應該是薩市可圈可點的酒店了，處處都是old money的味道。自助早餐也很不錯，酒店大堂也有自己的酒吧，晚上可以消遣一下

Fantatic experience. My family enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Overall, the hotel itself was nice. The amenities were good, the rooms were clean, and the location was convenient. However, our experience with security wasn’t great. We came with friends and were just spending time together in the room, nothing excessive, but security approached us and threatened to kick us out. That part felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Aside from that situation, the property and facilities were solid. I just think the hotel could improve how situations like that are handled so guests feel respected while still following the rules.

The service was excellent. The staff member in the breakfast room was fantastic. We have never had such a pleasurable experience where a complementary breakfast was offered. The food was delicious. The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very pleasant. Would definitely stay again.

I will give the good in the bed first of all very good location from the airport. There are many places to go to around the area stores or restaurants no problem gas stations very clean Hotel now the bad. The mattress are very, very horrible absolutely terrible you sink down. It’s way too soft in your back will hurt. You cannot get a comfortable night sleep that is a dealbreaker. Also did not clean my room even though I hung the door sign for the maid to clean it in the morning it was ignored. Therefore all they gave me was clean towels when I got back late afternoon, so the service was not good.

Good location. Quiet & safe part of town. Staff was polite but not overly helpful. Lobby area is nice but rest of hotel is average. I had a dog so maybe it’s just the floor they put pets on (2nd floor) but the hallway smelled extremely strongly of cat urine and the carpet was extremely wavy. Room was clean except for the carpet which had quite a bit of staining. Pool wasn’t open which was 90% of why I booked this hotel which was annoying. Breakfast was about average for a hotel in this price range. Had I known the pool wasn’t open I would have booked at the Super 8 which is comparable in quality but much cheaper per night.

Stayed here for two nights on a business trip. The room was a reasonable size with a nice layout, but the cleanliness was just average. Overall, it didn’t really feel up to the usual Four Points by Sheraton standard, and after checking in I understood why its price on Trip.com is noticeably lower than other hotels of the same category. It was fine for a short two-night stay, but next time I’m in the area I’ll probably try another hotel in a similar price range for comparison.

Menginap bersama kanak-kanak selama satu malam, lokasinya sangat baik, di pusat bandar, dan kebersihannya baik. Dalam bilik dua katil, tiada masalah untuk tidur dengan anak. Daftar masuk di kaunter penerimaan tetamu adalah sangat cepat, dan daftar keluar juga sangat cepat. Sarapan pagi ada roti mentega, muffin, yogurt, jus dan cawan buah-buahan, dalam kuantiti yang banyak!

Flat pillows, stained carpet.  People slamming their hotel doors. Dogs barking at 2 am.  Lots of banging threw out the night. Tv wouldn’t work at first. Couldn’t even change the channel, had the front desk come and fix it worked all day Saturday till Saturday night woke up Sunday morning and the TV was off. The cable box was off. Turned on cable box and turned on TV. Couldn’t get cable box to work again unplugged it, plugged it back in.
