 하더니만,, 방으로 가지고 올때는 계산을 해야한다고 말함,, 다시 전화해서 물어보니까. 무료라고 말함. 정말 직원끼리도 소통 안하고 전달 안함. 정말 일을 최악으로 하는데 돈은 많이 받아가는 프랑스 파리 시스템.
