The room was softly lit, and we lay on the bed for a relaxing massage (scalp, neck, shoulders, upper arms). Then, the therapy officially began with the therapist's singing bowl sounds. It relieved fatigue, released stress, and even helped us sleep. The whole process lasted about 45 minutes. My friend and I both fell asleep! The hotel price was reasonable, offering excellent value. The only downside: each bed only had one pillow, which was inconvenient for those who wanted to sit up in bed and use their phones after returning to their room."
