PPengguna Tanpa NamaHad a really pleasant stay at this hotel in Shenyang. The location is very convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to transportation.
The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable, which made it easy to rest well after a long day. The environment was quiet, and everything felt well taken care of.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, great value for money. Would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

YYvonne GohLocation was good, about 7 mins walk from Exit B of Qing Nian Da Jie (there's a shortcut to cut through a building, which you will see on the left). Generally it is easily accessible to some of the famous streets and areas such as Zhong Jie, Gu Gong (palace). It is also easy to change train to other lines. Taking Didi is less recommended as I felt that the traffic are generally quite heavy, public transport is more convenient.
If road condition is good, will take about 20 mins to international airport from hotel as well. Overall, it's good!

WWu Hwee JooThe hotel room big & clean. The location is only about 5 to 8 minutes by car. The hotel offer free shuttle service to send us to the airport. The only weak point is the hotel nearby do not have any restaurants. Need to walk about 15 minutes to the small eatery shop which we did not eat dinner there. In the end, we walk back to the hotel & ask the hotel staff to order food delivery for us. The hotel staffs are friendly & helpful. Highly recommended if u are taking an early flight & need to reach the shenyang airport early. This is a good one to stay.

LLyn888I went to Shenyang for some personal business. I booked this hotel because its near the place I have to go. Affordable and good facilities. There are water bottles available in the hallway for convenience. The breakfast is okay for its price. The staff are helpful even if we had to use translator apps. I have trip.com rewards so we can do late check out which is a plus as we were tired and we can rest before our return trip. The only thing I didn’t like is that the air-con is too noisy at night which contributed to bad sleep. Its good for its price.

I would like to extend a special commendation to the entire staff for their professionalism and hospitality. The happy hour at the executive lounge and the breakfast were truly amazing and among the best I have ever experienced.
Most importantly, I want to recognize three individuals who exemplify the highest standards of the hotel service industry: Lisa, Tracy, and Harvey. PPengguna TetamuHighly recommend Swissotel Shenyang for any traveller visiting Shenyang! My husband and I stayed in the Swiss select suite room and it was super spacious, clean, with unblocked views of the Shenyang TV tower. The room is also thoughtfully designed and stocked, making our stay very comfortable!
The staff were also super hospitable, from check in staff to housekeeping staff, everyone was so friendly and genuine, and that made us feel super at home. Special shout out to Eric from the concierge who was attentive and super helpful, going the extra mile by offering us travel tips and ensuring we knew how to get our way around.
Thank you Swissotel Shenyang team for the great stay experience! I will definitely look forward to staying at the Swissotel Shenyang the next time I’m back in the city!

The staff was friendly and helpful when approached with requests etc. It is quite convenient that there is a coffeeshop located in the lobby with wifi, power sockets etc, ideal for a chill work break in between traveling.

Underground parking.
The big building is the spa. It’s not easy to miss.
The check-in is not in the big Spa Building. Overnighters have to go to the building next door, following the „check-in signs“.
There they inform you that:
- The day of check in you can use the Spa area until 10 pm.
- Day of checkout a delicious breakfast with much variety of cooked and fresh dishes, fruits, juices and coffee and sweets is served from 7-10am.
- If you check out before 10 am you can use the Spa area again until 6pm that day.
- To enter the Spa area you need to go to the big building. You need to let them know your room number and they need your passport / ID card.
- You will get a number for your individual locker. If you are a couple check the ticket with number for sign of female or male.
- You take off your shoes, exchange them for slippers they offer and store your shoes in your locker. You get a key you take inside which is for free.
- You will be led into gender separated changing areas.
- You get a free towel, lounge shirt and shirt pants to change in and sign for it with your key. There is staff to show you how.
- Your key shows your number and area in which your individual locker is located in. There is staff to show you how.
- Inside you first pass a gender separated area. Here you can be naked.
- Then you can leave that area and join the gender mixed area.
- It has 4 levels with indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs.
- Level 1 has outdoor pools, indoor pools, whirlpools, children’s water park and access to the wave park, which opens 4x a day for half an hour.
- Level 2 is more quiet with healthier whirlpool options.
- Level 3 has sauna houses for free open until 10pm, a movie theatre, KTV, food area and a children play area all open until 9:30pm.
- Level 4 is for private treatments.
In winter the outdoor waterpark/slides „the wave“ and terrace pools are closed due to the cold.
We were surprised of how relaxing the stay at the Spa was. There is many people but the Spa building is amazingly huge and has many different areas to lay down and corners in which it was very peaceful.
Our hotel room „Room Queensize-Bed“ was lovely and the staff very attentive. We ordered ice-cubes, extra water and had pizza delivered to the hotel.
All in all, a wonderful experience, which we will repeat.

The bathroom and shower were also perfectly arranged. We moved here to be close to Shenyang Bei Shan for an early train. We only wish we could have spent more days here! My kids were so disappointed we couldn't spend more time in this fancy hotel :)
