Extremely great hotel, all the way from the wait staff to management. We had 6 girls staying at the hotel and they accommodated our every need with ease. Always friendly and always helpful. Fanny is very personable and seems to manage with great knowledge. We always enjoyed our visits with her! The rooms were always very clean and attention to every detail. The restaurant was delicious and our afternoon wine was served with a friendly wait staff (I think her name was Stephanie...she was great!)

We had the complete pleasure of staying at this mind boggingly AMAZING hotel over spring break this year, four nights in total. We are a family of four (17 yr old son 14 yr old daughter), and all of us were completely blown away by the level of attention, committment to excellence, beauty of the facilities and location of this incredible place. It truly is the finest hotel we've ever stayed at, with good reason. From the moment we were met at the airport (transport arranged by the hotel) in a comfortable van equipped with every phone charger you could imagine, water bottles and towels for our faces and hands, to the minute we reluctantly checked out and said our good byes, our family felt known, cared for, and completely, 100% spoiled in a ways we could not have dreamed. Everyone from the concierges and guest services team (shout out to the enthusiastic and emminently cheerful Claire!) to the housekeeping and food people who dropped treats and little touches to make us so excited to come back to the room each day...to the waiters at the Brasserie and Bar Josephine (the best cosmo I've ever had, two nights in a row and fantastic live music) we are already dreaming of returning. Many hotels are having a difficult time finding enough staff, let alone people committed to going above and beyond providing excellent service...this hotel somehow has a lock on great individuals in every department. Other highlights: bathrooms cut out of solid marble. I took five minutes one morning trying imagine what it took to fabricate the sinks and bathtub out of solid stone and then get them into all the rooms. Mind blown. Fantastic water pressure from both the shower and bath. Sheets and pillows and beds that allowed all of us to sleep soundly every night. Both children said it was the best night's sleep they'd ever had away from home. Top of the line electronics and room organization...everything is automatic with lights (we didn't touch a switch in four days, I came home and told my husband what a ”drag” it was to have to actually turn my lights on. lol), and air conditioning/heat/curtains are all controlled from handy control wall panels in each room. Small touches in the closets of things you might have forgotten, lots of drawers and space to unpack and stay organized. The pool and spa is breathtaking, make sure to leave time to enjoy it! It truly is a five star hotel in every element imaginable. I cannot recommend Hotel Lutetia any higher. You will not regret it.

This hotel is located in an amazingly central area with lots of food and sights to be seen. The room is comfy and super clean. There was no toothbrush, or shaving kit, but there was a sewing kit, which I found strange. Other than that, room was perfect. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a lovely stay in the heart of Paris.

Best hotel! Made for a perfect home base for our mom daughter trip! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Every time we walked into the hotel we felt at home. Sanjay was incredible! He made us feel like we were the most special guests at the hotel and we know he made everyone feel that way! He was always checking in to see if we needed anything and see how we were doing. I contacted him a month or 2 prior to our stay and he made wonderful suggestions! He made us reservations for dinners- each one more delicious than the other and helped us secure tickets during our trip within minutes of asking! The airline lost our luggage and he worked diligently to help us get it back the next day. The hotel is truly lovely, decorated beautifully, comfortable and clean! We really enjoyed getting into bed after full days on our feet! Location was perfect too! When we return to Paris we will 100% stay here again and recommend it to our family and friends. Thank you for a great vacation! Can’t wait to return!

早餐挺好的，不是自助餐廳，是一個一個的套餐，超出部分加錢。可以加床，不過超大床的確是很大，酒店位置很好，就在埃菲爾鐵塔附近，不過如果不是選擇了景觀房，衹能看街景。酒店大堂的設計和藏品是亮點，小花園可千萬別錯過了，非常漂亮。就房間而言，說實在的衹能說一般吧，服務的確是非常好的。前台入住登記時，有中國人接待，溝通順暢。總體來說還是挺棒的。

Fabulous!!! I visited with my mother and my two daughters for a long weekend. Perfect location, short walk to Eiffel Tower, amazing shops, cafes, restaurants nearby. Supermarket a few doors up for essentials and a pharmacy, also Carrefour over the road. Room perfect, we had a deluxe 2bed apartment, 100% cleaning standards, linen changed daily.. immaculate, could not fault cleanliness/hygiene at all. Only small negative thing to mention is that they leave some lovely L’occitane products in the rooms, nice that they replace them so much, keeping shampoos etc topped up but I used a lovely bar of verbena soap and it was replaced each day, bit of a waste, only used it for handwashing, I left it by sink each morning…came back later each day to find a new one in wrapper, so they were obviously being binned and replaced, a bar would of lasted months so just one for the whole 4 days would have been fine! Brilliant gym! Beautiful decor and art, free coffee machine in lobby, nice cappuccinos! Staff very friendly and helpful, excellent English! Close to Metro stations although we mostly walked and used Uber. Wasn’t bothered by any noise at all, was on 5th floor, busy street below but was so tired each night, didn’t hear anything at all! Room had iron/ironing board, hairdryer, a safe, coffee machine, all kitchen utensils, pans etc to cook a meal, microwave, dishwasher, oven/hob… Would highly recommend and stay again definitely, the hotel made our trip to Paris even more magical. 5 stars well deserved, Thankyou.

This hotel is located in a great area of Paris. You're walking distance from some remarkable land marks i.e. Cathedral of Notre Dame. However, this hotel/building has been around for a very long time and this might explain why everything is so very compact. The lobby is super small and that goes for a ”standard” room as well. Really really small. BUT! the room is always immaculately cleaned every day. Where the hotel offers breakfast, is really cool looking but once again very small. I, personally, would not return due to the size and not having the option of a bath tub. So, if not having a lot of room is ok with you, I encourage you to give this hotel a try.

I first stayed at this Hotel in 2014 and was very impressed with the entire experience, so I valued this hotel and always wanted to return… 8 years later and I was extremely disappointed. I booked a superior villa room, and we was given room 6. This room is located on the ground floor directly behind the reception reception desk on the ground floor. The receptionist (skinny white male, 40+ years old) who checked us in on 15/12/22 at 11:30pm was very rude, awkward and sarcastic during the check in process. When we got to our room, we felt it lacked privacy being on the ground floor with only a wall between us and the main reception area, the Toilet was also in a separate room with no sink, meaning anyone who uses that toilet would need to open the door with their dirty hands and walk all the way to the bathroom to wash hands. There were also mascara stains on one of the pillows. We requested if we could change to another room on a higher floor but to the same level for what we had paid for (superior villa room). The receptionist said this was fine, and changed us over to another room on the 5th floor. We were really happy and grateful until we got to the room, only to find this room was actually a downgrade to a ‘classic villa room’ which felt much smaller and wasn’t very nice. This also wasn’t explained to us prior to him changing our rooms over. We returned to reception and asked why we had been out in a downgraded room, his response was he didn’t realise and this was a mistake in his behalf. I asked him if there were any other rooms to the same value as what I had paid for the superior room available on another floor. I was told out of the entire hotel there was only two rooms left, the one behind reception, or the classic room on the 5th floor which would be a downgrade. We reluctantly opted to stay with the original room behind reception. The receptionist was very smug and seemed to find this funny. After settling in and falling asleep… 6:30am a motorbike wakes us up, as our room is located beside the main entrance and reception we hear every car or motorbike dropping off, or picking up guests, and every person checking in or out. 7:15am the bins are collected, again very loud and as our room is right next to this area we hear it all. It really seems standards have significantly dropped since we last stayed. Service seems to be poor and cleanliness of the hotel not as good as before, an overall terrible experience and if it wasn’t so late when we checked in I would’ve booked another hotel because the receptionist was so rude. On a side note, I must also say there was another receptionist who was working the night shift the following day (16/12/22) around 10pm and he was very friendly, helpful and a nice person. If I could give him 5 stars I would, but unfortunately the experience with the initial receptionist meant our experience was already tainted by this point. I doubt we will ever return unfortunately, and cannot recommend, unless your guaranteed a decent room on a higher floor.

Room was bigger than expected from previous reviews, however, why would you want to stay in your room when you have Paris to explore. 10/15 minute walk to the effiel tower which is why I chose this hotel as it was the attraction that I wanted to visit the most. Quiet area, local cafes and supermarket nearby. Hotel staff very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend.

Just arrived home from a 2 night stay at this hotel, and in all fairness it was faultless. Great location! I had requested a view of the Eiffel Tower, however the deluxe rooms had sold out… so unfortunately we was given room 32.. which was a street view! However when I opened the windows and looked to the side we had the most beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower, which was a lovely surprise… so if you only book a standard room maybe ask for room 32 or close by to get a lovely view! Hotel and the rooms are very small, but served its purpose for 2 nights, it was very clean and the staff were lovely and friendly. We got the metro and train from the airport and back! Highly recommend doing this as it’s so much cheaper! And fairly straightforward to do. It’s a good central location and lots of shops and restaurants near by. We had added on rose petals in the room, which were a little disappointing especially for 15 euro! I kinda expected real petals…. Or abit more to do… but other than that I’d happily recommend this hotel, compared to some hotels which this sort of view and location I think it’s a good price.

Nous avons séjourné au 1.75 La Sève, Paris 7 : un véritable bijou en plein cœur de Paris ! L’établissement vient d’ouvrir ses portes et offre des prestations haut de gamme. La décoration raffinée, inspirée quelque peu des années 30, avec son mobilier créé sur mesure par la décoratrice Daphné Desjeux, confère un côté très chaleureux au lieu. Notre chambre, très spacieuse (une suite), à l’atmosphère intimiste, bénéficie d’un excellent confort (dont la merveilleuse literie !). L'alliance des matériaux et des différents tissus choisis (dont les épais rideaux) en font un véritable nid douillet. Le petit déjeuner (inclus) y est pantagruélique. Il s’agit en fait d’un véritable brunch ! Le jus d’orange frais, les confitures délicieuses aux mélanges savoureux (dont rhubarbe et sureau), le saumon fumé, les fromages, les jambons, les divers pains et viennoiseries, ainsi que les boissons chaudes à volonté, ont régalé nos papilles ! L’arrivée tardive peut se faire facilement grâce au système de déverrouillage des portes avec un téléphone portable. Le personnel y est charmant et, en toute discrétion, s’affaire pour que vous ne manquiez de rien. Leurs délicates attentions ont contribué à l'excellent déroulé de notre séjour. Idéal pour des vacances ou WE entre amis, en famille ou pour des visiteurs qui pourront, s’ils le souhaitent, partager leurs diverses expériences parisiennes au sein de cet espace commun. La localisation centrale (proche de tous commerces, d'une multitude de bars-restaurants et des monuments historiques incontournables), le standing et les prix pratiqués par cet établissement font définitivement de cet hôtel, incroyablement silencieux, un lieu où séjourner ! Adresse à retenir & à diffuser. À réserver, sans nul doute !!!!

It is a very nice building, with a convenient location, and most helpful and pleasant staff. Our room was clean and comfortable, we had no problems at all during our stay, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we treated well and all our needs fully accommodated. I will happily stay there again!

The hotel’s location is so good. Metro station 3 minutes walk and only 20 minute walk to the nearest hop on hop off bus stop. Staff friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean. It was small though. Would have been fine for two people but it was myself and my 2 adult children - wish we had booked a four person room and paid a little extra as with the extra bed in the double room there was zero floor space left for our belongings/suitcases. All in all a good stay. Le Camelia across the road had a lovely breakfast and we had a fab dinner and we’ll-priced cocktails at ZigZag Cafe 100m down the road.

Saya tergesa-gesa terbang ke Paris dan memberitahu meja depan bahawa saya berharap untuk mengatur bilik dengan pemandangan yang lebih baik. Keluasan bilik agak kecil, katil masih cukup besar, bilik mandi dianggarkan terlalu besar untuk dicuci oleh orang besar, wow, hidup sendiri masih sangat menjimatkan. Ia berhampiran dengan Menara Eiffel atau Arc de Triomphe, dalam jarak berjalan kaki.

It is a very nice building, with a convenient location, and most helpful and pleasant staff. Our room was clean and comfortable, we had no problems at all during our stay, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we treated well and all our needs fully accommodated. I will happily stay there again!
