I have mixed feelings about this hotel because I have stayed at the hotel for a longer term stay. To be fair the rooms are decent and clean and the area of parker is a good area of town. The issues I had is with some of the staff which I have been respectful to everyone and there were some who were mean to me for no reason. I believe the first staff member I had issues with was Erica who would be nice to me when I talked to her then I would hear her insult me and call me names. The other woman I believe her name is ellie made harrassing insinuations like she possibly did something to my room that could get me sick after I made a request to change rooms and gave me a pink sticky note with the room number she tried to change me to. She sent me to a room right next to the area that I was trying to avoid right after I told her that I did not want a room In the area near the outside steam vent. She kept making comments weird comments and harrassing insinuations even though I lived in this area for many years before. I believe someone got them to participate in group harrasment. Other than that Parker is a good neighborhood.

This hotel is only 2 years old and looks very new. The staff were friendly and greeted us when we return to hotel. Pets are welcomed and were allowed in upper floor rooms. My niece brought two dogs. There were many complimentary parking places. Food Breakfast 6:30am-9:30am M-F, 7am-10am Saturday/Sunday on first floor next to lobby. Many people took the food back upstairs to heat the food in room microwave. There was only one microwave available to heat the various cold foods in food area. Mini Pancakes, mini waffles and mini burgers were in mini refrigerator Yogurt Oranges, apples but no bananas Cold peeled hard boiled eggs Cereal and oatmeal Muffins and pastries Juices, small bottled water Refillable water in fitness center Room Room Safe – (very rough estimate 12 inches wide and 10 inches deep; don’t quote me) Mini refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker Thermostatically controlled A/C and heating Shower control was nicely placed opposite the shower head Smart TV (Did not try pairing smart phone to TV) Free Wifi Iron Common Area Fitness Room – 1 cycle, 3 treadmills, 2 elliptical, hand weights; Two Business Computers with one printer Two elevators – No Room Key needed to use Clean Lobby/Breakfast Area Heated Indoor Swimming Pool (not searched)

I stayed at the hotel yesterday evening. Customer service was great! Immediately welcomed by the evening staff Owen and another young woman. I was provided with my key and information about the hotel breakfast and to contact the front desk with any needs. The room was clean and had makeup wipes (yasss!), Dove shampoo, Pur conditioner, Dove body wash, and Dove lotion in the bathroom. I checked out early for my flight and wasn't able to have breakfast. There weren't any issues with noise and the hotel is in great condition. Would definitely recommend and visit again. I got in late so didn't have a chance to look at the full hotel though I did see a nice fitness room. There is also coffee set up in the lobby 24/7 and lots of room to sit and chat with friends/family. Lastly, they have snacks you can purchase (candy bars, soda, water, frozen meals, etc). There is a Starbucks nearby.

I had surgery that day and could barely walk so my mother booked us a room nearby for the night. She accidentally booked the wrong date and realized it when we went to check in. The young man Samuel at the front desk told her he would get us a room at the same rate and was very accommodating. When we arrived in the lobby I was barely able to walk he went to the back and got their desk rolling chair to help me. He pushed me all the way the room and just went above and beyond to assist me. I have not witnessed this type of customer service and kindness in such a long time. This hotel is super clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable lots of pillows so I could be propped up. Breakfast was good and great variety and we even received a late check out at no charge. Thank You Samuel!!

I cannot say enough about how positive our stay was at TownePlace Suites Denver South/Lone Tree. Denise at the front desk made us feel at home with her welcoming smile and helpful disposition. Brian, the maintenance man/shuttle driver was extremely helpful and truly a godsend helping me helping my 82 year old mother. I was able to get marvellous recommendations from where to eat and wear to shop. Our house keeping staff was able to work around our stay due to my mother’s surgery. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Although I did not use the pool or gym areas they both appeared clean and tidy. There was an up-to- date weather chart on the wall; very helpful. Even the outside ambiance was lovely with the out door fire pit. I would highly recommend TownePlace Suites Denver South/Lone Tree.

Hotel was really really clean! I arrived almost 10 hours late so I went to check in and was told all rooms are booked! It was Memorial Day weekend and a lot of people came into town. I pre paid so I felt cheated. Turns out my hotel key and paperwork were already there when I gave her my name. She had made sure our room was available and handed me the key with no issues. Best service ever! I have had overbooked rooms that I reserved through an app before leave me stranded. This was great for me as it would have been a huge inconvenience since it was 5am
