Staff were very friendly and helpful. Size of room was a bit small for comfort. Great for the one night stay. No fans as air condition was super load. Could do with some better upgrades. The room was a bit noisy as close to the highway.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for our family for 5 nights and it was perfect for our needs. Bedrooms were large of size and beds in both rooms were very comfortable, with extra pillow options. The lounge had a sofabed available for use rather than splitting the queen in the second room into twins which was helpful for our children. Some reviews had mentioned loud birds of a early morning on the water view side, however we only heard them once on our first morning waking there and not again. Air-conditioning available in both bedrooms and living area was great. Both the main bathroom and ensuite were well equipped with body wash/soaps/lotion etc - rooms large of size. The separate laundry within the apartment was not noisy, an exhaust was able to be switched on and had a large counter area to sort clothing. Kitchen was large, well equipped, perfect for a family with a large fridge and plenty of cupboard space and dishwasher. The lavazza coffee pods were fantastic! Tastefully decorated modern apartment with a decent sized dining table area with 6 seats and lounge area with a 2.5seater couch. Balcony was great facing the water with a 6 seater outdoor table. We tried the pool and unfortunately it was ice cold on a 36degree sunny day. We wondered if its positioning on the shady side of the building had something to do with this.. because on a hot day like that we and other guests in the pool area at the time were very surprised - maybe they could look at some heating for the future. Reception and housekeeping staff were absolutely fantastic for our whole stay. Thank you

Very run down motel. We booked on the day of stay and arrived late. The text communication from the Manager was good and key left in the safe for us upon arrival. The room was either undergoing an upgrade Or was very run down, not sure of which. There were holes in the wall and sections of the wall where paint was missing in places where it was obvious old cupboards had been. The occupants of the room next door sat outside our room most of the night smoking with the smoke coming right on in. Designated smoking areas would be a good idea ( away from the rooms) The hot water system from the room next door sounded like a train in our room .
