A spacious, elegant hotel with wonderful hot springs. The hotel has several restaurants, so you can dine without leaving the premises. The grounds are very pleasant. I especially want to note the responsiveness of the staff. Employees promptly provide information about the schedule of events at the hotel and help with any current issues. We were running late for our train and couldn't get a taxi. The staff took the initiative and helped us arrange a car. Thank you to Amy for her organization, friendliness, and responsiveness! Thanks to her and her colleague, we made it to our train without rushing. We will be back! We remember our stay with joy!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was truly impressed by the overall service, cleanliness, and comfort. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. A special thanks to Robbie, who was super helpful throughout my stay. He was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for me. His support and positive attitude really stood out and made a big difference. i recommend to write English explanation of each food at the restaurant. For non Chinese people, it is not possible to understand Chinese. On the other hand everyone is helpful when we ask for help.

The Queen room with sea view was beautiful!! Very spacious and clean to the highest standards! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby has a place to buy coffee and snacks and there’s also a nice little tea area where we sat down to have a quiet cup of tea. If you have the added bonus of included breakfast there are a variety of options. Would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Huizhou!!

We came to this coast and this hotel after staying at another 5-star hotel at Shuangyue Bay. The sea here is dirty with stagnant water - if anyone comes here hoping to swim in the sea. The hotel is generally good, but there are many strange things. For example, on a weekday when there are few people outside, at 10:00 AM they are cleaning the outdoor pool so you cannot swim, and the door to the beach is locked with a bicycle lock. They don't let you go out onto the beach because they are afraid that someone might come in from the beach. So they create maximum inconvenience for guests in the name of safety. But the solution is very simple: give everyone bracelets or make the doors accessible only with key cards. 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ And it's not just the beach - there are other exits to the outside as well. I go down to swim in the indoor pool, and they whistle at me saying I need a swim cap. Put up a notice that a cap is required, rather than telling me when I'm almost in the pool. No one brings a swim cap on vacation/travelling. And this is despite the fact that there is plenty of signage everywhere in both Chinese and English. Guests would understand. In the room, the toilet and shower had transparent glass doors - and we were staying with a child in a room with two large beds. So this kind of room is only suitable if you come with someone very intimate. At the same time, for some reason, the shutters are closed - shutters that work like a disappearing wall, allowing you to lie in the bathtub and look at the sea. Breakfast is generally good, but you won't find any hot fish or meat. There was one chicken dish, otherwise vegetables, noodles, and lots of soups. Soy milk is impossible to find - for some reason it's also placed in a soup tureen, not with the other drinks. The air conditioning works strangely. It says that it turns off when the door to the outside is open. But in reality, it turns off according to its own logic. The most important thing: the WiFi is terrible. I needed to make an online conference, and it failed because of the poor connection. I recommend hotel reconsider its policy regarding access to and from the property to make it more comfortable for guests. Fix Wi-Fi. Thanks

Service and Staff Based on my experience and other reviews I've seen, the staff at the Lavande Hotel are generally very warm and helpful. The front desk staff were particularly accommodating, and I was pleased with their professionalism. They were quick to assist with requests, and many guests have noted that the staff go out of their way to be cheerful and welcoming. What to Consider While the hotel offers a very pleasant stay, there are a few things to keep in mind. The hotel is located in a bustling area, so some street noise is to be expected, which might affect light sleepers. Also, while the facilities are generally modern, some older reviews mention outdated equipment like TVs. Overall, the hotel seems to consistently get high marks for its cleanliness and service. This hotel is absolutely amazing. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast is complete with fruits vegetables of a variety of Asian and western food. Great coffee. The property is just fantastic. You’re right on the beach. You have a beautiful beach view. You can sit and at the pool there’s a kitty pool there’s four or five different pools. There’s even one on the roof rooftop and infinity pool and they offer so many additional treats such as access to the Hot Springs at their sister hotel, and a photo shoot depending on what time of year you come and the people are just very warm and friendly. It’s worth every penny.

Taman air yang besar, dua kolam infinitif, tiga kolam renang, gelangsar, bot air untuk kanak-kanak. Bilik ini sangat besar dan luas, kanak-kanak menyukainya, mempunyai katil dua tingkat untuk kanak-kanak dan mainan yang dihiburkan untuk mereka. Sarapan pagi semuanya enak, kakitangan dari lounge lobi mereka sangat membantu, lelaki menyanyi mereka sangat menakjubkan dengan muzik Inggeris. Wanita dari nama Sembang We Amy Lin dia sangat membantu dengan setiap soalan saya dan dia menjawab dengan pantas. Bufet makan malam makanan laut satu 358 yuan untuk 2 orang berbaloi. Mempunyai banyak makanan dan tiada masa. Secara umumnya semua kemudahan dari hotel semuanya sangat baik. Kami boleh mengesyorkan 100% kepada semua rakan saya. Jika ada peluang kami kembali lagi pastinya. Kualiti dan perkhidmatan daripada kakitangan semuanya sangat baik. Wanita dari meja penyambut tetamu terima kasih. The hotel itself has a nice location on the beachside, and the pools are generally well maintained. The hotel and surrounding area are looking very tired however, with much of it needing maintenance or just not being used at all. The lifts are also in need of an update. Despite this, it's generally an okay hotel, the rooms are fine and have good views.
