"This is a decent hotel near the Noy Brandy Factory. The room is neat and decorated in an Armenian style, but without being overly ornate. All the staff are pleasant: the reception is responsive, the bartender is nice, and the restaurant waiters are not intrusive. I really liked the blonde woman who cleaned our room – I didn't catch her name, unfortunately – but the others were a nightmare, completely brazen. They'd barge into the room without knocking and open the door whenever they pleased, even if the 'Do Not Disturb' sign was hanging. The breakfasts were absolutely mediocre, just omelets with sausages, vegetables, and pastries. I also want to point out that there are no restaurants or shops near the hotel, which is inconvenient."

Felinger Concept Hotel

"I stayed at Felinger Hotel for a week, and I would never, ever go back. While the hotel is clean and new, the service is absolutely AWFUL! They don’t clean the rooms daily, and when they do, it’s only partially done. I had to repeatedly ask and BEG for basic essentials like soap, toilet paper, and towels. They didn’t change the sheets for the entire week, and on some days, they didn’t even bother replacing the towels!!! The shower leaks water into the restroom, making a nasty mess every time you shower. When I informed them about this, they said it was normal!!!! but it was such a GROSS situation to deal with. The breakfast was a disaster too. They prepare the meal and cut the veggie and fruits the night before, so everything was SOOO cold and stale by morning. On top of all this, the elevator is located right next to the rooms, and it makes a loud ding-ding noise every time it reaches a floor. The noise disturbed my sleep throughout the nights. I chose this hotel based on the rates and reviews, and I thought it would be a nice stay even though it’s far from the center. With the same amount of money, you can DEFINITELY find a better place to stay. It was a deeply disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Budget friendly hotel; Amenities was provided and shared bathroom, which was not a problem; average breakfast. The location is not that convenient and approximately 35 mins walk to the center. However, you can opt to take a taxi (approx 4 mins away). Overall experience is okay and good for the price that we paid. And, the owner is friendly and helpful!"
