Hotel berhampiran SUMMER HOUSE, Paris

While the location is outstanding the hotel lacks key service like restaurants, room service and concierge . Only one person at the front desk who is always busy doing everything ( check in and out, cashier, housekeeping, information, etc. ) you have to wait for along time to be answered on any questions!!! I have notified the hotel ahead of time that we are on our honeymoon and requested a king size bed but ended up with two beds!!? and there is not any honeymoon arrangements

I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel during my 4 day visit to Paris. the friendly service, the cleanliness, the delicious food, the pleasant atmosphere (nice music, calmness and politeness from Sasha, Patrick, Isabelle and the women who take care of the cleanliness and the delicious breakfast). very convenient location, as well as proximity to a metro station. Je suis venu pour le marathon de Paris. Mon séjour a été parfait. Accueil charmant, j'ai pu me reposer dans le calme et le petit-déjeuner avait été préparé avec attention et qualité. Une adresse à conseiller sans réserve. Je reviendrai !

Wij hadden hier een leuk verblijf. Kamer + hotel was zeer proper! De kamer was zoals geweten aan de kleine kant maar al het nodige was aanwezig. En aangezien je in Parijs bent, spendeer je weinig tijd op de kamer. Het enigste wat wij misten was een kleerkast. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar oké (geen mogelijkheid om bij te nemen). De locatie was top, op enkele honderden meters van een metro. De buurt was rustig, geen geluidsoverlast. Hotel is aan te raden.

Perfecte locatie!! Zeer vriendelijke personeel!!! Kamer hotel waren schoon en ruim genoeg voor 2 personen!! Wij raden dit hotel zeker aan voor stedentrip want je zit op een top locatie om uitstapjes te doen met openbaar vervoer en die heb je om de hoek bus en metro 5min lopen!!! Gewoon weg perfect om Parijs te ontdekken.

Very close to metro station and the receptionist is helpful. Luggage storage is provided but not seemed very safe. We do not have hot water in one day of our stay, the receptionist explained clearly and helped us.

My flight got delayed, so I arrived late to the hostel around 2 AM on the night of March the 10th ”My reservation was from the 9th, so no problem” I seemed to wake up the receptionist who suddenly got busy on phone but had done the check in procedures, I reconfirmed it's a bottom bunk bed ”due to a medical condition, I can't climb” he said Yes Yes.. My room is on the 5th floor, I was fine and asked if there's a lift, he said Yes Yes ”basically was busy on phone and didn't even listen to what I was saying” I went up ”no lift btw but it was okay” to find the bed assigned is on top, and there was only one person in the room! I went down again asking if I can take the vacant bottom bed, then he got mad!! No you can't, wait for my colleague in the morning to see if he can move you. I asked if I can stay at the reception till then, but no it's closed... So I will just stay here in front of the Reception desk I replied. I affirmed I had my request delivered for a bottom bed, there was only one person in the room, so why can't I just get any?! He got very mad; started to call me crazy, and then shifted to the ”I don't speak English” and saying Me NO ME NO ME NO... He then approached very very close waiving threatening with his finger ”saying we are not discriminating you”!!! What? Who said discrimination?!! Then, I started to film his attitude with my cell phone right away as it was that close it gets physical.. He panicked when I started to film and called the police on me and asked me to go spend the night in the kitchen!!! Unluckily for him, I can understand French pretty well but I only speak English... He asked the police to come because I was making a fuss and a scandal. The police arrived like 30 mins later, while me shaking and waiting in front of the desk as he vanished when I started to film. Very Unluckily for him, the police was very supportive to me and they spoke English... When I told them the whole story; they asked him to return my money as long as they didn't adhere to my request for bottom bed, it's a medical condition but he was so rude to them as well saying, It's not his problem! He refused to refund saying tomorrow in the afternoon I come back to his colleagues be refunded. The police stayed with me till I booked another hotel for the night and THEY SAID IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY RECEIVE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE SAME PERSON but they can't file a case against him since it didn't get physical. While booking an alternative accommodation at 3 AM outside in the street, he called me in to give my money back!! This is a story I wanted to share, a story of lying, aggressive, and rude receptionist. Ah, and to the police; he stated that there's someone taking the bottom bed... While the key of the bottom bed was actually left on the check out tray!!! If you want ur days ruined and both yours physical and psychological health abused and tortured go to this place and deal with this man in particular. I dare their management

A very nice hotel, just outside the Île-de-Paris but very close to a Metro station which means you can be in Paris within 10-15 mins. There is a supermarket just around the corner and a dreadful McDonalds almost next door. The area was multiracial and offered a number of takeaways etc as a result. The area was well kept there were no issues even at night. There was barely any graffiti etc. Very pleased with the area. You expect a capital city hotel room to be both expensive and small. The room was absolutely fine, small but not tiny and it was well cleaned and not at all jaded. It wasn't cheap either but it was very affordable in comparison to other hotel accommodation nearer the Île-de-Paris. The aircon was timed and would go off during the night, it was also off while you were out as it needed a card in the electric slot near the door. The shower door was a bit hit and miss and the bathroom was very wet as a result but it didn't really matter. Staff were good about tidying the room and replacing towels. I did not eat breakfast so can't comment on that. The staff, especially the front desk staff were brilliant. I had a go at greeting in French which is only polite but thereafter they all spoke good English. In fact, I did not have one difficult encounter with a Parisian, without fail every one was polite and helpful. This made the short trip a real pleasure and I would definitely recommend this hotel if I had the good fortune of visiting the lovely Paris again. Un accueil souriant, des personnes aux petits soins pour ses clients. L’Aparthotel est neuf, propre et décoré avec goût. Le studio est chaleureux, et très bien équipé. Le petit-déjeuner est complet. Bref, un établissement à conseiller et découvrir si vous vous rendez dans le coin 👍🏼

Stayed here to be close to Disneyland, only 12 minute walk to the park!!! It’s the closest non-Disney hotel to the park, and very glad we chose it. The room itself was good, a little apartment with all the amenities you would need, nothing fancy but good! Bed was comfy, shower was nice. Staff friendly, easy to check in. (first time using trip.com for anything and was worried our booking was going to be non-existent as the price was so cheap compared to other websites, but it was all fine!) It’s also close to the main shopping centre in val d’europe (about a 14 minute walk). the train station in val d’europe is a little further walk, we found that walking to Marne la ville chessy train station at Disneyland was actually closer and faster to get too! All in all, would highly recommend here if you want to be very close to Disneyland, dont bother using shuttles and things, just walk!
