PPengguna TetamuThis hotel was just newly built last year. Their cleaniless, ambience, orange scented, their staff were very friendly and approachable. I was served by both Xiao Ting (小婷) & Xiao Yang (小杨), their service was prompt, warm and friendly. They even allowed me to delay my checkout timing as my high speed rail was in the late afternoon.
The hotel room is clean, without weird odours, clean simple and minimalistic design. The bed and pillows provided allowed me to have a good peaceful rest. Toilet and shower room is well clean, provided orange scented bath gel, shampoo and hair conditioner.
Free mineral water is also provided, tea bags and orange flavoured snacks. Wifi connection is strong. There are a lot of television channels to watch, the smart television is big and allowed me to connect my phone for a smart view. The room soundproofing is acceptable as well.
Overall, this hotel is new, clean, and allowed me to rest well.

這次帶娃來普寧吃吃喝喝，入住星辰麗致酒店真的太省心了！從進門開始就感受到滿滿的誠意，前台小姐姐不僅禮貌熱情，辦理入住的速度也很快，全程耐心解答我們的問題，讓人特別安心。房間乾淨整潔，細節做得很到位。床品柔軟親膚，我們特意選了親子房型，空間寬敞，衞浴乾濕分離，還有專門的小童洗漱用品，細節滿滿，讓帶娃的我們省心不少。酒店的公共區域也很安全，走廊和電梯都有防滑設計，地理位置絕佳，離我們打卡的普寧大院、春滿園等美食店都很近，打車幾分鐘就到，帶娃出行毫無壓力。酒店正對面就是普寧國際服裝城，女兒“斥巨資”給全家人都買了衣服，皆大歡喜。這裏都是讓人放心的選擇，下次再來普寧，還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏！✨

LLiudaliudalvxing這次跟朋友一起過來普寧旅遊，強烈推薦這家市中心的酒店！緊鄰廣場，夜景超美，出行也超便捷，樓下吃的也很多，房間裏的香薰味道很治癒，搭配AI按摩熱敷枕頭，徹底驅散了旅途疲憊。衞生方面無可挑剔，床單被套柔軟乾淨，房間也很大，很寬敞，房間裏沒有任何異味。每個細節都透着用心，體驗絕佳，特別誇一下早餐，雖然看起來品種不多，但很有潮汕特色呀，有很多樣小菜，配粥真的絕了，早上來一碗白粥，真的舒服，必須安利給大家！我們一行人晚上去了藏瑪民謠（普寧店）氛圍很好，歌手唱歌很好聽！！！聽聽歌，喝點小酒，很愜意！下次有機會還會再來！

JJenson HiahIt’s near to Puning Station, located near to 商品城（20min walking) near to 老二肠粉, this hotel do cater mahjong room for customer on Lvl 12 & 13, sometime they also allow them to play in their own room, you will hear them dragging their chair and slamming the door quite often, other than that the hotel also provide simple Chinese breakfast..and lastly they have a team of excellent customers service reception, that’s really a plus point for the hotel! Thank you very much for the service rendered! Kudos to the hotel who had such a great team!

There is free self help washing machine, but location is at roof and is spooky to go up in the night, avoid night time.

MMelvin572nd time staying in this hotel. Nice hotel. Value for money. Close proximity to many eateries and also shopping centre. This room has a washing machine.
Negative : The night shift receptionist is very unfriendly and speak in an aggressive tone. Look like he is not happy with his job. This is a service industry and he should be more polite and courteous. He will spoilt the image of this hotel. Management should send him for some people management course otherwise he is not fit for this industry
