Hotel Hsinchu dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Stayed one night. As it’s a pretty new hotel, the hotel room amenities are very new. We checked in late. Although it’s self check in, the staff is very helpful and very obliging. The room has got shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Personally, I quite fussy but I like their products. They also provide toothbrushes and toothpastes etc. They give 2 bottles of drinking water. They gave humidifier in each room. There is bath tub and standing shower. The hotel is located in the industry area but they are quite near to Hsinchu HSR. If I would travel to Hsinchu, I will stay again.

Positives: - Perfect family resort with tons of activities for children to enjoy. Can spend the whole day just taking part in activities - breakfast is fantastic, in terms of taste and variety, especially the usage of local hsinchu food - Room big, comfortable and with nice decor - international power socket - baby shampoo, soap and lotion provided - eco friendly (toilet amenities such as tooth brush, paste) only provided upon request - indoor swimming pool - sauna Negatives - location not the best (next to a lake but not near the city centre or other amenities. Only a convenience store at the outside of the hotel) - sound insulation not perfect. Maybe just my room. Room facing the road, can hear the sound of traffic.

The hotel is very clean and has a convenient location, making it easy to get around. We would especially like to commend Cathy Lin for her excellent service. We encountered an unfortunate situation with another hotel guest, and she handled the matter with great professionalism and care. She resolved the issue promptly and even upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. Cathy is also very attentive and proactive—always quick to respond and ready to step forward to assist whenever needed. Her service made a big difference to our stay. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at the motel, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. We loved our room ,it looked exactly like what we saw in the pictures. Would I book again? Yes 😊😊 , Would I recommend it to friends ,yes I would . Thanks for your hospitality.

For the price, this place was very disappointing. First surprise was when checking in, you're told that you have to hand your keys in whenever you leave. I asked why, and they said they don't want people copying the keys, but it certainly doesn't make me feel my stuff is safe when I don't have the key. Why they couldn't use a key card system like every other hotel, I don't know, but they wouldn't have that problem if they did. In any case, the locks are terrible. Like the kind for locking a bathroom door, it'd probably open if you rattled hard enough! The room itself clearly hasn't been redecorated in years, and looks tatty and everything is old and outdated. Worryingly, clearly there's a water leak from the bathroom and the corner of the wall on the bedroom side showed obvious water damage and looked damp. I think the room had been cleaned well enough but everything was so old, I didn't really want to touch anything. There was no quilt cover, just a sheet under it, so who knows how dirty that might have been. Likewise, there was a water cooler in the room rather than supplying bottled water, but I didn't feel confident trying it and bought bottled water from the shop instead. I think they'd tried to make an effort to make the rooms colourful. That was a focus of the room pictures and also they have photos of different room styles downstairs in the breakfast room too, but it just looks a bit weird. In my room, it looks like they found a random outdoors picture on the internet and copy pasted some random English text over the top. So, there's a full wall sized advert for a foreign internet company. It just looks tacky on a bedroom wall! The shower is over a bath, which is pointless as the bath is about 1m long and so nobody would fit in it comfortably anyway. Of course, there's no shower curtain so everything in the wet room gets soaked when you have a shower. Also, there's a sign by the toilet paper dispenser telling you not to put paper in the toilet, so I put my dirty paper in the bin provided. Was quite shocked that they don't clean the room daily as it wasn't a pleasant smell a day later. The breakfast was very basic Chinese style. I've enjoyed the Chinese breakfast in every other hotel I've stayed here, but here it's basically only rice, tofu and pickled vegetables. The location is good though. Close to the train station, and so near to all the sights as well.

新竹柏客萊整體住宿體驗不錯，房間空間寬敞、採光佳，住起來相當舒適放鬆。房內設備齊全、整潔度良好，以這樣的空間與品質來說，價格算是實惠，CP 值高。唯一的小缺點是距離火車站稍微有點距離，需搭uber，不過周邊環境安靜，適合不趕時間或有交通工具的旅客，整體仍是值得推薦的住宿選擇。

第四次入住 設備年代感較明顯 但地理位置優越是不爭的事實 附近吃喝玩樂都有 可在下午3點半入住 較一般汽旅方便 傍晚外出時告知櫃檯人員房間的蓮蓬頭有點狀況 櫃檯人員有確認是否允許工作人員 在我不在房內時進去處理 這個詢問相當貼心 晚上回房間時已更換成新的蓮蓬頭 浴室的門是電動門 按鍵並不是很精準 浴室內牆上的電視控制按鍵故障 無法調整音量與選台 早餐選擇多樣 送餐也準時 下次若再來新竹辦事 還是會選擇入住 但若是有攜伴 可能會選擇設備更好的住宿選項

The room and bathroom were very spacious, but the property is clearly dated and feels like a glimpse of past luxury. A major downside is the lack of power outlets near the bed, which is inconvenient for charging devices. Overall, a comfortable stay if you are not too concerned about modern amenities.

Eventhough there are some wrong messages between Trip. Com, their agent agoda and the hotel. But the hotel's staff was handling it in patients and good manners. Also a credit to Trip. Com service team, very easy to keep in touch through data call and very fast to identify their issues. Best thing of Trip. Com was very responsibility and accountable on their advertisements in their platform. Eventually they made a compensation for the mastake.

Very nice, breakfast is already included to our booking and the food is good and it satisfies our Asian tastebuds. Thanks
