This hotel is conveniently located near two metro lines and several cafes / restaurants. Reception check in was friendly, convenient and quick. The hotel underwent renovations two years ago. The rooms are spacious, well decorated and very clean. Housekeeping was efficient and timely on demand. This was our third time staying at this hotel and I highly recommend it.

I booked Le Damantin hotel and spa last week for our visit to Paris. We were greeted at the door and sat in the lounge with the concierge who went over the details of the hotel. Spa pool bar etc. Then we had someone take our luggage to our room which was ready for us as we arrived. We were served a drink while we waited and then taken to our room. It was exactly what we were expecting, spacious and clean with a clear view of the eifel tower from the window. Anything I needed from taxis to reservations to resturaunts, the staff covered everything and were so polite. The bar area is great for drinks and bartenders are extremely helpful with anything you need brought to your room. I'm not the best with French, but they made reservations for us at great resturaunts even when reserving a table online wasn't available. It was maybe 2 blocks from great shopping, and most of the shops will deliver to the hotel so you don't have to carry your bags around. I dont know why there are any negative reviews, and maybe they've corrected any mistakes but we had a great stay and have already recommended it to a friend visiting Paris soon, and will definitely book again in the summer when we come back!

早餐挺好的，不是自助餐廳，是一個一個的套餐，超出部分加錢。可以加床，不過超大床的確是很大，酒店位置很好，就在埃菲爾鐵塔附近，不過如果不是選擇了景觀房，衹能看街景。酒店大堂的設計和藏品是亮點，小花園可千萬別錯過了，非常漂亮。就房間而言，說實在的衹能說一般吧，服務的確是非常好的。前台入住登記時，有中國人接待，溝通順暢。總體來說還是挺棒的。

Fabulous!!! I visited with my mother and my two daughters for a long weekend. Perfect location, short walk to Eiffel Tower, amazing shops, cafes, restaurants nearby. Supermarket a few doors up for essentials and a pharmacy, also Carrefour over the road. Room perfect, we had a deluxe 2bed apartment, 100% cleaning standards, linen changed daily.. immaculate, could not fault cleanliness/hygiene at all. Only small negative thing to mention is that they leave some lovely L’occitane products in the rooms, nice that they replace them so much, keeping shampoos etc topped up but I used a lovely bar of verbena soap and it was replaced each day, bit of a waste, only used it for handwashing, I left it by sink each morning…came back later each day to find a new one in wrapper, so they were obviously being binned and replaced, a bar would of lasted months so just one for the whole 4 days would have been fine! Brilliant gym! Beautiful decor and art, free coffee machine in lobby, nice cappuccinos! Staff very friendly and helpful, excellent English! Close to Metro stations although we mostly walked and used Uber. Wasn’t bothered by any noise at all, was on 5th floor, busy street below but was so tired each night, didn’t hear anything at all! Room had iron/ironing board, hairdryer, a safe, coffee machine, all kitchen utensils, pans etc to cook a meal, microwave, dishwasher, oven/hob… Would highly recommend and stay again definitely, the hotel made our trip to Paris even more magical. 5 stars well deserved, Thankyou.

Excellent hotel, impeccable housekeeping and cleanliness. Excellent breakfast and a special compliment to the staff, who are extremely polite, helpful and attentive. It makes a lot of difference to stay in hotels where the employees are friendly and happy as they, for me, the strong point of the hotel, are the employees. When I return to Paris, I want to stay at this hotel again.

We booked at short notice. The hotel is situated in a great location for some major landmarks and excellent metro links for the city only a short walk away. Everything at the hotel was excellent from the moment we checked in. All staff were very friendly professional and courteous. The front desk staff were very helpful and nothing too much trouble. The rooms were spotlessly clean big thank you to housekeeping. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice to choose from. Service here was excellent and the quality of the food was very good and delicious, although my waistline was put under severe strain due to the many culinary delights on offer 😆. Breakfast was till 10.45 am which was good if you wanted a late morning. Room comfort was good and despite being in the city outside noise was kept to a minimum, bed was very comfortable and was able to get a very good sleep. It's a city centre hotel so the rooms are not going to be huge although there was plenty of wardrobe space lots of electric sockets and a full-size mirror in the room and a TV with English channels, which in a lot of independent city hotels is not always the case, free in-room safe also very useful. For a city centre hotel, this is one of the better ones I have stayed in. Great service and room comfort, excellent breakfast. The hotel has character and charm you won't find in chain hotels and I had a wonderful five night's stay.

Very nice hotel about 3 blocks from Arc de Triomphe. We walked to everything. Very clean and seems to be recently renovated with modern baths and electronics. The restaurant was just a bit minimalist. And, our experience with getting cars, etc. was so-so. Still, would choose it again as a reasonably-priced (for Paris!) 5-star property.

Stayed from the 13th-15th of March and this hotel was one of the most memorable aspects of our holiday. On arrival we were informed that we had been upgraded which was a welcome surprise. The hotel is located in a warm and friendly neighbourhood that encompasses the feel of Paris and the staff were simply excellent. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and had a charming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. My room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Was here for my birthday for 4 nights with husband. Location is perfect as it is very close to the main shopping area Champs Elysees. Also, once on the Main Street you can see the Eiffel Tower well. So this was an extra bonus seeing it daily. I chose that hotel due to the romantic cozy look. Rooms were so cute and for Paris actually not small at all. The main elevator was being worked on but they had a small backup elevator so it was not big deal for us. A well filled mini bar in room. Housekeeping was great. Every day the room was done nicely. And the downstairs area was cute. The downstairs bar was not really a bar like you know. Just pretty much the same items as in your mini bar. So this was a little disappointing. I hoped to be able to sit at the hotel bar at the end of the day. But there were many places to eat near by. Perfect location for a cute boutique hotel. We had breakfast one time delivered to the room. For the price 16 Euro I suggest to eat downstairs as it was limited what they brought upstairs. More options down at the breakfast area.

We stayed here for 2 nights in March 2023. We are overall happy with our stay! Pros: -very convenient location (5 min walk to metro, 6 min walk to Eiffel Tower) -room was very clean -price was very reasonable Cons: -very small reception area; we weren't sure we even walked into a hotel at first, it didn't look like a typical hotel check-in (which is fine because the rooms were comfortable and clean so it wasn't a big deal) -we didn't have hot water in the shower (it was cold/lukewarm) but I never mentioned this to the staff so I'm sure it could have been fixed, wasn't a big deal considering our short stay -no elevator but we knew this in advance and were totally fine using the stairs! Overall, it was a good choice for us for the price and location!

The staff was nice and very helpful. They honored all of my requests. They have luggage storage before and after check in/out which is very convenient. It is located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. We never feel unsafe in the area. The wi-fi was fast and we had no problems. They offer breakfast which is nice but you are located near lots of french restaurants and bakeries for a quick breakfast as well. Our room was very quite so we were able to get a great nights sleep every night. We had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower from our bedroom and also bathroom. Robes and slippers were provided. The rooms are small like the majority of rooms in Paris. They have AC and heat but they are regulated by the hotel. I would stay here again.

A 4 star hotel that acts like a 5-star in the best way! I stayed at the West End Hotel for a recent business trip and was very pleased with my stay. In addition to business travelers, I highly recommend this hotel for celebratory couples trips, girls' holiday, and anyone who wants beautiful central base for shopping and restaurants and cultural landmarks and museums. The room was not huge but bigger than other standard rooms I've stayed at in Paris and there were two closets which really helped me tuck away my luggage and all my clothes to keep the room nice and tidy. The front desk was so warm and welcoming—such a nice bonus when you're running around for work. When I landed at the airport I was able to call and let them know and they had my room ready early on arrival. Anyone traveling knows how wonderful and comforting this is. Wifi was good, bath products (Hermes and Balmain) were a nice little luxury, bathroom and room was spotless, housekeeping was professional and consistent. Felt very safe. Aesthetically the hotel had a girlish Parisian-chic trendy meets traditional style that might not suit everyone's taste but I found it very charming. I will return here for my next business trip or Paris holiday with friends.
