Hotel Yerevan dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

The room is clean, the bed is good BUT the shower head is leaking, the bidet head is also broken, both are broken. Apparently the hotel has problems with quality and repair staff Stayed in room 407.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Thumbs up to all the staff .The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.

Just checked in and wanted to leave my review now since tomorrow’s my last day in Yerevan and I’ll be busy. I booked one night through Trip.com — everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, cozy, and has some nice extras: a sofa that turns into a small bed, an extra cabinet, a bidet in the bathroom, and they even offered welcome tea and water. The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated. The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need. The location might be a bit tricky to find the first time since the hotel is inside a residential block. But once you get there, it’s easy to reach again. Just look for the small road right after Armeconombank, follow it all the way to the end, and when you reach the backyard, look to your right — you’ll see the building. This review comes after changing many hotels over the past week — and honestly, this one stands out for its value, comfort, and service. Definitely booking again on my next trip to Armenia. وصلت لتوي وحبيت أكتب تقييمي من الآن لأن بكرة آخر يوم لي في يريفان وراح أكون مشغول. حجزت ليلة وحدة فقط عن طريق Trip.com، وكل شيء كان مثل ما هو موصوف بالضبط. الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة، وفيها تفاصيل جميلة مثل كنبة تتحول لسرير صغير، خزانة إضافية، وشطاف في الحمام. كمان قدموا لي شاي وماء ترحيبي، والمرتبة مريحة جدًا وهذا شيء مهم بالنسبة لي. الطاقم محترم ومتعاون جدًا، ما في مصعد في المبنى، لكن يساعدوك في حمل الشنط بدون تردد. الموقع شوي مربك أول مرة لأن الفندق داخل مجمع سكني، لكن بمجرد ما توصله، بتصير الأمور أسهل بعدين. فقط امشِ في الطريق الصغير اللي بعد Armeconombank مباشرة، وكمل للآخر، ولما توصل للباحة الخلفية، شوف على يمينك وراح تلاقي المبنى. أكتب هذا التقييم بعد تجربة وتغيير عدة فنادق خلال هذا الأسبوع، وبصراحة هذا الفندق كان من أفضلهم من ناحية الراحة والسعر والخدمة. أكيد راح أحجز فيه مرة ثانية إذا رجعت لأرمينيا

Бронировали этот отель для посещения Еревана (приезжали на свадьбу к друзьям). Отель очень понравился . Просторный, большие номера, панорамные окна в пол, санузел с душем и туалетом просторные и функциональные, шикарный вид на город! Все главные локации в 5 минутах ходьбы. Вернисаж прямо возле отеля. Очень удобно. У нас был самый высокий этаж -9, учли наши пожелания, что очень приятно. Также удовлетворили наш запрос по поводу задержки с выездом на 1 час, совершенно бесплатно. Мы спокойно оставили чемоданы после выселения в отеле и пошли гулять по городу перед вылетом. У нас шел номер с завтраком и мы остались довольны завтраком. Все продукты и блюда были представлены , все вкусно. Каждый найдет что-то свое. Зона ресепшен и лобби выше всяких похвал. Бассейном не пользовались- посмотрели, приятно удивило наличие спасателя, также заметили, что в бассейне все гости были в шапочках. На первом этаже чудесный салон красоты , который я не могу не отметить! Сотрудники очень милые! Меня собирали на свадьбу , делали укладку и макияж. После возвращения из церкви, освежили прическу. Все это стоило копейки, а качество и уровень обслуживания впечатляющие! В лобби очень приятно находиться . Просторно, уютные диваны и много света. Приятно посидеть и передохнуть, особенно, когда на улице жарко. Рекомендую данный отель всем гостям Еревана! Оптимальное соотношение цена-качество.

Don’t be misled by the high ranking point of this place. The only thing it deserves 10 out of 10 is people who work there. The helped us to get to the third floor with luggage. And yes the hotel is on the third floor and only stairs! The bed is not professional hotel bed, the mattress is soft and has waves in it, so you have to choose the right position of you body to catch the straight part, the pillows are very cheap and extremely soft, the don’t hold your head at all. You can feel the sweat smell mixed with other people perfume through the pillowcase. It’s disgusting. The whole building and the room in particular have very strong smell of smoking. I assume people smoked there for many years and stopped in nearest past, so the smell is really strong. In my country it is prohibited to smoke in public places for many years now and I completely forgot that unpleasant smell. And the noise, it is so loud, as if you sleep right in the street. Cars, bikes, music, people laughing, so loud. All in all it is place to stay when you drive for a long time and stopped in some cheap motel by the road when you are unable to drive any longer. Not suitable for stay in city, even if it is one night stay. Unless you’re ok with all the things above.

Отдыхали в Premier Hotel 9 ночей и остались очень довольны! Огромное спасибо Нареку за внимание и помощь — он был с нами на связи ещё за полтора месяца до заезда и всегда помогал по любым вопросам. Также спасибо второму администратору, который встречал нас при заселении. К сожалению, не запомнили его имя, но он тоже был очень доброжелательным и отзывчивым. Все наши пожелания были учтены, а номер с видом на Арарат и статую «Мать Армения» стал приятным сюрпризом. Вид был просто потрясающий! Отдельный плюс — расположение отеля. До «Матери Армении» можно дойти буквально за 5–10 минут, оттуда пройти через Каскад и примерно за полчаса неспешной прогулки оказаться в центре города. Такси до центра тоже стоит недорого и едет совсем недолго. Завтраки были вкусными и разнообразными, уборка качественной, а атмосфера очень тёплой и гостеприимной. Спасибо всей команде отеля за прекрасный отдых и отличные впечатления от Армении!❤️

Great place to get laid many women around for a good time for the right price and all very local to the hotel.

Отель соответствует заявленной цене проживания, но не соответствует заявленному количеству звезд. Впечатление хорошее, но отсутствие чайных ложек на завтраке создает некоторое неудобство.
