Its a new hotel. Room facilities are all new and modern. Heavenly bed, aircorn is adjustable which is a bonus. The only down side is the pillows are too soft. One of the pillows has beads inside that caused me skin allergy. Room does not come with a fridge, safety box and hair conditional (they have stated on the booking) Very happy that the hotel has a laundry area. The hotel is close to the malls, but need to take didi.

TSINGPLE Hotel is in Kaiping City centre next to Vanguard shopping centre and conveniently located. Abundance of restaurants and coffee shops all within walking distance and also close to a river. Hotel services are great with good amenities such as breakfast buffet and many small items in the lobby free of charge such as candies bandages eye glasses cleaning tissue paper. Free laundry with detergent. Some rooms have smoking smells recommend hotel to have some nonsmoking rooms.

Very excellent service, they allowed us to check in a couple hours early and check out a couple hours late. The only issue was that the room had a smoke smell.

Convenient location. Nice breakfast. Helpful housekeepers. The only complain I have is the smell of smoke coming from other rooms. There’s no clear separation of smoking and nonsmoking rooms. Ash trays in all rooms and next to the elevator even though there are no smoking signs.

Breakfast was so so so crowded, and people just sat down in my seats when I went off to pick up my fried egg, totally chaotic. The door card was just weird, because tapping it in the door lock won't open the door, and that happened not just me and I saw another guest in the floor landing waiting for housekeeping to open the door. The Hotel Management must sort this out, as well as the breakfast hall staff need serious table Management. Bad experience overall.

Whether you’re into history or shopping, the location is ideal. The staff here truly made my stay special. They were not only warm and welcoming but also went above and beyond to recommend great local places to visit. Their insider tips helped me discover hidden gems I wouldn’t have found on my own. It felt like having a personal guide! Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here—my room was immaculate. The bedding deserves a special shoutout: the mattress was incredibly comfortable, the linens were crisp and high-quality, and the pillows felt like clouds. I slept like a baby every night, which is rare when traveling! The amenities at this hotel are incredible, especially considering the price. The common area had a washer, dryer, and steamer, which made packing light and staying fresh a breeze. The in-room elliptical machine was a fantastic touch, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine without leaving my room. It truly felt like a home away from home. The area around the hotel is peaceful and serene, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Despite being so quiet, it’s incredibly convenient to get around, whether by car or public transport. All of these for under $50 a night?! I couldn’t believe how reasonable the price was for such high-quality accommodations. It’s rare to find a place that offers so much at such an affordable rate. Wonderful hotel with friendly reception, and a beautiful and spacious room with a balcony! I stayed here for a family wedding that was hosted at the hotel. My room was immense and immaculate, and I enjoyed sitting out on my own quiet patio before the festivities began. My afternoon coffee and snack in the lobby cafe was delicious. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and even the maids greeted me in the hallway. I ordered my breakfast to go, and it was thoughtfully packed and waiting for me in the morning at the front desk. I’m so happy to find such a lovely 5-star hotel in Taishan City. I felt well taken care of. Thank you so much!

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the ”All-China National Games”, specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making. Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, ”We don't do laundry for customers.” Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, ”We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days.” This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiangmen. KTV on second floor For some fun and entertainment, I visited the popular KTV in Jiangmen. The KTV offered a wide selection of songs in various languages, making it a great place for friends and family to gather and have a good time. The sound system was excellent, and the atmosphere was lively and energetic. It was a perfect place to let loose and enjoy some singing and dancing. Fish Market: Jiangmen is known for its fresh seafood, and the local fish market was a highlight of my visit. The market was bustling with activity, with a wide variety of fresh fish, shellfish, and other seafood on display. The vendors were friendly and knowledgeable, and I was able to purchase some fresh fish for a delicious meal later that day. BBQ: For dinner, I visited a popular barbecue restaurant in Jiangmen. The restaurant offered a wide selection of grilled meats, including beef, pork, and chicken, as well as a variety of side dishes. The food was delicious, and the service was prompt and friendly. It was a great place to enjoy a hearty meal with friends or family. Overall, my experience in Jiangmen was enjoyable and memorable. The city offered a mix of cultural attractions, delicious food, and entertainment options that made for a perfect weekend getaway. Hotel is clean and comfortable, equipped with all kinds of amenities. We were able do some laundry while we were there, which is a plus. All staff were friendly and professional, housekeeping greeted us with a smile every time. We had pleasant stay.
