Absolutely perfect place to stay. It was last minute booking and everything went smoothly. The property is brand new, the beds are comfortable, and I fell in love with the sheets and towels, they were so soft. Friendly staff and freshly made breakfast with good coffee. Highly recommend and will stay there again.

Прекрасный гостевой дом и замечательные хозяева! Очень много нам помогали, всегда шли навстречу. Можно сказать исполняли все пожелания ☺️Близко к гранд каньону, до Улиньюань и парка Аватара добирались на такси примерно 50 юаней. Трансфер в аэропорт и обратно не дорого если договориться напрямую, дешевле чем такси. Завтраки вкусные, все время разное. Когда мы поздно возвращались то хозяева волновались все ли у нас в порядке и нужна ли помощь. Помогли все очень хорошо спланировать с экскурсиями и покупкой билетов. Вокруг отеля прекрасный ухоженный сад, место очень тихое и спокойное для релакса👍Очень хочется вернуться туда!

The host was very friendly and really helpful. The hotel is located very close to the grand canyon. There are a lot of types of rooms available. The rooms are really good .They are neat and clean . the amenities are all available. i would recommend you all to try this place ,especially when you are traveling on a budget. 这是一个非常好的住宿地点，我们对服务非常满意😍。

Идеальное расположение (5 минут до входа в каньон пешком (точнее, это выход, что еще удобнее: до входа будет бесплатный шаттл-бас, можно пройти каньон и прийти к отелю), но хозяйка настояла, чтобы она нас отвезла), а ещё мы не могли вызывать такси перед вылетом и хозяйка не только договорилась, чтобы нас быстро отвезли в аэропорт, но и угостила нас тортом. Ещё раз благодарю за такую помощь и участие!

A newly built house. Clean and spacious room. A bit difficult to find. But the massive downside is the bathroom. The squat toilet is totally wrong concept for a hotel room. Like it or not, most westerners can’t squat. I am a reasonably fit man who can manage to use this occasionally but this was the last thing I wanted to see after hiking 40,000 steps on the day.

This was one of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed at. It’s so beautifully decorated, the staff are friendly and bring fresh fruit to your room. The key card is stylish. Everything about this hotel is fresh and exciting. Theres a cafe on the first floor and a rooftop lounge. Very clean, very comfortable. Cili was a great place, but this hotel was the highlight. Very impressed.

從沒如此認真的評價過：首先定這裏就是為了讓孩子們在這段旅行途中休息玩耍一下的，但是體驗感是最差的。當我們到的時候，工作人員很意外😳，然後問我們預訂了嘛？我説一個月前就定好了。第二我們來説説設施：房間外觀不錯，但裏面實在太擁擠，我們兩個行李箱得一個一個拿，不然人都轉不過來。廁所洗完澡得擦好坐便器才能上廁所，也沒有腳墊，直接濕答答的，房間窗户還是破的，關不住的，門是很難開的。第三來説下下午茶，雖説是送的，但是從兩點半等到快五點，中途我打電話催了一次，可是她們説有一樣需要三點半出去買來製作，大家可以看看圖哪樣需要買材料製作，最最主要的，吃起來還是潮的。但早飯還是OK的。第四：小童遊樂園，完全不敢進去玩，都是蚊蟲，而我們本就是帶着娃還想來玩水上樂園的，但是説設施壞了玩不了。這樣的價格這樣的設施與服務合理嗎？如果不開放，那麼是不是得提前打電話通知我們，我還能換酒店。而不是在那浪費時間。

非常滿意，老闆人很好，還特意開車帶我去飯館吃飯，找寄託行李的地方，還幫忙優惠價訂了景點門票，一直囑咐有什麼事情給他們打電話，超熱心的🥰🥰🥰

Very nice and clean room, and very supportive and friendly staff ( Linda in reception and Xiao in transport service). The only issue was that the hotel's address was not clear, so to order a car via the Didi app was impossible. I had to message the property via my Booking page in trip.com and They arranged a free pick up from the place I was to take me to the hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was our last night in Zhangjiajie and the next day we were headed to the grand canyon which is very close by to the hotel so it was easy to get there. The hotel was quiet, and we even got a free upgrade to a bigger room!
