I'm quite satisfied. The lounge area is also very comfortable 😌. Lucy provided excellent service; I personally don't like corner rooms, and she arranged a different one when I mentioned it in advance, which was really thoughtful."

The overall service was attentive and thorough, from check-in to check-out it was all very smooth. It's suitable for both business trips and relaxing getaways. "This is a very new hotel, but it doesn't have that typical new-building smell. The room's color scheme and lighting are serene and calming, making for a very comfortable rest. The mattress provides excellent support. I loved the design of the bathroom, with the shower and toilet in separate areas. It would be even better if there was a hook in that space to hang used bath towels that don't need to be replaced. My Japanese friends all raved about the hotel's value for money, though the smart toilet mentioned by the hotel wasn't what they understood as a bidet-style smart toilet, which was a minor disappointment. The staff are friendly, and there's plenty of parking."
