They were very proactive in solving any issues that came up, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. PPengguna TetamuTSINGPLE Hotel is in Kaiping City centre next to Vanguard shopping centre and conveniently located. Abundance of restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance and also close to a river.
Hotel services are great with good amenities such as breakfast buffet and many small items in the lobby free of charge such as candies bandages eye glasses cleaning tissue paper. Free laundry with detergent.
Some rooms have smoking smells recommend hotel to have some nonsmoking rooms.

Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up.
2. Restaurant
Unfortunately, I didnāt get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time.
3. Rooms
Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too.
4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room
Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked.
5. Laundry
They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes.
The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it.
6. Check-out
Very quick and smooth.
7. Location
Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break.
Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion)
1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important.
2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures.
3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular).
4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use.
Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

The staff is very polite and helpful.
The entrance may be a bit hard to find. It shares location with other hotels in the mega-complex. The entrance is just around the corner of another major brand hotel. The hotel is connected to a four story shopping mall with plenty of food choices. I see a lot of families around the area

PPengguna Tanpa NamaBreakfast was so so so crowded, and people just sat down in my seats when I went off to pick up my fried egg, totally chaotic. The door card was just weird, because tapping it in the door lock won't open the door, and that happened not just me and I saw another guest in the floor landing waiting for housekeeping to open the door. The Hotel Management must sort this out, as well as the breakfast hall staff need serious table Management. Bad experience overall.

PPengguna TetamuDuring my 5 days 4 nights stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Taishan hotel with my family. I felt very satisfied and enjoyed my stay there very much.
Firstly, the environment and facilities of this hotel is quite new ,clean and well maintained.
Secondly, the location is super convenient for it's connected to a modern and comprehensive shopping plaza (ę大ę)which provides all sorts of cusines, drinks and shopping spots. It has a big supermarket too.
Thirdly, the staff at the front desk can speak fluent Cantonese. They are polite and helpful especially Ada Huang(é»åƧ)
Fourthly, the breakfast buffet offered in the restaurant on the 3rd floor offers quite a lot of yummy western and Chinese food. The serving staffs at the restaurant are helpful and friendly too.
In short, I would give a 5 stars to this hotel and would definitely stay at this hotel if I go to Taishan again.

LLilcccI recently returned to my hometown for a visit and stayed at Meisi Park, and I cannot recommend it enough! As a solo traveler, I was looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay, and this hotel exceeded all my expectations.
The hotel is perfectly situated in a quiet yet accessible area. Itās just a 10-minute drive to the charming old town, where I spent hours exploring nostalgic spots, and the same distance to a modern shopping mall for some retail therapy. Whether youāre into history or shopping, the location is ideal.
The staff here truly made my stay special. They were not only warm and welcoming but also went above and beyond to recommend great local places to visit. Their insider tips helped me discover hidden gems I wouldnāt have found on my own. It felt like having a personal guide!
Cleanliness is clearly a top priority hereāmy room was immaculate. The bedding deserves a special shoutout: the mattress was incredibly comfortable, the linens were crisp and high-quality, and the pillows felt like clouds. I slept like a baby every night, which is rare when traveling!
The amenities at this hotel are incredible, especially considering the price. The common area had a washer, dryer, and steamer, which made packing light and staying fresh a breeze. The in-room elliptical machine was a fantastic touch, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine without leaving my room. It truly felt like a home away from home.
The area around the hotel is peaceful and serene, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Despite being so quiet, itās incredibly convenient to get around, whether by car or public transport.
All of these for under $50 a night?! I couldnāt believe how reasonable the price was for such high-quality accommodations. Itās rare to find a place that offers so much at such an affordable rate.
