This is a 4-star hotel that truly delivers 5-star service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests, making the entire stay feel warm and welcoming. One of the standout aspects was the level of hospitality, which went beyond expectations. All meals were catered, ensuring that I never had to worry about food. However, while the convenience was appreciated, the taste didn’t quite live up to the high standards set by the service. The flavors were rather average, and I felt that the dining experience could have been better with a bit more attention to quality and variety. The room itself was modern, clean, and equipped with high-tech features, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which had an automatic, always-warm toilet seat—an especially nice feature that made a noticeable difference in comfort. Small details like this really enhanced the experience. Additionally, I was fortunate to have a room with a great view of the city. Waking up to the city skyline and seeing the lights at night added to the overall ambiance. While the hotel may have been rated 4 stars, the excellent service and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a step above.

設施：還可以，該有的都有 衞生：還不錯，沒發現什麼衞生死角 環境：地理位置不錯，一家人出來玩，住這個酒店離吃的玩的都挺近。吃到了好吃的小龍蝦，燒餅夾裏脊肉。就是酒店樓層降低，樓下容易有噪音，大清早樓下有垃圾車，有點吵 服務：還可以，前台看我們是親子出行，免費幫我們升級了房間，服務態度還可以，辦理入住也快

距離銀泰很近，附近有挺多吃的，出行比較方便，打車很容易打到，房間比較乾淨衞生，電視是TCL的可投屏，電梯和早餐跟桔子是一塊的，早餐種類比較多，有蚌埠的和平酸奶，缺點是這個房型是尾房，在走廊的最盡頭，沒有在訂購訊息上顯示是首尾房，窗子衹能開一點點

Was excellent. Enjoy the stay there . Good environment and there were access to basic necessities. Quick and easy movement around the city and back . No noise at night and clean room when go out and return . Perfect service .

此次出差入住了蚌埠龍子湖迎賓館，較前一天的萬達嘉華提升了N個層次。迎賓館內環境乾淨整潔，房間寬敞明亮，採光通風都很好，寢具綿軟親膚，休憩安然愜意。前台經理李女士不但氣質出眾且熱忱有禮，入住，升房，用餐，觀景全維度的服務體驗。酒店地理位置也很便利，坐落在龍子湖景區邊，出行方便，性價比超高，讓人旅行旅途奔波在此盡數消解，萬般合意，給前往蚌埠的小夥伴強烈推薦。

酒店硬件、環境、服務都不錯；出差到店，前台主動説你看平台上是啥價格，然後給我免費升級，最後315的平台價格入住了平台價369的高級大床房，我是自己開車來的，不然酒店出於固鎮城南的新區，周邊公共交通不方便，但是打網約車還是比較方便的，一般等3~5分鐘即可，價格便宜，縣城不大，單趟一般不超過10元錢。酒店樓下有第三方的十幾個充電樁，但是都是慢充且價格不低，大概一元／度（記不太清了，我都是到附近的蚌埠二院固鎮分院去充，波谷電衹要四角多／度）。

1. 整體入住體驗超棒！地理位置很好，出行吃飯都特別方便。房間乾淨整潔，佈局温馨，床品柔軟睡得特別舒服，衞生做得很到位，無異味無灰塵。前台服務熱情有禮貌，辦理入住退房速度很快，工作人員態度都特別好，有兩個前台特別可愛，服務特別好，人特別温柔，還給引導到電梯口，幫忙拿行李，特別表揚：陳子夢，周羣 兩位前台！性價比超高，下次來還會選擇這家，強烈推薦！

銀泰商圈旁邊的桔子酒店很方便，前台服務特好而且服務周到，房間衞生很乾凈，早餐品種挺多的，周邊吃喝玩樂都方便環境也很好的，強烈推薦
