"This was my second stay at this hotel. The price has come down quite a bit compared to a few years ago, which likely reflects the broader economic situation. It's spotlessly clean and a typical business hotel. Upon check-in, we received welcome drinks and coffee. Breakfast was satisfactory. Deliveries are handled by robots, which minimizes human contact. Right next door is Jianghai Plaza, offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options, which is super convenient. The hotel is also very close to the Thirty-Three Markets, a popular check-in spot. Its hype has died down a bit, and with the rainy weather, it wasn't too crowded. For two people, having breakfast included was quite a good deal. Beyond that, the hotel doesn't have many other amenities. It really depends on what you're looking for."

"We have spent a five days trip with family members for Chinese New Year holiday. It is really a magnificent hotel with excellent location and with very high standard of cleaness. This is seldomly found in this rank of the hotel. The breakfast is tasty with all my favorite stuff. One of the facilities I loved it very much is their self laundry service which gives me a great help on washing as well as drying all daily dressed clothes at the same day. Thus, I can bring much less clothes for the trip with worry free. The room style is iconic and cozy to stay with all daily necessities needed. More importantly, the washroom has a high degree of pravicy. This will be very suitable for family members to stay in the same room. Also, the entire hotel is maintained in a brandnew condition as I have stayed few years ago. Lastly, there are numerous restaurants proximity to the hotel, so, we can grab food to eat very easily."

"This is the second time I have stayed here. The hotel’s location is convenient for us. Transportation in Jiangmen is not very convenient, but luckily we drove ourselves. There are not many shops nearby, and the area is quiet. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30. The front desk allowed us to check in early, and a robot brought us fruit after we entered the room. The room is moderately sized, everything works fine, there are disposable slippers, but no smart home system, and the bathroom has a simple design."

"This is my second stay here. The window of the room I was assigned faces one of Jiangmen’s famous green spaces - East Lake Square and Park. The view is open with trees and lake.
The room is fully equipped with basic facilities, including toiletries, hair dryer, TV, clothes hangers and safe.
On the 6th floor of the hotel is the Yinjing Seafood Restaurant, where you can have tea, meals and enjoy a 10% discount for guests. There are McDonald's, KFC and several other restaurants near the hotel.
But large shopping malls are 20-30 minutes' walk away or by bus.
Yongdong Travel Agency is just downstairs from the hotel. There is a direct bus from Hong Kong to Silver Crystal Hotel, which takes about 3 hours and is convenient and fast."

"Very satisfied with the stay, and can be invoiced in time after check-out. The front desk lady is enthusiastic, the taxi is convenient at the door, not far from the high-speed rail station, the transportation is convenient, the surrounding food is also quite clean and tidy, the toilet is dry and wet separation is more soundproof, the experience is very good, I recommend everyone to stay in the poetic hotel. "I chose this location because it was across from donghu park and closer to my grandfather. Make sure to book a renovated room! The cleaning staff and general manager were great. They helped me book a car service to the airport and cleared our diaper trash immediately when we called.
Access: Our toddler ran around the huge park daily. It was easy to get a DiDi through WeChat. We had access to a grocery store and the city’s largest book store across the street
Restaurant: Meals at the restaurant downstairs had a 10% discount for hosting private room family meals."

Iing57The receptionist 小徐 has offered us free upgrade for lakeview rooms and the rooms were good! Clean and spacious with nice view! Breakfast in acceptable range as options are quite limited. There are 2 convenient stores within walking distance but none of the eateries nearby. So we had to take Didi to travel to the mall nearby for dinner. Overall, Vienna is quite a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay there.

GGuest UserExceptional apartment style rooms that is convenient and ofter all the amenities and tools you will need as a home away from home. Our one bedroom suite had on-suite washer and dryer (even hotel's at Hangzhou didn't have dryers), disher washer, fridge, and full stove/oven. All the dishes and detergent were provided and replenished daily. Housekeeping even did my dishes on days I left them in the sink! This hotel is conveniently situated at the city center of Kaiping and most things are within a short walking distance. I found this hotel after having stayed at and leaving another that was unacceptable. TingFeng Hotel staff was in the middle of giving their fourth floor a deep clean and I was able to witness first hand their pride of stewardship of this hotel. Not only did Reception ensure we had the exact room to meet our needs but they went over and above to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Special shout out to the exceptional leadership and great attitude of Cindy at the front desk. I was accompanying my elderly mother back to Kaiping to visit family and have not been back in Kaiping for over 20 years. Along with many of the other concierge staff she help to arrange much of our itinerary while in Kaiping. We felt very safe and secure with her reliability and responsiveness to our needs. Thank you, Cindy! You are truly exceptional and your level of service can be set as bar for any five star hotel world wide.

SSupaspyI stayed at this hotel during a recent trip, and it was truly one of the best places to unwind after a long day. The interior design stood out—elegant and far superior to any hotel I’ve visited before. The staff were attentive, respectful, and quick to assist with my check-in, along with a complimentary breakfast voucher.
The room itself was spotless, featuring a super comfortable bed, free bottled water, tea, and a range of amenities. Everything felt clean, fresh, and well-maintained. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a great variety of fruits, drinks, and delicious traditional Chinese dishes.
While many nearby hotels offered similar pricing, none came close to matching the level of comfort, luxury, and attention to detail I experienced here. This hotel truly delivered a premium stay without the premium price tag.
Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a relaxing stay.

Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too.
4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room
Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked.
5. Laundry
They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes.
The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it.
6. Check-out
Very quick and smooth.
7. Location
Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break.
Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion)
1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important.
2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures.
3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular).
4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use.
Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice.

The rooms were another highlight of my stay. They were spacious, well-lit, and tastefully decorated, providing a serene environment. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality bedding that ensured a good night's sleep after a day of exploration. The bathrooms were clean and well-equipped with essential toiletries, slippers, and bathrobes, showing attention to detail.
The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's within walking distance to several key attractions and shopping areas, making it extremely convenient for travelers.
